My teeth were in a bad spot and I knew it was time to think about implants. I made appointments…read morewith 3 different providers and ultimately decided on ClearChoice for my all on 4 procedure. For me it was during my consult with Dr Kessling that I made my decision. I asked why he chose to work for ClearChoice over a private firm and his answer was he wanted to fix as many smiles as he could. Working at ClearChoice gave him the opportunity to do that. The other dental facilities that I went to struggled in answering the questions that i asked. There was no hesitation when I asked a question to the Clearchoice team. Clearchoice are subject matter experts, they do this procedure every day and it's what they are great at. The process at Clearchoice was very easy. The first visit I met with Brian. He was prompt and on time to my appt. He walked me through the different stages and provided information on financing if I needed. I appreciate Brian giving me the pricing upfront on the first appointment. . I met with Dr Kessling, he explained what he could do to help me and answered all my off the wall questions. The next visit was with Wendy, she took measurements and scans of my mouth and teeth. She also explained everything in detail that would happen during the procedure and what after care would be like. Wendy made me feel so comfortable. Dr Kessling joined in and they started designing my new teeth. They asked a lot of questions on what I liked vs disliked and then helped pick a color. At this visit I schedule my appointment for a few weeks out. When I arrived the day or my appointment Janieka got me settled in the recovery room took vitals and gave information to my partner. She then took my back to the operating room, her and Jenny answered any lingering questions I had. Dr. Loparich came in went over everything I should feel during post opp. What I liked the most is she gave best\ worst case scenarios. Example numbness should go away at 48hrs but could last a week. She then did her magic on extracting and placing the implants. I woke up to Dr Kessling and Alina figuring out where the implant posts were and where to place the new teeth. Alina took me to the recovery room. She continuously checked on me through out the recovery process until it was time for her to put in the teeth. Alina has a wonderful bed side manner. She put my new implants in and was so careful to make sure she didn't hurt me in the process. Dr Kessling came in and made sure everything was lined up correctly and that my bite was correct. Shane did an amazing job in crafting my new teeth. They look so good! Better than what I thought they would look like. Thank you Dr Kessling\Dr. Loparich and staff for giving me my smile back! If you are looking to have your smile fixed please please please schedule a meeting with ClearChoice! Everyone who works at this particular facility are passionate about their jobs and want to help as many people as they can.

Had I wanted it done sooner, they actually had an appointment opening within a week as well. Day of the procedure everything went fine. Everyone was really nice and since I didn't have to be put to sleep, the doctor and his two surgical assistants communicated to me throughout the duration of the procedure as to what was going on. I was sent home with a soft toothbrush, Sockit gel wound dressing and clear instructions on icing, care, etc. I was also given a pain prescription, but ended up not needing it. Afterwards I was able to get an appointment on the same day I called when I was experiencing after surgery pain. Everyone in the office was really nice and friendly and genuinely seemed caring and concerned about how I felt. I never felt rushed or an inconvenience. The two surgical assistants were super friendly and approachable and were willing to answer lots of questions. They were both genuine conversationalists which worked wonders for getting your mind off why you were there. Dr Picard himself was very personable and willing to answer any questions as well. He came off as very knowledgeable and confident which made trusting him to do what was needed easy. If I ever have any oral concerns in the future, I will definitely keep this friendly practice in mind.

As an adult who has been avoiding this for years, this could have been traumatic. Dr. Picard and his extremely helpful staff made me feel at ease and explained things in detail so I could make the best decisions about my care. I ended up going with just a local anesthesia and it was more than fine. They did everything you'd expect from an oral surgeon's office, sending me home with a bag of gauze, instructions, when to call, etc as well as a new soft toothbrush. The receptionist even called me a few hours after I got home just to see how I was holding up. Classy and appreciated! The address is on Madison, but it's actually best to park behind the building (between Morrison and Carabel) and enter that way.

All of the staff were professional and informative when I went in for my consultation. After my consultation I was concerned that certain information was not relayed correctly between my dentist and Dr. Murphy's office, but after calling I was extremely pleased when both offices went out of their way to communicate with each other and with me to ease my concerns and to ensure all information had been communicated. When I went in on surgery day everyone was very kind and respectful. I'm sure most people are nervous for oral surgery, so they were excellent at helping calm my anxieties. They were also excellent at communicating and repeatedly asked me if I had any questions or if I needed anything cleared up. Once they administered the anesthesia I fell asleep within 60 seconds, and woke up very shortly after my surgery. The surgery itself took less than 30 minutes, and I was in and out start to finish in 1 1/2 hrs. They called in my prescriptions to CVS during my surgery, so the prescriptions were all ready when my husband and I went to pick them following surgery. My recovery after surgery was shockingly easy. I followed all the instructions they gave me and I honestly had little to no pain in the days following. I had no bruising on my face at all and absolutely no swelling. About 5 days after the surgery I was having a weird pain on my lower left side and was concerned about dry socket. I called the office and they immediately got me in. They irrigated the holes and packed the side giving me trouble. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I went back 2 days later for them to take out the dressing. They asked if I'd had any more pain and I told them no, so they did not repack it. They made sure to let me know that if I did have pain again, to just call and they'd get me right back in. Fortunately I didn't have any additional pain or discomfort. My experience was so much better and easier than I could have ever imagined, and all of the staff, and especially the assistants were so nice, professional, and did a wonderful job. Dr. Murphy did an excellent job on my surgery, and I would absolutely recommend this office for oral surgery.

I called the office a few days afterwards on a Friday because the tooth did not seem to be healing correctly. I was dismissed by his assistant and told it was fine. As the weekend progressed my family members told me that by looking at my face it was not healing correctly. I called again on Monday and I was told to come in. Dr. told me I had an infection and to immediately start taking an antibiotic. I also had lockjaw! Dr. Murphy wanted to put me under anesthesia again and force the jaw open! I went to my regular dentist and my primary care doctor. They both said that sounded radical and to try other methods including P.T. I had success with P.T. however it took approx. 5 months to recover from this ONE wisdom tooth ordeal! I DO NOT recommend this doctor! This could have been avoided by giving me an antibiotic after pulling tooth and his staff did not give me the attention when I called to report there was a problem.
