The technician was at my house for less than 30 minutes. They visually checked the circuit breaker in the garage and tested the outlet voltage, finding no issues. I was then billed $320 for about 30 minutes of diagnostics with no equipment, parts, or supplies used. After questioning the charge, there was no willingness to negotiate. Based on my experience, I highly do NOT recommend using them due to the extremely high pricing for minimal work.

We called this company and we presumed it was a short, as I tried that breaker...it made sense they asked 160$ to fix it. However, the electrician found another breaker, called Laundry That he pushed in less than 2 minutes ... I was not seeing that one after 15 hours of driving with my special needs kid in the car!!! They charged me 160$ STILL , just for pushing a breaker!!! The owner is rude and in my opinion, instead of adjusting the price to just a service call, he charged me justifying the driving to my house! After they said they were, however, in the area, as they were working in Boone IA and we were in Ankeny!!! Just to have an idea who they are and how they are " serving " you.

I wish I could give zero stars…read more This company doesn't even deserve one. The technician who came out was strange and unprofessional from the start. I requested a diagnostic for a non-working outlet. He looked at it for about five seconds, tapped on his iPad, and handed me an estimate--for $630. He didn't check the breaker box, inspect the wiring, or go into the basement--nothing that even remotely resembled a proper diagnostic. When I expressed that the quote was outrageous and said I'd pay the $69 service fee for the visit, he replied, "I'll just mark it as a no-show so you don't get charged." That immediately raised red flags. I called the company afterward to explain what happened and reported that the technician did not perform a diagnostic at all--just gave an inflated estimate. I again offered to pay the service fee, even though the visit was a complete waste of time. They responded with indifference and told me "OK." Then, hours later, I receive a bill via email--despite the technician explicitly stating I wouldn't be charged and refusing to take my payment at the time of service. This was an incredibly shady experience. I would strongly caution anyone from using this company.

When the technicians arrived, they weren't fully briefed on the scope of work. Because of this, they came without the materials they needed to complete the work - receptacle, interlock kit, conduit, etc... They spent an hour that day trying to find these parts locally. They had to schedule another visit. On the 2nd visit, nothing had changed. Still no receptacle, still no interlock kit. Different lead technician this time, who needed another briefing on the scope of work. No progress was made and they scheduled another visit for a 3rd day. The work was ultimately completed, but I had to stay home to babysit 3 days instead of 1. They were unwilling to comp me for my wasted time.
