There was only one other customer in there and barely anyone came in while I was there. They didn't have a great selection of gel colors to choose from. Update: decided to update my review after having my nails for a couple of weeks! The gel manicure lasted for a while which in surprised because I've them done before and they started to peel after a week! These didn't start coming apart until week 2! I just got them redone today and the mail girl, Jeanette, was awesome! She knew what she was doing and was so professional! Definitely getting them done again by Jeanette! Everyone is very friendly there!

I made an appointment via phone and when I came, they were on schedule and I only waited 5 minutes. I did want a salon that can do designs, and to my surprise, they do! The place is well kept, and the employees were nice. The prices are comparable.. I got an acrylic fill, with gel polish for $40 I would definitely recommend them, and hope you will give them a try! They really made their salon look and feel the spa part. Granite counter tops at reception at the nail bar. Comfortable seating if you're waiting. A separate section where your nails dry, not crammed up against a nail tech's desk. There were a lot of pedi stations and everything was spotless. Both receptionists I spoke to were extremely friendly and welcoming and my nail tech, Annie, did a beautiful job. I got a gel fill. Every nail is the exact length and even. No bumps, no uneven ridges, she perfectly filed them to make my nails look natural. She was pleasant and I didn't feel like she was rushing through me to get to the next person. She showed pride in her work. At the end she did a little massage and moisturized my hands. It was a nice touch I wasn't expecting. The whole thing cost me $30. I used to pay more and get average work. I will definitely be back! Make sure you make an appointment if you can, they get pretty busy!

I've been going to this establishment for over 20+ years. The location was previously known as…read moreLinda's Nails and then it switched to the new owners. Anyways, a week ago, made an appointment for pedicure and manicure gel sets for myself and my two daughters. Arrived five minutes prior to appointment time. All seats were full. We had to wait 30+ minutes until my youngest daughter was taken to get her manicure done first. Then I was seated along with my oldest daughter (separated by 2 seats) to get our pedicures. However, as I was being worked on, my oldest sat there for over 20 minutes if not more for anyone to start on her. Finally, when my youngest was seated, someone started on my oldest. I had asked to have a simple French pedicure with a simple design which I had a pic of my nails from a previous visit. The work was substandard. I asked the line to be thicker like in the pic, he proceeded to redo it and practically covered the top half of my nail with this thick line and to top it off it was on an angle! When I expressed that I was not happy with it, he and the other employees started speaking amongst themselves in a different language, and he just left me without completing and started working on another customer. I had to wait for idk for the manager/ owner there to complete my pedicure. Once he finished my feet, he tells me that he can not do my manicure because he has an appointment waiting. Ultimately after back-and-forth, another technician became available and finished my manicure and my youngest daughter had to wait 40 minutes for myself and my other daughter to get done. Overall, as I stated earlier and for a $275 bill the work was substandard and it took over 2.5+ hours from start to finish. I informed the manager or what ever his title is, that I will be taking my business elsewhere. He didn't even care! No apology for the long wait nothing!! And to top it all off, he was happy to tell me that I wasn't going to be charged for a couple of butterflies that my daughter asked for on her nails. What a joke. This is not how you treat customers that have been coming to your establishment for years. DO BETTER!!!!

Recently, the shop has changed ownership, but the new owner, Hana, is a long standing employee and she has the bonus of having the former owner, Samantha, still working there with her. Samantha ran a clean, relaxed and fairly priced shop with great hours and easy access at a fantastic location and I expect that nothing will change now that Hana is the owner. It's always been a GREAT salon and I'm sure the high quality the customers are used to will remain the same! I recommend it 110% and wish both Hana and Sam all the best and am looking forward to being their customer for years to come!
