The problem I have is when I showed up to pick it up, the price I was charged was almost double what I was quoted when I made the appointment. The quote I was given was suppose to cover standard wash/wax to worse case (very dirty, etc). I was charged almost double of the "worst case scenario quote. Then, of course I did not have even close to enough cash so I was charged a large service fee to use my credit card. Again, great work but the communication is lacking . After…read morewaiting 7 weeks for my car I am now discussing a different shop with my adjuster to finish the job that wasn't completed. Lines aren't clean and housing on rear view mirror, passenger side was left detached. I'd consider a different shop or possibly setting the expectation that you would like your vehicle to repaired to "as is was prior to the accident" condition. I thought that was understood before my insurance company stroked a check.
