I saw the drift duck and ocean foam on Instagram and showed it to the kids; they want to get these cute drinks this weekend. The area is spacious, with plenty of seating. The staff members are very friendly. Drift duck and ocean foam cost an additional $2.75 per drink. First time ordering out of state shipping orders from them and did not disappoint. So glad they decided to try out with out of state shipping orders. The milktea were pretty good surprisingly. Pretty condensed down so a bottle is worth 2 cups if you water down with ice. I feel like the sweetness was good enough with ice. Not terribly just sugar taste. I love the secret flower tea so much. It's so fragrant and strong. I love the details of the toppings. Feel like too cute to eat them. Kinda sad the cheese foam topping got mixed in with other topping so I couldn't do a good photo on that topping box. Overall I think it's good to give them a try even if you live out of state like me. This place is one of the rare boba shops that actually serves high-quality milk tea. You can really taste the difference in their tea--super flavorful and not diluted. I first came because the shop looked cute, but the drinks are what made me a regular. I have been on the hunt to find a place with a very distinct floral, ultra jasmine based, jasmine milk tea. 15 years ago, this place on brookhurst and Chapman, in the cvs shopping center had a boba/restaurant joint and I'd get my fix there but for more than 10 years I had so much trouble finding a place in Westminster/little Saigon area that made a decent jasmine milk tea that wasn't overly heavy handed with the powder which masked any hint of jasmine tea used to make the drink. Then I was Introduced to 3cat in Tustin and their jasmine milk tea was it! Sad to say they ran out of their jasmine milk tea for a week or so...so then I stumbled on Tea Nami. One sip of their Jasmine nami and I flooded back memories of my love of jasmine milk tea in my early 20's. The drink is heavily tea based and floral which I LOVE. the milk adds a creamy touch but it doesn't negate any of the tea flavor or jasmine essence. Needless to say, I've been hooked and came back 3 times in the last 2 weeks Oh and they gave us these really neat insulated bags to carry our drinks which are pretty cool but I don't know about their profit margins when supplying these bags that can totally be repurposed. We think it's because they just opened and this is a great to attract customers but curious to see if they'll continue to supply these bags later on down the road. We decided to stop by this new boba shop for a try. We got the special flower milk tea and it definitely had potential. The only con is they only have 2 folks working (1 on food and 1 on drinks), so even though it wasn't that busy we had to wait quite a long time. I'm so glad I stumbled upon tea nami! the store is located in a relatively large strip mall, with lots of parking. the store itself is very clean, spacious, and modern looking inside and you can order at one of the self serve kiosks. I got the nami jasmine and it was very fragrant and light, especially with the jasmine foam and some pecans on top. the drink didn't taste watered down at all and maintained its taste for a long time. Came here to try it out because we were next door picking up a to go order. Originally didn't have any idea about them nor their menu and was going to choose something from their top picks options. My girlfriend and I then noticed they had a White Peach Milk tea so we had to try it. Reason for that is because her go to spot use to be Presotea but they closed down and not many places offer that flavor. We also got their Nami Matcha. The reason for the poor review is because upon entering, all of them were in the back kitchen. Nobody to greet people coming in and nobody at the cashier desk so people were just ordering on the self serve screen. There's a tv that shows orders in progress. There was 115,116,117,118 (us) and then later 119,120. There was 2 ladies that came and I thought they were customers but one suddenly went over the counter and into the kitchen so she worked there. 118 was next so I thought we would be next but the guy brought out 119's drink. It belonged to the Second Lady that we saw. So we're thinking "wow so they prioritized their friends drink instead of us who has been waited for almost 10 mins now. The guy also looked at me with an awkward smile as if they forgot our order entirely because he immediately went back there and I heard ice being scooped up. Anyway, we got our order in like 2-3 mins after that. We were leaving and the guy came out to call us back saying he forgot the boba. I'm like okay... at least he remembered. But I guess he just poured it in from the top and it over flooded because the side of the cup had liquid coming down and when we poked the straw, a bunch came out overflowing on the lid. We also aren't a fan of places that uses cups and lids like that. It feels cheap and makes me think we ordered a soda or something lol. Anyway, we looked past it because it can come in that as long the drink is good. Unfortunately, it wasn't the case. The white peach drink for some reason was foamy at the top so that was kind of weird already. The boba felt cheap and didn't have any flavor at all meaning it wasn't in any syrup like most boba places. The drink also just tasted water down white peach. The Nami Matcha flavor wasn't bad but it was super watery/melted? I guess that's how the drink is suppose to be but I was expected more of a slush consistency as it reminded me of the matcha drink from Omomo. Im not from this area and only come here every few months to visit but definitely wouldn't come back here when the OC is populated with so many good drink spots read more

I have found my new favorite spot!! The price might be a bit more than my usual go to spots, but don't let this put you off from trying it. Most reviews said it was busy but I came in on a Sunday around 4PM and it was empty. They unfortunately ran out of oolong boba when I went, but the regular boba is just as good too. So soft and chewy. The jasmine milk tea was also very flavorful, you can really taste the jasmine even with 100% sweetness. The workers were very nice and welcoming. Recently I went to Tea Nami which just opened in the Stater Brothers Plaza in Westminster. For the area, I would say that the tea shop itself is colorfully branded with light blue colors. The interior has quite a bit of seating area and is more modern, especially for the plaza. The parking lot is quite spacious and not too compact, which is nice. We did a group order of different drinks per person. I do like that there is the option for unsweetened as well as 30%, 50% to 70% and 100% sweetness. They have milk tea, fruit tea, latte, sea foam and icy drinks... as well as various fried snacks. I didn't realize til after the fact that they have regular boba, oolong boba and oolong crystal boba which I'll have to try next time. Nice customer service. Clean interiors. Kid friendly. read more

tea nami replaced my favorite bun bo hue shop, but i wanted to give it a try due to it's aesthetics! i went on a sunday afternoon and it was super packed. all the seats/tables were filled with customer. you have the option to order at the kiosk or the register. it took around 10 minutes to get my drink, which was quicker than i originally planned for due to how crowded it was inside. i got the blended coco matcha and was surprised at the flavor it had! i think that the drink used coconut milk (the sweetened asian kind in the can), which i loved! it wasn't overall sweet at all. however, for a blended drink, it wasn't too icy unfortunately. the straw could've been longer as well since the cup. read more

Heard about this place from tiktok. I saw the Nami Jasmine and was intrigued as it reminded me of Molly Tea's Snow Jasmine. My boyfriend and I came on a Friday around 2:30 and it wasn't too busy. There wasn't a line out the door but there were a good amount of people waiting for their drinks. I like that they have a self- ordering machine! The store was very nice, there are some tables to wait at and it felt very clean. We waited around 30 minutes for our two drinks, which is pretty long. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they just freshly opened so they haven't gotten into the groove yet. I also believe their sticker system for the drinks wasn't working. Nami Jasmine: I liked it! I can taste the tea and it wasn't overly sweet, however, I did get 75% sweetness. The jasmine cream was okay, I could do without it as it didn't add too much to the drink and it was an extra .75 cents. I would come back for this drink but I would not wait 30 minutes for it. It did remind me a bit of Molly Tea but I think Molly Tea's has a lighter taste. Coco Mango: My boyfriend got this drink and said it was good! However, he believes you can't really go wrong with this drink. It's coconut and mangos and if you have quality ingredients, then you have a good drink. He said it's comparable to HeyTea's but I personally prefer HeyTea' s over this one. Overall, I would come back but after they got into the groove of things. My cousins and I came to try on the grand opening. We got Nami matcha, Nami Jasmine, and Tie Guan Yin. All the drinks are tasty. I'm not fan of Tie Guan Yin, but i will order it next time I come.
