I do not have dental insurance, but their prices are affordable and definitely cheaper than most dental offices in the area. They accept most dental insurance if you plan to use your dental insurance. I ended up choosing their dental plan which was within my price range that fits my needs. We spent a good amount of time discussing the smile and he was thus able to beautifully correct my slightly inverted teeth. I have never been so confident in my smile and I have also not stopped receiving compliments since I got the veneers. My partner's smile is also incredible now and one of the fun parts of the process was seeing the differences in our preferences such as the shade of white we each picked and the shape. I was due for a cleaning followed by a crown appointment. I was in for a consultation about a month ago which they did not even complete because they told me the hygienist was too busy. So I had X-rays, saw the Dr. and scheduled a cleaning and one crown for a chipped tooth. When I arrived, two workers at the front desk were talking to each other about how they were not even sure what sort of care I should be receiving for my cleaning. That there was nothing in the notes. They were talking openly about it - and I could hear everything - including using my name. They weren't even sure what they were going to do. A third worker approaches and begins talking about blood pressure and that they will take it three times, etc. Again, all within my ear shot and but never speaking directly to me about any of it. Having severe white coat syndrome (which I alerted them to at my consultation), I typically have issues with high BP until the cleaning gets underway. I warned them it would be high and that I monitor at home and with my Primary Dr. They continued to leave me alone in the room coming back only to repeat my BP (which continued to rise and rise with the anxiety) until they told me they would not treat me for anything. Not even the cleaning. My BP was high - I told them it would be elevated and that I monitor at home and with my Dr. When I returned home, it was within a normal range within 15 minutes. It felt off right from the start with them discussing my lack of a plan for care in front of me from behind the desk.
