He was super nice and listened to what my concerns were before he gave me a couple quotes to decide just how much I wanted done and how much he was willing to do. We came up with a great plan for my needs and he got everything done in a very timely manner. Granted we had to wait for Mid American to do some of the work and the city inspector to make sure it was done correctly before we could move on. He made sure to keep me in the loop of where we stood and when he would be able to do more. The whole process went very smoothly and I could not be happier.
