The location of this place is in a big shopping plaza where Seafood Restaurant and Stater Brothers is located. Pros: -Accepts Cash paying customers -Clean inside -restroom -tables to sit, eat and relax -parking is spacious except weekends -drink cost less than $7 -cute collectible figures that spit out dry ice steam -great popcorn chicken
This place is cute. We came here for the cat on top of the cup but I think it's limited time so it's a little bump. The drink is good. We got the avocado coconut drink. The avocado with creamy coconut is prefect together. It's not too sweet. We also got banh Trang tron, it's very tasty with a lot of topping. Great and friendly customer service.
Quick stop for some boba drinks. Parking was really busy on a Saturday evening but we were able to get the 10 minute parking spot. I ordered the Brown Sugar Boba (50 percent sweetness and extra ice). Creamy, milky, with the perfect amount of sweetness. Boba was nice and chewy. Great drink! Service was good for it being busy we got our drinks after a fair wait for them being busy. We had multiple drinks and she put them in a cup holder and bag to make it easier to carry. Friendly staff. Only downfall is that it's was really hot and stuffy in there even though the a/c was on.
I was recommended Tea Nami for their mango coconut drink and it was delicious! I love mango sago and mango coconut drinks and this was perfect. The drink is smoothie-like and there is sago and coconut cube topping that comes with the drink already. Service was quick and there are chairs and tables inside to sit and chill. I would come back again :)
If 1/2 stars were an option, I'd rate them 4.5. A few weeks ago, I stumbled upon the most random find and it was a fun experience. Looking for a tea beverage, I popped in this shopping center Tea Nami is located. There are other beverage places, coffee focused, but I still decided to try this one. Although the shopping center is a bit rundown, Tea Nami has an inviting interior with a decent amount of seating. You walk up to the counter to order on a screen. There was staff available to answer questions. As I was going through the options to order, I felt the pricing was very fair and quite affordable. I was solely looking for a matcha based beverage. I ordered my drink at 75% sweetness, but it was still pretty bitter (ok for a matcha though), but the jasmine foam on top gave it a nice flavor. As I proceeded through the add on options, I notices little tea pots for $2.85. After seeing the display on the counter, I figured why not. At the time I ordered, there was no one else in the store. They have a screen to the side showing which order they are working on. It took over 10 mins for my beverage to be ready which I though was quite slow given no others orders were ahead of me. Once my drink was ready, the presentation of the little tea pot on top of the drink was worth the wait. The staff was patient so I could take some pictures/videos. I guess I am one of the only ones who didn't get this advertised to on IG, so it was refreshing popping in store and finding out about this great little add-on. I believe the mini tea pots have a limited run. I think it is a great way to attract business and really stand out. Would I come back if in the area. Beside a decent sized drink menu, they also have a handful of snack style food items.
I came here because I saw the cute Duck that floats on top of an Ocean Foam or any foam. When we walked in, I saw the Mini Teapots and forgot all about the duck! LOL I'm not even sure they still have the ducks, I saw it 6 months ago! The Mini Teapots started being offered on March 20th. They are called Mini Smoky Teapots or Magic Fog Teapots per their Instagram page. No matter what they're called, I was sold! The interior is clean, simple, and inviting. There were a lot of people in the store, but I think the drinks came out in good time. Orders are placed using a kiosk at the counter. Only one person or group can order at a time since there is only one tablet! This shop is located in a good sized plaza with free parking. Hubby got the Oolong Tiramisu ($6.75) while I chose the Lychee Wave ($6.00) with Coco Pudding ($.85¢). And we each bought a charming Mini Teapot for $2.85 each. I added a plain brown one and a pink Kitty face teapot. Too cute! The staff member carefully adds dry ice to the teapot and then water. Before he's done, fog/smoke comes billowing out. The show only lasts a minute more or less. We took our drinks out to the car and added more water for a little more fun! It was cool, but not as much fog as when originally activated. Now for the drinks. We both enjoyed our drinks. Hubby said he could taste the tea better in my drink, but he still enjoyed his. He got his with 50% sugar which is probably smart with the Tiramisu Foam. My Lychee Wave drink was made with 75% sweetness and it was still too sweet. I'd cut it to 50% next time. I really enjoyed it with the Coco (Egg) Pudding I had added. If you want a snacks, they also serve fried foods to go along with their drinks. I would definitely revisit this tea shop whenever I'm nearby! I wonder what their next "big thing" will be??
Service was quick and easy, and the oolong and jasmine tea we got was delightful! Greta for a quick place to eat, study and overall enjoy some great tea! They also have the mini tea pot option where they put a small bit of dry ice to make it "smoke" on top of your drink for an extra $2!
Tea Nami was packed with people when I first visited 8 months ago, and I couldn't find a seat at any of the tables. However, this Saturday marks my second visit to this location. It was very vacant, and my kids and I were the only customers there. I noticed on Yelp about dry ice in a mini teapot and was anxious to buy it, but the server claimed they no longer have it... We were quite disappointed... The drinks we purchased had nice flavor and quality, however they were pretty costly. We hope to have the dry ice in the small teapot back soon.
I don't usually buy drinks but I saw that they had coconut milk instead of regular milk. The menu was too small and gets blocked if someone is looking at it. The AC was already low but they kept the doors open which made it even hotter. Small place but comfortable seating. I was able to ask for no sugar added drinks which was great but service fell flat. A "hi, welcome" would be appreciated.
I found this company on Instagram today. It just popped up on my page. What caught my attention was the cute little teapots. I love to collect miniature items , so I was very excited. First impression, it was extremely clean. I loved the entrance. Hubby asked if I could use the ladies room but the gentleman said it was broken. We used the kiosk to place our order. Hubby brought me after dinner. I was so excited to get my teapot. I ordered the Coco Pistachio with 25% sweetness light ice, hubby got the Coral Peach with 50% sweetness regular ice. We each ordered a teapot. The total came out to $18.75. The Coco Pistachio was perfect, the Coral Peach was good, it was just a little too sweet for my liking. My husband likes it on the sweeter side so he did the 50%, it was still delicious. Overall the drinks, price and experience was well worth the 22 minute drive.

Such a clean and cute little bubble tea shop! The owner is super friendly and welcoming, and the tea smells absolutely amazing. I really love this place and I'll definitely be coming back often!
3.5 stars I heard about the grand opening of this place but I didn't make it out until things died down a bit. Not in the best area of wesminster, but it is in a busy neighborhood plaza. Came over here with a friend after we had lunch. My intention was to stay and study but I decided just to get a drink instead. Ended up getting the oolong tiramisu after asking for some recommendations. The drink itself is a 3.5. It was okay. I asked for extra ice but their level of extra is normal ice for me. I should have gotten some boba to make the drink more enjoyable to drink. I saved the majority of the drink for the next day and yet I couldn't finish it. The place is small but has a few seats. It's clean as it is new. I did like that the employee gave me a drink bag upon my request which I thought was cute and it's reusable. Since I already had lunch, I didn't try their snacks. I would stop by one more time to try their snacks and a different drink and if things are better I wouldn't mind increasing my rating. read more

It's a small place but the music is a bit too loud so it makes the people in the place even louder, honestly ruins the vibes . I ordered after a group of four people and I'm not sure what the wait is as it's been almost twenty minutes and I'm still awaiting drinks . I also wished they made it more clear on how to order the cute little teapots Extra star because the girl at the front was super sweet and patient with not only me but the lady ahead of me. She was willing to add on the teapots but sadly they were out of pink so I changed my mind, and she was still so nice! I'll await the drinks to continue my review ! Adding to review: they need a better system . There are workers making drinks and they pile up on the counter but no one is calling it out! They just leave it there ...now we have to wait for someone to come call it out? Now it's been thirty minutes ... read more
Went during grand opening. Came an hour before closing. The line was super long and it took an hour from standing in line, ordering, and getting our drinks. We got the Nami Jasmine (with jasmine foam) and Tie Guan Yin (with oolong boba). Nami Jasmine: Tea is strong. Very good. It reminds me of the 85C sea salt Jasmine tea. The Jasmine foam was ... confusing. It tasted like whipped cream and it was a very thick texture. I would skip the foam because it didn't add much to the drink and extra calories, plus you'll save 75 cents. Tie Guan Yin: Tea is also very strong. Very good as well. The boba was very hard and not fresh however. It was disappointing because with how many drinks were being ordered, we thought the boba would be super fresh. For grand opening they had 20% off entire bill. Five minutes after we ordered, we realized we didn't get the 20% off so we went to inquire and they said it was a ... system error? Yes there's a lot of boba tea shops to choose from around the area but you must give Tea Nami a chance. When I heard this tea shop is same owner as Hippo Loco, I actually didn't plan on ever trying it because I dont like Hippo Loco. Tried Hippo Loco a few times and it was underwhelming. However, Tea Nami is different and offers a different grade of drinks. I saw the menu looked different and I was opened to giving it a try while dining in the same plaza. Granted I've only tried two drinks so far (Jasmine & Tie Guan Yin) but it's good enough to know I have at least two favorites here. The oolong boba is also pretty good. I have been to Taiwan a few times and consider myself quite particular with what I look for in tea.Tea Nami is a great local choice. A plus is that they offer small foods. It's hard to find boba tea shops that offer some sort of food now days. As long as Tea Nami continues to offer the same quality consistency, I will be back again and again to support them. I hope they don't change (if they do, for the better) and offer easy online ordering. read more

Grand Opening weekend was this past weekend, August 9th to 10th, 2025 from 11AM to 10PM. Decided to stop by Sunday, 8/10, actually got there extra early before a line was formed, but since there was no line yet, went to get breakfast and came back around a few hours before opening, at that point, was like 25 people in line. Once the place opened at 11AM, the line moved but it moved very very slowly. It took over an hour to get to the front to order my drink. The space itself is tiny and there were no restrooms! Although I like the center piece of waterfall, it was causing water to drip on the side and was creating a safety hazard. We saw employees mopping not once, twice but three times before they finally put a up a yellow safety wet sign. When I finally got around to ordering, was asked to provide a phone number which I didn't feel comfortable giving, so the cashier had to go back a step before processing the payment. I asked for recommendation between two drinks and ended up trying the secret flower, it was only okay, definitely not worth an almost 2 hour wait. I didn't get boba in my drink, but tried another drink that did have boba and it tasted like one of the worst tapioca ever. It was not good and dare I say undercooked and even raw as others said. I didn't get to try any of the food either, but giving the unsatisfying tea drinks, I'm not sure I'll want to come back to give the food a chance. read more

The service here is painfully slow, and the drinks are below average, overly sweet with no option to adjust the sweetness. The lead guy clearly lacks leadership skills, which shows in how the place is run. The shop is crowded mainly because of the trendy teapot-and-dry-ice presentation. Sure, it looks cool, but paying an extra $2.85 on top of a $6.75 drink isn't worth it. There are plenty of better milk tea and boba spots out there. Definitely not coming back. Cocomango: 1/5 my husband threw his drink in a trash can after 1 sip. Tie Quan Yin: 1.5/5 worst drink ever Naomi Jasmine: 1.5/5 my son said it was all powder milk with a lot of jasmin fragrance. Given that it's Christmas, they're still open and it was poppin'!!! We got the Coco Mango, Coco Avocado, and Grape Ice Wave. All drinks were perfect to texture, sweetness, and flavor. Very cute little boba shop and will definitely come back! read more

I wanted the new pistachio milk tea but wanted to get the little duck on top and the cashier was super nice and made it happen. I've come here multiple times and the service is fast everytime! There is a kiosk to order from but if needed you can order from the register as well. I always get the Nami Jasmine with Jasmine Foam and Oolong Boba. The flavor of the jasmine tea is really strong but nice and I think the jasmine foam's sweetness ties it all together. They do put some type of nut on top so if you have a nut allergy please get it without but I love eating it at the end of my drink especially with the foam. The oolong boba is very chewy and it doesn't taste the same as your regular boba as there is a slight hint of oolong. There's lots of seating inside and it seems like a good place to study! read more
the cutest winter topping for any drink what we got: oolong milk tea w/ tiramisu foam- i never really get oolong, but this was great! the tiramisu foam was a delicious light chocolatey creamy mix nami matcha- my favorite of these!! the matcha taste was very evident and so delicious i typically don't opt for blended drinks, but i'm so glad i tried this!! coco mango- a great creamy mix of mango and coconut cream! also somewhat blended, and it has like a sort of mango sago in it too which added a nice change of textures. this was my friends fav garlic fries- flavorful and garlicy and a big portion!! yumm! ^ they have a good amount of food options too!! i love when cafes have a solid food menu too + panna cotta christmas tree toppings these are made from a cream, but it has a jelly like consistency and jiggle lol but it was a yummy addition to our drinks!! the ambiance was nice! it's not the biggest space, but there's a good amount of seating with tables. people were in there doing work! there aren't any outlets i saw though, but it's a nice chill spot. i'd recommend this spot for sure!! it was so good and they have so many milk tea, fruit tea, and blended drink options! read more
ive been seeing pics of the cute ducks that come with the drinks at teanami, so i wanted to try it out for myself. i was honestly really sad that my duck sank down as soon as i moved my drink from the pick up counter to the table! i think the cream top wasnt thick enough to hold up the duck, so it sank down easily (also showed a pic of the cute outline of the duck at the bottom of my cup hahaha) in terms of flavor, my drink was very bland honestly. the tea was neither strong nor sweet, and the cream was also very bland and did not add much to my drink. the cream + duck was an additional $2.75, so i wish it tasted better or at least stayed afloat for the price. the shop itself was cute and nicely decorated! im not sure if i'll be back any time soon, but maybe if i want to give it another try! read more

The store is really cute and has a great aesthetic to it. The drinks are visually appealing as well. You can order on the kiosk or through the cashier. The jasmine foam tasted like whipped cream to me, I didn't taste the jasmine. The mango coconut drink was more on the coconut side and it was thin for a blended drink. The staff are very welcoming and the drinks are very good. I think the only thing I didn't like was the boba. It tasted overcooked and bland. The Jasmine Nami is my favorite drink. I would say it's better than Molly Tea's. So I would recommend that without boba! read more

I ordered the Tie Guan Yin with oolong boba and the popcorn chicken. I chose the spiciest level for the chicken, but it came across as pretty mild. The boba had a nice chew, and the tea flavor was pleasant, though the overall taste was quite subtle. I wish it were a bit creamier. Service was nothing special since they had a kiosk to order. read more

Came for the duck where they can add the cute floating duck into any drink for $2.75. It was hot when we went inside and sunny. Tea shoppe is cute and woodsy. Great service and the drinks were really good and came out in a timely manner. read more
I stopped in on a busy Saturday to give Tea Nami a try. The store has a pretty aesthetic and very clean. There was a big crowd inside so service was a little slow. I eventually got my drink after about 15 mins or so. I tried the Tie Guan Yin tea with boba. Overall I thought the drink was ok and the boba was fine. I'm interested in trying their Nami Jasmine and especially their Garlic fries which I saw someone else order that looked really good. read more
First time ordering out of state shipping orders from them and did not disappoint. So glad they decided to try out with out of state shipping orders. The milktea were pretty good surprisingly. Pretty condensed down so a bottle is worth 2 cups if you water down with ice. I feel like the sweetness was good enough with ice. Not terribly just sugar taste. I love the secret flower tea so much. It's so fragrant and strong. I love the details of the toppings. Feel like too cute to eat them. Kinda sad the cheese foam topping got mixed in with other topping so I couldn't do a good photo on that topping box. Overall I think it's good to give them a try even if you live out of state like me. Yes overnight shipping cost is a bit much but it's a lot cheaper than a flight ticket lol :) I would definitely order more in the future. Check them out in FB to order or call the store. Just know their hours on yelp are unreliable. We went out of our way to come here and arrived at 8:30 pm. Their hours state they close at 10pm daily so imagine our surprise when we arrived and the store has lights off and door closed. Forgot to turn off their "open" sign though. Please be considerate of your customers' time and properly update your hours. We wasted our time coming and nothing indicated they'd be closed. read more
We decided to stop by this new boba shop for a try. We got the special flower milk tea and it definitely had potential. The only con is they only have 2 folks working (1 on food and 1 on drinks), so even though it wasn't that busy we had to wait quite a long time. We didn't order any food, but it definitely piqued my interest, since it was around 6-7 for a huge basket of fries. We might come back to try the snacks in the future! read more

This place is one of the rare boba shops that actually serves high-quality milk tea. You can really taste the difference in their tea--super flavorful and not diluted. I first came because the shop looked cute, but the drinks are what made me a regular. Only drawback: no restrooms or outlets, so it's not really a sit-and-study type of spot--more like grab a drink and go. Still, definitely recommend giving it a try! read more
By the same owners as Hippo Loco, Tea Nami is the hottest new boba shop in OC! With a pretty interior and ample seating, it makes a good spot to study/wfh while munching on solid drinks & snacks. My absolute fave is their nami jasmine as I'm a sucker for jasmine green tea with cheese foam. They're also a great HeyTea dupe for the coco mango boom without the long lines!! Limited seating so not the most work friendly but nice ambiance. I'd come back! read more

I'm so glad I stumbled upon tea nami! the store is located in a relatively large strip mall, with lots of parking. the store itself is very clean, spacious, and modern looking inside and you can order at one of the self serve kiosks. I got the nami jasmine and it was very fragrant and light, especially with the jasmine foam and some pecans on top. the drink didn't taste watered down at all and maintained its taste for a long time. I would definitely come back if I'm ever in the area for a great jasmine milk tea option! read more
Enjoyed the tea here. I got the tie guan yin but they ran out of oolong boba. Regular boba was pretty meh. The tea was pretty good, very flavorful and not watered down. My husband got their lychee wave. I thought it was good and strong but he complained that the after taste was too bitter. read more

Came here to try it out because we were next door picking up a to go order. Originally didn't have any idea about them nor their menu and was going to choose something from their top picks options. My girlfriend and I then noticed they had a White Peach Milk tea so we had to try it. Reason for that is because her go to spot use to be Presotea but they closed down and not many places offer that flavor. We also got their Nami Matcha. The reason for the poor review is because upon entering, all of them were in the back kitchen. Nobody to greet people coming in and nobody at the cashier desk so people were just ordering on the self serve screen. There's a tv that shows orders in progress. There was 115,116,117,118 (us) and then later 119,120. There was 2 ladies that came and I thought they were customers but one suddenly went over the counter and into the kitchen so she worked there. 118 was next so I thought we would be next but the guy brought out 119's drink. It belonged to the Second Lady that we saw. So we're thinking "wow so they prioritized their friends drink instead of us who has been waited for almost 10 mins now. The guy also looked at me with an awkward smile as if they forgot our order entirely because he immediately went back there and I heard ice being scooped up. Anyway, we got our order in like 2-3 mins after that. We were leaving and the guy came out to call us back saying he forgot the boba. I'm like okay... at least he remembered. But I guess he just poured it in from the top and it over flooded because the side of the cup had liquid coming down and when we poked the straw, a bunch came out overflowing on the lid. We also aren't a fan of places that uses cups and lids like that. It feels cheap and makes me think we ordered a soda or something lol. Anyway, we looked past it because it can come in that as long the drink is good. Unfortunately, it wasn't the case. The white peach drink for some reason was foamy at the top so that was kind of weird already. The boba felt cheap and didn't have any flavor at all meaning it wasn't in any syrup like most boba places. The drink also just tasted water down white peach. The Nami Matcha flavor wasn't bad but it was super watery/melted? I guess that's how the drink is suppose to be but I was expected more of a slush consistency as it reminded me of the matcha drink from Omomo. Im not from this area and only come here every few months to visit but definitely wouldn't come back here when the OC is populated with so many good drink spots read more
I have found my new favorite spot!! The price might be a bit more than my usual go to spots, but don't let this put you off from trying it. Most reviews said it was busy but I came in on a Sunday around 4PM and it was empty. They unfortunately ran out of oolong boba when I went, but the regular boba is just as good too. So soft and chewy. The jasmine milk tea was also very flavorful, you can really taste the jasmine even with 100% sweetness. The workers were very nice and welcoming. I ordered two of the Nami jasmine tea with jasmine foam and out of all the teas with foam drinks I have tried around OC, this is #1 for me. Everything was clean, and the decor was nice and bright.
