I called my primary mechanic who wasn't able to see me for a week! In the mean while, driving as little as I could, my left tire blew because it was so badly off alignment. Got a used tire on Monday and was referred to Leo and team by the company who sold me the used tire. I called on Monday afternoon and he told me to bring it in Tuesday before he even opens. Leo and Pat and another young man accessed the damage, told me what I needed, and called around for the parts. I purchased a used strut and spindle while he is ordering the parts that he thought should not be used. Knowing that I'm on a hard line budget, with Christmas around the corner, and understanding that I need my car to earn a living and make money he took the time to put the car on the lift a second time, made a minor adjustment so that I can get to work and back with a less dangerous situation. I knew that he was genuinely concerned and went over and beyond what I expected. Thank you Leo! I will get the rest of the parts installed in a couple of days. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Although, a sitting room would be nice. : ) If you need any type of work on your wheel's, brakes, suspension etc I highly recommend them.
