I was seen by an awesome staff that had me scheduled for an extraction the following week. Extraction day is here and I am nervous to what to expect. I paid $30 to get the NO gas. It worked surprisingly and calmed me down. The dentist came in with two large q-tips with numbing gel on them and put one on each side of my mouth. A few minutes later he pulled them out. All numb by then he said I would feel a little pinch as he went in with the needle to numb the tooth. I closed my eyes so I didn't get frightened by looking at the dental needle. He went in a few times with the needle and I did not feel the pinch I did not feel anything. He left and came back in about five minutes. I was good and numb by then ready for the procedure. He laid me back and worked his magic. He pulled out both sides in less than ten minutes. Very smooth like he was driving a Cadillac. I felt pressure but no pain. The assistant gave me my prescription and a few post surgery instructions and I was on my way home. It was overall a pleasant experience. I recommend this dental group. I was displeased to have received a bill for services regularly covered by plan fully. The dental office made no comment on my insurance when I registered and there is likely no legal requirement to disclose in all instances (Though if you have Liberty insurance, they will leave that network on Jan 1, 2026 AND that was displayed in their office). I find that ethically ambiguous. Who wants to pay extra for services that are already covered? Remember that no business is truly concerned with your welfare when it comes to money. Question everything before you decide to buy!

He reinstated the fact that he doesn't like to work with kids and that he doesn't deal with drama over and over. I felt like a child being lectured/ scorned for thinking such an amazing human as him would ever take care of a child , especially if said child has feelings, an opinion, or breaths air. Unbelievable. The website and the office should immediately warn you that he doesn't like kids. Negative 5 stars.
