Courtney at the front desk was amazing and helped me by checking with the dr to be seen on a short notice. Within minutes took me back to check my issue. When Dr.Pecora died unexpectedly Dr. Iliff stepped right in to take over the well developed practice. I have had nothing but awesome experiences throughout my lifetime at this office. In fact, to this day, I actually enjoy going to the dentist and look forward to those two visits each year! Dr. Iliff's office is immaculately clean and the technology is up to date. The staff, most of which have been working in the office for as long as I can remember, are highly professional and very sweet. Every time I come to the dentist the ladies who work in the office make me feel at home. They know me, my family and important details about my life. They always remember what is going on in my life and are quick to ask me how things have been going since my last visit. In fact, when my grandmother passed away last year (she was a patient there too), the Doctor and his staff sent me and my parents (who also go there) a sympathy card. Little things like that are much appreciated in my book. I always feel that they do a thorough job when performing my 6 month exams. They are always gentle and when I leave I don't feel like someone jammed an ice pick into my mouth for a half hour. I also had them put two porcelain veneers on my front teeth and was very pleased with the results. So, If you live in the Lorain County area and are looking for a nice small town dentist than I highly recommend giving Dr. Iliff's office a call! You will be pleased with the service and results!

He reinstated the fact that he doesn't like to work with kids and that he doesn't deal with drama over and over. I felt like a child being lectured/ scorned for thinking such an amazing human as him would ever take care of a child , especially if said child has feelings, an opinion, or breaths air.
