I've gone in for new breaks and for a state inspection. I like their texting system where they give you all the details of what should be done to your car and they clearly outlay the pricing. They also don't just jump to do it, you can either go and take your car back or approve the work to be done. The inspection process was also super easy for my husband and I. I know other reviews mention running into issues with an inspection here-- that was not what both my husband and I experienced. They gave a clear list of everything passing and had us on our way. We will continue to visit L&S Auto when we need work done on our cars or state inspections!

I called several mechanics in the area and they were all booked up until after the holiday weekend and I wanted go get this fixed ASAP. I then googled further and came across L'Europa Auto Repair, the name seemed very appealing to me because I'm European myself :) I called and spoke to a lovely Christy who was very informative and knowledgeable on the phone and she was able to fit me in an hour later. Upon my arrival to L'Europa I was greeted by a cheerful and friendly Christy herself, along with Little and Bruno, her adorable 2 pups which made my day! I immediately knew I was in good hands when Christy and I conversed about my car issues and she definitely knew her stuff, explaining all the possibilities of what could be wrong with my vehicle, this is coming from a girl that knows about cars :) 20 minutes later she approached me with a smile and stated that I was good to go. She advised me that due to my battery recently dying the car computer wasnt properly reset after the jump start and it was throwing numerous codes that the mechanic cleared. I did not need a new battery or an oxygen sensor, after all! She was very honest and upfront about everything - had I gone elsewhere, I'm sure the outcome would have been much different and I would have to spend money on an unnecessary repair. I was so impressed and touched by L'Europa honest work ethic, that I wish I lived closer as this would be my go to mechanic, going forward. I finally gave in and went to Smittys because it was walking distance to my house I told them about the noise and my check engine light was on, I didn't know why. I also asked for an oil change. I walked home expecting a call letting me know how many hundreds I should bring when it was fixed. A few hours later they call and tell me it was a shield that was bent and hitting the rotor, they bent it back for me, no charge The engine light....gas cap was not on tight! No charge! So I had to pay for an oil change!!! I am over-the-moon thrilled!!!! Not only was the problem no big deal, but these guys were honest and told me it was no big deal!!!!

They had been the in laws go to for decades. Fair cost, great work. But Frank and Valley View are hands down the best. They've treated my fiance and myself like family and have never once price gouged or done lackluster service. It looked clean and organized. I was assisted within a few minutes of arriving. I booked an appointment for a noise coming from somewhere in the engine, an oil change, a clutch adjustment, a new inspection sticker. I was able to get in the following Wednesday- I dropped my car off at 8am. I received a call from the shop saying I needed synthetic oil instead of a blend. No problem. Liked the communication. I received a second call at 3pm to say the car was ready. I went and picked it up at 4:45pm the same day! Apparently, my heat shield was loose- hence the noise. No noise now. Oil change - done. Inspection- done. Clutch adjustment- done. The bill was very reasonable- surprising actually because I thought it would cost more. I am a very happy new customer, and this is where I am going to keep going. Pros- communication, professionalism, quick work, great attitude of the employees.
