Green tea milk tea (half sugar) with boba - super yummy

I ordered the green tea milk tea (50% sugar) with boba. Quick, friendly service. Strong tea flavor. Perfectly cooked boba. Love Ten Ren tea! I will definitely be back!

I came here with high expectations because I thought I heard good things about this spot but it was nothing but mediocre for me. I will say that the barista there was very friendly and welcoming. I ordered the "Lychee Green Tea" and the "Taro Milk Tea." The lychee green tea, was nothing but 2 tiny scoops of lychee syrup with the green tea..somehow I couldn't taste the lychee at all. The taro milk tea was very chalky and seemed like it was made with cheap taro powder. Pricing is not bad though, if you are on a budget and want a quick fix. Also, keep in mind - this spot is cash only.

I always go here every time I take a trip to NYC. Their drinks have a very rich tea taste. If you can not a tea drinker then I would go to a different place. All drinks made in front of you.

It's about $5 for a small, which is pretty good for New York. The inside is very clean and it's half of a herb store that sells ginseng, hence a nice smell when entering. The tea counter is on the left and you can order and then go down to pay. I got the black milk tea. Since it was a tea shop, I was expecting it to have a strong tea flavor but I only really taste powder milk, which is disappointing. The boba itself is soft, albeit a little flavorless. Also no bathroom

Pretty tasty tea! They have so many different teas and tea related items in their shop.

One of the best and original Taiwanese bubble tea spots in Flushing. This place has been running for over 10 years already and continues to make good, well priced bubble teas in New York City. This location in particular makes great tea and has great products. The staff are great and quick. There's no exact line when ordering so it can get a little frustrating. Lots of flavors for different palettes. I highly recommend their strawberry green tea with tapioca. There are real bits in the drink! Very refreshing. My other fruit tea go-to's are mango and peach green tea on a summer day. The milk teas are flavorful as well. Cash only. Stamp cards available for regulars. No bathroom. Loose leaf teas and tea tastings on the right side and back of the shop. Drink up!

I've been to this place once or twice several yrs ago. Haven't been back since. I finally went again last week & got the green apple black tea which oddly had a bitter aftertaste. I said no sugar but it still shouldn't have been bitter. I suspect that they gave me green apple green tea instead which explains why it was bitter. I hate bitter drinks. Other than that, the tea was sweet at 1st & it was good. I remember liking their tea before tho.

Better than eight Ren and nine Ren but not as good as 11 Ren

There were 3 girls in here. An 8, a 9 and a 10. I tried asking all three out. The 8 said no, the 9 stood frozen on the spot, staring in disgust. And the Ten Ran. There are a lot of people who are really obsessed with Ten Ren tea and I'm not really sure why because I don't really think it's that great. Service was nice but I just didn't really like the products very much. They didn't really do it for me. Plus the guy did not give me my change back, so even though the lady was nice, the guy maybe not so much. It was only a dollar or so, but still.

Pick one bubble tea out of 24 or so different flavor combinations.....

It is reminiscent of the design behind the trendiest cafes of Kuala Lumpur. The noise level is great if you want a quieter environment to focus and want 2010s pop music in the background. Most people on a weekend afternoon are here working. From a practical standpoint, the tables are higher than what, so get ready to sit real upright if you're going to do work here. *Seasonal caramelized banana matcha latte: 2/5. the banana flavor does not come through and texturally odd to have semi-hard banana solids at the bottom of the drink. *Molly sea salt latte: has both jasmine tea and espresso over milk, topped with a salty cold foam. 3.5/5. The jasmine is the most prominent flavor. I think this drink might benefit from less milk, so that the espresso can still come through.

There were lots of people sitting with their drinks, doing work, or just catching up with friends. I was able to get a small table and ordered a Pistachio Latte, which was perfectly not too sweet. Pistachio Latte 9/10 HK Style Sandwich 6/10 Madeleines 6/10 - Too thick and cakey for my liking. It tasted more like a dense cake than a light madeleine.

I was actually at the area to grab a couple of other items, including bubble tea and found out that they were having a promotion for their app. If you download their app and log in using your phone number, your first drink from the shop is $0.99! I took this opportunity to sign up right away and try their Strawberry Crema Latte. This was definitely the right move! We ordered this as 50% sugar (I usually drink my bubble tea with 30% sugar) and it was perfectly sweet. I would definitely recommend trying this if you like strawberry milk, the 50% sugar also allowed for the bitterness of the coffee to sneak up as well which gave it the prefect balance of lightly sweet and bitter. It tasted like a melted Strawberry Coffee iced cream. The service was very quick and I would definitely be back to try more drink items!

When the food arrived it was piping hot we had to wait a bit before eating the fried foods. The salad was a good portion very satisfying, the cod, shrimp fish & chips was kind of disappointing there was only 3 shrimps and 1 piece of cod with fries buried under them. The fried squid was okay, kind of dry, and a takoyaki was pretty good. We got the English breakfast tea which was pretty standard, we also got the fruit tea which was kind of overwhelming I think the mix of fruits was a bit too much so avoid the Prince Passion Fruit Tea. For dessert we got the matcha ice cream, tiramisu, and the trio combo with the red bean ice cream pate de choux, the green tea financier, and the fruit tart. The fruit tart was very tiny and had a unriped mango on it, the green tea financier was pretty good, and the red bean ice cream pate de choux was okay, I think next time we'll just get 3 of the ice cream pate de choux because it's more worth the value. The tiramisu was kind of bland there was no espresso flavor in it. Overall the staff were very friendly and paid close attention to our table to make sure plates were cleared and took attention to when we wanted anything else. The ambiance is pretty nice, and the decor is cute. But next time we will probably avoid the fish & chips, fruit tart, fruit tea and tiramisu. Our bill came up to $100 for 3 people we probably would have spent about the same amount of money at a restaurant with real food, but it was nice how we were able to get small appetizers.
