Based on my experience, I highly do NOT recommend using them due to the extremely high pricing for minimal work.

We were so impressed with their knowledge, hard work, kindness and support during a very difficult time. We will be calling them for future needs. I requested a diagnostic for a non-working outlet. He looked at it for about five seconds, tapped on his iPad, and handed me an estimate--for $630. He didn't check the breaker box, inspect the wiring, or go into the basement--nothing that even remotely resembled a proper diagnostic. When I expressed that the quote was outrageous and said I'd pay the $69 service fee for the visit, he replied, "I'll just mark it as a no-show so you don't get charged." That immediately raised red flags. I called the company afterward to explain what happened and reported that the technician did not perform a diagnostic at all--just gave an inflated estimate. I again offered to pay the service fee, even though the visit was a complete waste of time. They responded with indifference and told me "OK." Then, hours later, I receive a bill via email--despite the technician explicitly stating I wouldn't be charged and refusing to take my payment at the time of service. This was an incredibly shady experience. I would strongly caution anyone from using this company.
