I paid my "deductible" after the procedure. Three weeks later I get a bill for more than $250.00 and on the same date get notice from my insurance that some claims were denied. Why? It seems multiple billings for procedures that are normal part of another billed procedure. Called dentist office for explanation: "Nothing wrong here, it is your insurance and you agreed to pay us if they didn't." BEWARE! I relied on them verify insurance before doing the work.

Now I was sent a bill for $126.00 . ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR A NEW PATIENT. When did dentistry become a veterinarian? ( this is what a vet does) . I have about 10 great reasons not to use this dentist but all just name a few. 1 I was told I needed several cavities filled but when I went to another dentist they said I did not need several cavities filled but needed a crown and a partial which Family Dental never mentioned even though I had no back teeth. 2 I was given little to no communication when I was. When I would ask questions they acted like I was being rude or weird. 3 I was turned away with a severe toothache because of a misunderstanding over the appointment time that was not even my fault. I could go on and on and I do in my google review but long story short If you want to be treated with respect and like a human being with some value don't go here.
