He was super nice and listened to what my concerns were before he gave me a couple quotes to decide just how much I wanted done and how much he was willing to do. We came up with a great plan for my needs and he got everything done in a very timely manner. Granted we had to wait for Mid American to do some of the work and the city inspector to make sure it was done correctly before we could move on. He made sure to keep me in the loop of where we stood and when he would be able to do more. The whole process went very smoothly and I could not be happier. Unless the job was free but we all know that was not happening. I would highly recommend Upfront for any electrical work you need done. I'm sure it wasn't totally easy tying into an already existing complex set of conduits and boxes way up in the air - 15 feet high, but it looks like it was all done together, nothing patchy or cobbled in. I feel the price was right for the work done. He did exactly what was asked and even swapped out an extension cord I had elsewhere which was a bit too short for the job. He installed my cord and secured it perfectly.

So we stopped in at Projects to get some ideas! The store is beautiful and has lots of cool couches, chairs, tables, lights, beds, art, bathroom things, nick nackts etc. One thing you will realize very quickly this is not cheap stuff, some of these couches range from 5,000-20,000 dollars. Wowzers, don't spill coffee on that! But there is no where else in town where you can shop for these high end contemporary type things and actually see them in real life! So I do really dig going in here, even though there is nothing I can afford to buy! The staff always says hello when you walk in and then just lets you run around looking, they don't bother you at all they just sit on their computers.. Every time I have been in here that happens! Some might be put off by this, but I understand and I liked being able to look around without someone asking my life story or trying to sell me something. All in all cool store, and as Ferris Bueler would say, "If you got the means, I highly recommend picking one up." but he is not talking about a car here, more like a couch!

He then went and sat in his van for over an hour waiting on someone else to show with the proper tools. This job should have taken an hour max and I was charged for 5 hours which included the time he sat in his van and waited for an individual to show up to help. On top of that they left 2 holes in my wall in the basement and left the hole in the wall where the thermostat used to be. This company is ran by a scumbag and his employees are no better. DO NOT USE this company.

They came out and found out the thermostat was bad. Replaced the thermostat and furnace works great. A huge savings. Very nice, respectful and professional. Definitely would recommend them.
