I was recommended to come here to get my dental work done. So I went on the recommendation. I had a filling fall out and another tooth broke off at the root. I was seen by an awesome staff that had me scheduled for an extraction the following week. Extraction day is here and I am nervous to what to expect. I paid $30 to get the NO gas. It worked surprisingly and calmed me down. The dentist came in with two large q-tips with numbing gel on them and put one on each side of my mouth. A few minutes later he pulled them out. All numb by then he said I would feel a little pinch as he went in with the needle to numb the tooth. I closed my eyes so I didn't get frightened by looking at the dental needle. He went in a few times with the needle and I did not feel the pinch I did not feel anything. He left and came back in about five minutes. I was good and numb by then ready for the procedure. He laid me back and worked his magic. He pulled out both sides in less than ten minutes. Very smooth like he was driving a Cadillac. I felt pressure but no pain. The assistant gave me my prescription and a few post surgery instructions and I was on my way home. It was overall a pleasant experience. I recommend this dental group. I had never been here, but was referred to them by a friend. I had my two front teeth knocked out while playing hockey, and the Leidenheimer Dental Group did everything they could to get me in and fix me up immediately. I could not have asked for a better group of dentists, dental assistants, and everyone else to help me with my situation. They were extremely professional and friendly. There is nothing fun about getting your front two teeth knocked out, but I can honestly say I enjoyed myself the entire time I was there. I could not believe how much time each person spent with me to help me out. Kevin took an unbelievable amount of time out of his day to take the time to explain everything that they were planning on doing to me. At the end of my time there, I was very concerned about the price of everything I had done, and was shocked by how fair they were. I am planning on having myself and my wife come to Leidenheimer for any future dental work. Can't thank them all enough. read more

I really love this office. The dentists are very helpful, and they got me in right away for a dental emergency today. I have a full set of dentures from leidenheimer, and I love them. They make their dentures on site, so there's no wait time for adjustments. My dentures are beautiful and comfortable, and I can't wait to start my dental implant journey with them as well. They also have fantastic prices for their dentures and implants! I recommend this dentist to everyone I know that needs one. read more

Showed me an xray that wasnt mine showing my wisdom teeth coming in sideways, they wanted to extract them at another date. I told them I wanted to be put to sleep, so they sent me somewhere else. When I went to the other dentist, suddenly my wisdom teeth werent coming in sideways. I think they just wanted money for the procedure. Very sketchy if you ask me. Other than that, the front desk ladies are always pretty nice. read more

The doctor who treated me, Dr Louis Smith disregarded my heart problem and request for no epinephrine and gave me a whopping shot of epinephrine after he had some issues getting a tooth numb. This led to a massive dump of adrenaline and tachycardia and a bp drop. When asked during the procedure if he gave me epinephrine he didn't answer. Afterwards his assistant said they didn't give me any epinephrine after confronted but I am very familiar with how that feels. They were very impersonal and made me very uncomfortable. Now I have to wonder if the teeth Had cavities or they just wanted the money. I left in tears and came home and passed out. I would rather have my teeth rot than come back. read more

I just had an appointment today and was in and out no problems. My dentist is very polite and ask me if I was having any pain where they had pulled numerous teeth. They also adjusted my upper dentures now I can ware them with no problems. read more

Terrible customer service. Overbooked, even after calling the prior day to confirm appointments. They need to re-evaluate their scheduling practices and realize that their patients have lives and when services are scheduled, they should be completed. When attempting to reschedule, I was informed that every evening appointment is like what I encountered today. read more

They have long wait times, but it's definitely worth it. My dentist was able to call in a prescription for an antibiotic and I had it the same day. I plan to continue cars with them through my denture process. Will update from there. read more

I turned to them after a horrible experience at another dentist and I had originally went to my local health department who said they couldn't do root canals so they recommended Leidenheimer I called them at 4pm Wednesday and Thursday at 9am I had a appointment. I was greeted by friendly staff, the waiting area and rooms were clean! I was in a room and checked by the dentist but 9:30. Sadly I need more than a root canal and they couldn't do the work but referred me out but while I was there they got me the medication I needed, and the prioritization going and the price it would cost have my crowns put on when I was finished which is nice to know because I love to be prepared. I loved my experience and have found my new dentist. I will more than willingly drive 45min to see them! read more
