What a day had been when TeakMaster arrived to refinish our deck & fence topper right on time at 8am! The workers showed up for the second time after we deferred the first time due to the ash from the palisades fire. They showed up just in time for the biggest power outage ever experienced in our neighborhood ( in our opinion)! They left to get a generator to power sand & keep the job on track. They even let us charge our phones on the generator once they were done, which was their kind idea & a lifesaver since power was out for a total of 14 hours! This review is well overdue. This is the second time I have reached out to Tim (owner) and used Teak Master to refinish our Teak outdoor furniture. I called him a week and a half before our wedding and explained we really would like it done for our wedding and Tim took care of us with no hesitation. Our table is always something that our guest continuously compliment but after about a year of not maintaining it because of our hectic schedules, it wasn't looking it's best. We also have a bench that always sits in the sun and was really weathered, that I wasn't really sure if it would come back but Tim's crew did what they do best and we are really pleased with the outcome. Tim's crew shows up on time, are very professional and really took precaution protecting our pool, concrete and other outdoor furniture we have. The crew does a great job cleaning up after themselves and leave no mess behind. Tim is very knowledgeable in different types of hardwoods and finishes and the care for them. Tim is very easy to work with and provides excellent customer service. Tim standards are very high that when I told him his workers had sanded across the grain ( and only slightly) he told me "NO" it has to be perfect. I was honestly very pleased that he wanted the customer to be 100% pleased. Not very many businesses care that much now a days. I would have been ok leaving it as is because I doubt my guest would have noticed, but my wife did, so Tim had his guys come back and touch up the table. I was very impressed that he has a customer for life, and we plan on buying more Teak furniture for around our pool. Price is not cheap but neither is the quality, customer service, or products used. So they are worth the cost. I recommend this business if you want quality work done to your expensive Teak furniture and want great customer service and no worries that they are going to ruin something in your yard. read more

Having twice refinished our patio furniture I was fully aware of what it would take to bring it back to showroom condition. I bid the job with four vendors.
