Both coffees cost a total of $10 and change plus a 20% tip. So I'm thinking it was $13. A little pricey, but all was good. I'm just not a big fan of this cashing out with the tip percentage staring you straight in the face on the checkout screen. The interior of the building was clean and welcoming. I didn't like sitting in the booth style seating across a table from my friend who was seated in a regular chair and seemed to be sitting way lower than me. It was a little wonky. The barista was personable, not overly friendly, but OK. So all in all, it's a nice place for coffee. There is no drive-through, and they do take Apple Pay. Clean restrooms and easy parking

I ordered the guava and cheese croissant and the Final Girl. The croissant was delicious and reminded me of a Danish. The Final Girl, which was a cucumber and mint limeade was just okay. The flavor was pretty mild, while I would have preferred a stronger punch, but it was good nonetheless.

When you walk in, it's really a nice break from reality with all of the whimsical, antique, speakeasy feel. You can sip on tea and coffee and walk around the shop. Nice size biscotti went well with their tea. I had the blueberry muffin also. My friend and I had two cups of tea that were great! Staff is super nice and we could have spent more than 2 hrs in there just relaxing and catching up. I look forward to going back there. It's a nice intimate space to sit alone or a couple of friends.

ASET (EGYPTIAN) color-changing twist on a corpse reviver butterfly pea flower infused prairie gin, luxardo triple sec, elderflower liqueur, lemon, glitter MICTLANTECUTLI (AZTEC) blood orange margarita, rocks blood orange tequila, blood orange liqueur, lime, orange bitters, smoked salt We also Mediterranean: Hummus, Olives Herb, Chips Everything was very good and I would definitely come back during the day to check out their tea shop

They have a huge menu of specialty coffees, hot chocolates and teas. Additionally, they also offer special cocktails. My friend arrived first she got Kevin's Not Here hot chocolate, this is a nod to Kevin from Home Alone. I arrived shortly after, I tried to order my coffee for a while. While they were busy, I felt like I was purposefully being ignored, no matter how many times I pointed to the menu and said "excuse me?". I was sitting right at the front where most of the commotion was. My friend had to raise her hand all the way up, like we had something to say in school. I guess that's the way to get their attention. I eventually got the Cannoli Cold Brew. Both of our drinks were very good. Kevin's Not Here is a white mocha base with eggnog and gingerbread syrup. This was very sweet, I could for sure taste the gingerbread. The Cannoli Cold Brew was another great choice, it tasted like what it sounds, it wasn't overly sweet. They offer a variety of fun flights at Yellow King, from coffee, to hot chocolate to cocktails.
