For $20 or so depending on the tea, one of the shop owners (from Taiwan) will brew the tea in front of you while going through the whole brewing process, giving you a taste after each seeping. It was a calm and relaxing experience. You can buy lots of high quality tea leaves to go. The owners were very kind and you definitely should not be discouraged to if you don't speak Chinese. I'm not sure what didn't click but we had so much trouble trying to order the usucha matcha. We tried the name usucha twice and even tried alternative names like the short serving.
