Tried a sample and took the BOGO boba deal. Ended up paying $8 for two bubble teas, which isn't a bad deal nowadays. Their pearls were fine, not too mushy not the chewiest. We really liked their tea. If you like mango, their Hawaiian Mango milk tea boba was great! Also tried their Thai Tea which was good, but nothing special. If you are at the mall, craving boba, I'd recommend Tea Mansion. Workers were very sweet, but it took a good 10 minutes to make two boba because they brew their tea once the order is in. Something to consider if you are in a rush! read more

Five out of five for their BOGO bubble tea deal!! You get two bobas for $8. The price is UNBEATABLE!! Also their pearls are brewed well, pretty chewy. I really liked their Hawaiian Mango milk tea, perfect for mango / tropical sweet fruit lovers. Even if we didn't get the deal, their tea is so tasty that I would give them 4 stars. Service was great, ambiance is non-existent since it's a to-go spots. They do have some barstool chairs right in front of the store if you need a place to sit and chill. They make your tea fresh once the order is in, so be prepared to wait! It's not a "fast-boba" spot. read more

I was in the mall walking to the food court when I came across this tea shop. I saw the free tasting sign and was curious about the flavors. I tasted 3 different tea that were all really delicious. There was also a sign that stated all boba teas were bogo. I decided on peach ginger with strawberry boba and mango passionfruit bellini with mango boba. They were both beyond delicious and not overly sweet. I can't wait to return again. read more

April 2023 There was an employee handing out free samples outside their store, which lured me in. They have a selection of teas, accessories, teapots, tea-ware, infusers, and gifts. Per their sign, their teas are natural and organic. I purchased a medium taro milk tea with boba and taro syrup. Unfortunately it wasn't as good as others I have had elsewhere. The tea was not as flavorful and more on the watery side. All the employees were super friendly and engaging with my friends and I. This level of service will certainly help to attract returning customers. read more

Got some Boba tea from this spot while passing through the food court with my daughters. The inside of the shop withs nice with tons of flavors of loose team on the counter and along the walls. We were the only one's placing an order and it took a while for our drinks to come out. The girls got Taro Milk with Boba (no tea) and I got the Classic Milk Tea with Boba. Overall our drinks were lacking in flavor. Now while we waited for our drinks we tried some of the free samples and those were really good. So as we were waiting for our drinks our expectations were heightened based on the samples. Only to be completely let down after taking sips of the drinks we ordered. So I would not recommend going here for Boba Tea but it might be a place to go for a variety of flavored loose tea. read more

During covid two of my favorite tea stores closed. So, I was pleasantly surprised to find Tea Mansion at Westfield Montgomery Mall. The person who worked there greeted me and asked if I needed any help? She asked me what kind of teas I liked? I told her and she showed me an assortment. This place always looks so good and I wanted to try it on one of my visits to the mall. I asked for a passion fruit bubble tea, and while they were making it, I walked around the store, smelling all of the different teas. The store itself is beautiful and organized. It has everything you could possibly need as far as tea Who I can only presume as the owner was training a new employee on how to make the tea. Unfortunately, the tea itself was just not good. It is difficult to find stores that sell good loose leaf tea, and I was pretty happy to find this one at Westfield Montgomery Mall...I'm a fan of Assam and Japanese green teas (among many other types) and this store located on the second floor of the mall (near Starbucks) has a very good plain loose leaf Assam tea (as well as many flavored varieties). The Assam is very pricey, however, at 4 oz for around $23. So I go here only if I have a tea emergency. )Otherwise I order most of my tea online from TeaSource). I like that this store always has yummy samples to try at the front and exudes a cheerful, bright vibe...the associates are also always helpful and friendly. read more

I can't believe I paid almost $8 for the trash bubble tea they gave me. The place is basically a tea place - you can buy loose leaf tea and other related assortments here. They decided it was a good idea to throw a random station at the back to make bubble tea. The menu is ridiculously confusing, the kid who took my order was very sweet and helpful but the whole process headache. You place your order in the back corner almost getting run over by random supplies and boxes, then trudge to the front counter to pay, then wait awkwardly in the back for your order. The place is tiny and there is literally no space to stand without being asked to move every second. I got the Hawaiian mango tea with bubble and jelly. The tea had a weird bitter aftertaste, the bubbles were a big goopy blob at the bottom and the rainbow jelly was rubber chewy. I actually didn't finish my tea which is a first. The owner strutted around throwing random orders at workers who were all high school kids ( or so it seemed). Such a freaking disappointment. I cant give zero. I ordered online from Canada having had the tea while visiting Washington and loved it. UPS delivered, after paying a high price for the tea itself and 29.00 shipping, thee was an additional fee of 57.89. Tea Mansion bullied me when I asked they cover the unknown and hidden fee. They told me it was duty imposed by the Canadian government, repeatedly. I found this odd, so I looked into it to discover from UPS the fee is handling, since the tea was shipped ground , not air( cheaper shipping option and slower) . Thus the fee was indeed shipping and handling and not duty. The invoice from UPS stated 0 duty. total shipping fee to Canada $86.89. not written anywhere on their website, and they lied to me. When I told them I would file with the BBB if they did not cover this extra shipping I did not agree to and they do not reveal, I was threatened- they would report me to the Canadian government for evading duty. Unbelievable. And so it went. On top of that, one large bag of tea was damaged thus the tea spilled out, so for $86.89 shipping I received two, not three, tea. ( refunded). If you live outside the US, do NOT ORDER it will cost too much. if you expect integrity and transparency of cost and respect, DO NOT ORDER. The rudeness of the interactions was shocking. read more

This is more of a loose leaf tea shop than anything else! Their tea station is in the back but I would only consider getting brews of tea. This is not a sugary sweet boba drink place! Their loose leaf tea is extremely flavorful and their staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. It is pricey! but what you pay for shines in it's superb flavor and aroma. read more

Worker Sam Wubie was so rude and ruined my whole experience. At the register he was swearing at me, calling me slurs and the b-word. I let that past and once and then it was taking so so long, so i looked at the workers and there I see the SAME GUY spit in my bubble tea. Once i received the tea., it tasted terrible, honestly awful! NEVER come to this store. 0 stars, I don't recommend. I also saw him use improper equipment and using his phone on the job. I don't know what I expected from a boba place in the mall, but I guess I expected more. This place is located in the Westfield mall and is a cute little place that mostly sells loose leaf tea, but they also sell ready to drink boba teas. I ordered a Thai tea with boba, which is typically one of my favorite drinks, but this fell super flat. The Thai tea was ok, but was more bland than most Thai tea I've had and not super creamy. The boba pearls were also a strange texture and weirdly flavorless. The whole drink was around $7, which is perhaps not too expensive for a very good boba drink but was way too expensive for how bad it tasted. I would maybe consider getting loose leaf tea from this place, but not the Thai tea, and not any of their premade drinks. read more

I was super excited to try the teas after I got lured with the freebies. I can just say that this is a loose tea shop and that as you can except from a Buisness paying mall rents nothing is cheap here. My kids did try the boba and they said it was too sweet. I did try the loose leaf tea preferably the Hawaiian Mango and ended up really enjoying this. The thing is they tell you which tea is for what because useless you are a tea expert it's hard for me to know what's for what. The staff was super nice especially the young lady with long black bob (sorry didn't get her name). She worked the hardest talking people all she knew about the teas. The other people there were too busy to be bothered so please give her a raise. She was polite and is the reason I went back to get more loose tea. I would not keep buying from here because it's Uber expensive for the portions. However, if your like me and don't know what's what then check them out. Ambiance is very cluttered and stuff everywhere. Maybe have less items and that would help those visually impaired people see better. read more

I went into Tea Mansion out of curiosity, not really in need of tea. The salesperson, Rose, greeted me enthusiastically and offered to give me an overview of the many specialty teas - black, green, herbal, etc. All are displayed in glass canisters that can be opened to sniff the aroma. She was extremely knowledgeable about the subtle differences between various types of chai tea and also introduced me to fig biscotti. I ended up purchasing three different teas as well as a diffuser - I look forward to trying more of the intriguing blends! read more

BUYER BEWARE! This place is a setup. #1 There are no prices posted anywhere. #2 In my experience the sales associate didn't give me the correct price of tea $60 not $16 for 4 oz until she was ringing it up. Against, my better judgement, I still agreed to by the tea. When I got home I changed my mind. I did not open the tea or attempt to use it anyway. I checked the website regarding returns and it said that returns can be made on unopened items for up to 30 days with a receipt. Great, I stopped by the mall with my receipt to return the tea and was then told, #3 there are no returns allowed on tea. The sales associate asked to see the website I had seen that said returns were allowed up to 30 days. I showed him. He then pointed to an asterisk on the policy and further down on the return policy page in small writing, it indicates no returns are allowed on teas, sugar, chocolates . . . essentially the primary product they sell. I asked what else would people returning and he told me the mugs they sell. I told him that policy is misleading. He explained it is also on the receipt. I told him you won't know the policy or see the receipt UNTIL you make a purchase. Before that, you'd never know that no returns are allowed. The sales associate, which I believe was either the manager or owner said IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ASK WHAT THE RETURN POLICY IS, NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO INFORM YOU. He then said that other stores like Victoria's Secret don't tell you what their policy is before you purchase and I told him, that's because everyone knows what Victoria's Secret policy is. You're just some store in the mall. How are people to know what the policy is unless you tell them or they buy something and then see it on the receipt? He refused to give a me a refund and offered me a gift card. I told him, I didn't want a gift card because I don't want a dime of my money to go to that business. All in all, GO BUY YOUR TEA FROM ADAGIO. Their prices are transparent and better. The have a much larger variety and they come in a variety of sizes to purchase, and the shipping is either free depending on how much you buy or otherwise the shipping is very inexpensive. don't order the beverages they have here. i ordered a milk tea and it was super milky, not sweet at all, and an uncomfortably large straw that was a bit extra even for boba. the cup wasn't even full. im sure the teas here are great, and the employee working there was so sweet and helpful, but i'll just spend my money at the kung fu tea. read more
