Super cute boba shop in downtown San Leandro! Was in the area with some friends and decided to a sweet treat after lunch around 5:45 pm on a Friday evening! It's a small shop with a couch for a waiting area, but no tables or seating for a stay. It was busy since there were a few orders ahead of us and it was only one person working that shift. I ordered their mango peach green tea with lychee jelly and 25% sweet. Took about 10-15 minutes to get my order, and the bobarista was so nice and gave us a free sample to try of their curry flavored fish ball. Great sweet treat and experience!

Strawberry sago

Who knew the East Bay would finally be getting a good boba place that's not a chain? Being in the area and starting to get tired of the same boba places, this cute little shop popped up on my radar of boba shops. I also automatically assume that a boba shop with Chinese translations next to it is more reliable than shops that aren't. Parking is relatively convenient if you park across the street in the Safeway parking lot. Although the shop is small, it is very well lit and decorated. You order on a tablet, and the prices came at in at a little more premium than what is typically offered in the area. The price you get is the price you pay! I ordered a Strawberry Sago since I've never had it before, and the drink was so good. It was a perfect blend of strawberries in a smoothie with a good, distinct tea flavor. The cheese cream was also well mixed into the drink, and reminded a little of a boba shop in SoCal I used to love. The agar pearls, which I usually hate due to their lack of flavor, were really sweet and had a good chew and bounce to it. I honestly think this place makes me actually want to eat the agar pearls. There were also smaller pearls you'd find in a mango sago. The entire drink wasn't too sweet. The best part is that strawberries never seem to be out of season so I don't have to wait half a year for it to appear. Service was fast and friendly. Being in downtown San Leandro, they tend to close pretty early. But hey, if a boba shop is able to open on a 6 hour schedule, it must be really good! I can't wait to be back to try their other drinks.

Mango passion fruit w/ lychee jelly and dark roasted oolong milk tea

This is the boba place I've been searching for in the Dro. It has fun signature drinks and has a strong tea flavor in all of their drinks. It's still a pretty sweet drink but my friends and I opt for 25% to 50% sweetness to help out there and it comes out so good. My favorite drink is the dark roasted oolong milk tea at 25% sweet. It's perfectly creamy and has a strong roasted flavor!! The space is pretty small and mainly for picking up drinks - but the service is always so kind and friendly when I walk in. I'm excited to try more of their drinks! Glad we have this place in the Dro~

I was in the area on a hot stuffy day and really needed a refreshing boba pick me up before hopping back on the freeway. Came across this newish boba joint across the street from a crowded shopping center and decided to give it a try. There was only one person working that afternoon but she was super friendly and ready to offer recommendations should the undecided customer make their way in. I gravitated towards my usual fruit tea and the drink tasted refreshing as I took it with me on the road. There's a small seating area inside but this is more of a grab and go kind of place, even though the interiors are nicely decorated. I appreciated that my drink wasn't too sweet and a decent size. I'll have to come back to try more of the menu to really assess, but my experience so far was promising.

Picturesque boba store with decor ready for your insta! Good drinks, nice service, and easy parking in the private lot behind the store, this was a good find that will satisfy your cravings from some well made boba. My wife ordered one of the mango green teas and I ordered the mango sago with coconut milk. Both were made well and customized to how we like them. I would visit again if I was in the neighborhood.

L: strawberry sago $7.50 R: signature mixed fruit tea $7

At this age, no more shot o clock. It's tea o clock only. .:: Drinks ::. Strawberry Sago $7.50: not the typical mango sago. Very refreshing. Seems like they use fresh fruit to blend. I actually LOVE strawberry so this was pretty good to me. Signature Mixed Fruit Tea $7: my friend got this drink and liked it. .:: Service / Ambiance / Parking ::. The cashier was super nice and friendly. Our drinks took a little time to make but it was just the cashier and she was making 2 drinks so totally understandable but it just shows how drinks are made to order. The place was very well decorated. Grass wall with flowers on the side. no seating area though, just one couch by the window. Parking was a bit meek, but there was a parking lot behind.

Rock Sugar Pear Tea

Rock Sugar Pear Tea was soooo refreshing! Not too much tea flavor, but it tasted similar to Asian Pear juice cans you'd buy at the Korean markets. Pretty natural tasting, but sweet! I enjoyed this drink, and it was a tasty pick-me-up after a dinner in Downtown San Leandro.

Seating is same. Clear window not shaded

Tea O'clock takes over Honey U's space with minimal decor change, less seating, menu similar, some things unchanged. Offerings: fresh fruit tea, milk tea, smoothies, flavored teas, creamer tops, lattes Ordered drink. Ready in minutes.. Drink: matcha tea latte (L. 7.00) less ice, 50% sugar -server/owner? very knowledgable about process, decided to get large. Not disappointed. -matcha, tea, sweetness, well mixed, rich taste. Better made than most places. 4.5 stars. Lacks adequate seating, limited parking in back lot. Not much ambience.

Got my boba craving fix. No restroom available at all. Small boba shop. Order over the kiosks and make your drinks. Mini seating area good for two people.

This place took over for Honey U. It doesn't seem like they changed much maybe the backdrop but the still have photos of Honey U inside the store. I loved Honey U so I was hoping that this place was going to be as good because I love supporting small businesses and non-chain businesses. And we don't have good boba places in the area. My go to is always a large Jasmine milk tea(x2) No ice 75% sugar. And a Thai tea full sugar less ice w crystal boba and grass jelly. Toppings are $0.75 each and our total was $24! I was extremely disappointed in my Jasmine milk tea as jt was so watered down!!!! I wanted to go back inside and let the lady know but I felt bad bc she was so nice. I didn't taste any tea! However the boba was good. But not enough for me to go back. There's only one person working and there was a group of 4 before us so there was a wait. There is only one bench which the group of guys took over so we just had to stand. The store is small so there's not many places you can really stand and wait. Parking always sucks here and you have to pay meter. I think there's a back parking lot too but I haven't tried it. Drinks are all premade. The lady that was working said they are closing in January to revamp the menu and maybe considering a stamp card or a loyalty card or some sort. I hope they also consider improving their drinks especially the Jasmine milk tea! I'll try to go again after the New Year, unfortunately it's a no for me for now.

Found this place via yelp as I was going to church with my children. Small place, but very cute decor, nice and clean as well. There's a bench seat near the front window where we sat waiting for our drinks. Customer service was amazing! The lady was very kind and sweet. She was very helpful to me since it was our first time there. The drink was delicious! My daughter almost drank all of it so next time, I gotta order two! Thank you!

Complimentary little snack, was very good

This place opened recently and is really cute inside, but small. The person that took our order was very nice and gave us a complimentary nougat snack that was delicious. High mountain milk tea with boba: you could taste the authenticity of the tea and the boba had a good chew to it. Matcha tea latte with boba: I don't think the matcha powder was whisked or mixed correctly because this was very bitter and chalky. It got less bitter as I continued to drink but it was still very chalky. I don't recommend this. Overall would rate this place a 3.5. The worker was very nice, one of the drinks was good, but the matcha was not good and it took a long time to get our drinks and I think we were the only ones waiting.

Super cute boba shop that recently opened in San Leandro! Come here and give this place a visit before you go to other boba shops in the area please! My friend and I were searching for a boba spot and we decided to give this place a try. First time walking in, the store is really small and there isn't really seating for you to sit and chit chat so I recommend taking a walk downtown after you get your drink. The cashier and bobarista hospitality was A+++. She checked in on us to see if we had any questions and we definitely had a lot of questions! After listening to her suggestion, I ended up deciding to try the Rock Sugar pear tea as you don't see a lot of boba shops have this tea flavor. I got it 75% sweetness and paired it with aloe jelly and it was so refreshing! I will definitely be back to try new drinks!

Good drinks! Pricey for what you get, wish there was a bigger menu selection. One of the better boba places in the area.

Parking is a little weird and very limited but luckily for us, we found a spot on the side of the building. There were two young ladies working the store and the menu is basically posted everywhere. My daughter and I immediately gravitated to the banana matcha latte. We also saw they had yummy croissant pastries available, so we decided to give that a try. What we got: 1. 2 banana matcha lattes- 4/10 the matcha was okay but we tasted no banana to it besides the slices of banana. The pudding tasted like regular vanilla. Overall just not what we were anticipating. 2. Brown sugar boba milk? - 0/10 This was just milk with a bit of brown sugar syrup. (See pic) I actually dropped this off to my other daughter and she said she just couldn't drink it. 3. Strawberry croissant- 8/10 This was actually good. The strawberries with the jam and whipped cream were very good. Don't get me wrong, service was fine. They also had a few great items but the actual drinks were mid. I think the matcha needs to change or maybe making it more paste like could help boost the flavor. The brown sugar latte was just not it.

I pointed out the roasted peanuts in the dish and they pulled it back but I think they just removed the peanuts and revarnished the top because I ended up having an allergic reaction. There could have been a language barrier or not wanting to waste food but it was highly unsafe especially for really bad allergies. The dishes before I had the noodles were the calamari and the tempura. It was very crispy. The calamari was rather salty but overall, the texture was there. The rice rolls were soft, it was different from the regular Chinese pork (even shown in the pictures of the menu) but still pretty good. The servers needed to be flagged down to get help but they were proficient in timing the food. Very spacious area and lots of room seating.
