Came here to update my original post. I got an acrylic set for $72 and was somewhat satisfied. I went back after 3 weeks to remove them and found myself very disappointed. The nail tech drilled too much of my nail off on almost all my nails, leaving me with super thin and sensitive fingerbeds. I was thinking of getting another set but I'm going to have to wait for my nails to get healthy again. I would rather her have left a thin layer of acrylic than drilling too much of my natural nail away. It hurts to open cans and do certain things now. I have to wait for them to grow back. I think this place is good for simple mani/pedis but anything more technical, I'd go elsewhere. read more

Pinkys has been my go to for many years. Henry, Rachel and all the staff are great. They go above and beyond. Service is always great, welcoming and accommodating. I love the music they play there and the chairs are always comfortable. I drive all the way from north jersey to visit my parents and this is my go to! read more

I'm in town for a wedding and was searching for a nail salon. Pinky's Nails 4 took me without a reservation for a gel mani/gel pedi right away! Michelle was fantastic and detail-oriented. The establishment was clean, COVID precautions were being taken seriously, and staff was friendly. Great music and relaxing environment. Serious collection of nail polish colors too. Will always return if I'm ever in the area! read more

$25 to have the remains of a gel manicure removed (that they put on a few weeks ago) and leave with a clean buffed unpainted nail. Ridiculous. I've been going to various Pinky's for 20 years. I'm not a regular (needless to say) but I appreciate a good manicure at a decent price. This ain't it. Also want to mention it's time for a deep cleaning in the salon. read more

My mother has always gone to see the same technician- and she is wonderful. However I went this time to get a regular manicure/ first of all 20$ for a regular manicure??! Robbery. Secondly; the full staff is all screaming and talking too each other playing around- my nail tech couldn't even pay attention to my nails- she missed cutting my cuticles properly ; or that the fact that the nail polish was too settled and the color was completely faded. The staff messing and playing around made my nerves a mess- and what should have been a relaxing time was more stressful than sitting in traffic I don't know what else to say- but please don't go to this location... the staff weren't even wearing masks or considerate to their paying customers - who again are paying more than usual for a manicure - should only be 12-15$ not 20 read more

Best nail salon in N.J. love this place! The owner Pinky is so sweet! I see Amy for my nails!! She never disappoints me!!

Really disappointed, my girl kept answering her phone. The gel looks like crap, she did my spa pedicure incorrectly instead of reading the package she put the lotion on first and scrub over top it was just horrible The overall finished product is horrible. I generally love Pinkys and have been going here for years but the service I received today was questionable. $100 for a spa pedicure and it was awful. I expect more from this place. read more

Even though the woman doing my manicure today was very professional, there was a woman working, not wearing a mask and coughing and wiping her nose during my visit. Also, the shelves of products were covered in dust, floor was filthy. I was shocked. I haven't been in this Pinky's in a year, but I was so disappointed in the condition of this shop. read more

I visited here for the first time about a month ago per a friend's recommendation. I don't have the best nails, but they did a great job working with them. I opted for the dip powder, as I didn't want the nail damage that comes with acrylic nails. The color was exactly what I had hoped for and didn't chip at all even after two and a half weeks. I also got a pedicure, which I would say was very fairly priced for how thorough and relaxing it was. The staff was friendly and the salon was extremely clean. I would definitely recommend this location! read more

I was super impressed with this nail salon! It's super super nice on the inside! If you don't want to wait two hours for a full set here is the place to be I was in and out in 45 minutes. They do very quality work here and they are super talented. Plus I love how they use dip power over regular polish. They even took me the same day! The only complaint I did have was my tech was on her phone talking the whole time. I would definitely recommend this place!! read more

I'm not one to post reviews about nail techs but this is just horrible business. Sarah from Pinky's Galloway, is inconsistent, rude and never prompt. I've reached out to her numerous times and no response. I understand when someone is busy but if you're no longer excepting clients, a courtesy response would be nice. I will no longer be using the services at Pinky's Galloway. Please hire nail techs that care about there customers. She could careless. read more

So incredibly happy with the full set I just got done here! Mimi did an incredible job, I've never had such a sharp and crisp shape for the usual coffin/ballerina nails i go for. I showed her a picture of what I wanted to do and she mimicked it perfectly, if not better. Such a great experience and I will absolutely be back! read more

I never leave reviews like this but I am so disappointed. I was recommended by a friend to come here and had an appointment at 4:30. While it was fast to get to the chair, which I appreciated, it took 2 and a half hours for the technician to do my nails. On top of it four of my nails are now bleeding on all sides and very painful. I said this at checkout and no discount was offered. I will not be returning. read more

UPDATE: they spoke to the employee, had another check on me, and gave me a gift card to compensate as best as possible. They handled it as best as they could from a customer service stand point, calling me right away. Will give it another go. I've gone to various Pinky's locations in the past. We actually had a family emergency landing us in the hospital down the street. My mother, sister and I decided to take a relaxing trip over to get a pedi and it was anything but relaxing I'm not one to complain but sharing this to make others aware -- if something doesn't feel right, you have every right to continue to stop a "trained" technician. The guy was nice + trying, but obviously not trained. He kept trying to get me to relax from the tensing, I kept explaining it was painful and not right (I have a high tolerance). Never ONCE have I had someone do it this kind of service! I kept stopping him, feeling bad to speak up, and he kept saying "I'm sorry I know it's going to hurt but I have to do it". No...you don't have to separate my skin repeatedly from my nails and cut at it to the point of infection. Everything else was fine about it -- I had full set put on the day before! Although a few of them are swollen and in pain, this is the worst one. I work on my feet + can barely walk!! In addition to not relaxing, but I get my feet done to look nice + now they're covered in bandaids + neosporin lolVery disappointing kinda scared to get one again if I'm being honest! read more

This is the third time they cut me and made me bleed, drilled a soft spot into my nail bed, and all of my dip powder chipped within 24 hours of application. I finally gave up trying to go here out of convenience of being close to my home. I decided to just have the dip removed after she drilled my knuckle and drew blood and they charged me still. DONT GO HERE. You are better off ordering the supplies off Amazon and doing it yourself. read more

I always love coming to Pinky's. Their equipment is clean, the salon is impeccable and they do the best they can. If I've ever had an issue, the owner personally reaches out and resolves it immediately. Pinky takes pride in her locations and has great business ethics. Any negative reviews should consult with her because I promise, it really is a great place! read more

I got a pedicure at it cost $35. No gel, just a regular pedicure. That's insanely over priced

Horrible! Nail polish always chips off terrible quality after calling so they could fix the nail tech gave every excuse not to fix my nails in top of that they wanted to charge me again after I had gotten them done two days ago! never again read more

Erika made my whole experience here very relaxing. Would recommend her if you are coming to this location.

Love my nails, had a mani pedi and my hubby had a pedi. No waiting, nice service. Great results!

I go here often. I have had both Michelle and Brandon do a great job however my last experience was not so good. The guy who did my nails and toes coughed all over my feet.. never even thought to turn his head. Then while doing my nails he played video games on his phone. I will make sure if I go back to have an appointment and not just walk in. read more

Everyone was very welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. The salon is very appealing, well decorated for sure. My nail technician was Michelle and she did an excellent job on my nails, toes and eyebrows. I felt like she really took her time and did not rush at all. She also helped me pick out the exact color I was looking for after showing her a picture. This is definitely my new favorite location! read more

Very, Very nice place. I made an appointment thinking it would make my going in and out faster, since I just wanted an express pedicure. I got there 5 minutes early. They sat my down right away but they left me sitting with my feet in water for more then 20 minutes and never said anything. They could have at least Apologize for the wait and told me someone will be with you in a couple minutes and I wouldn't be so upset. I was just about to leave when someone came over. Over all everything was good just that first impressions are everything and I will be thinking twice before coming back. Nothing on the lady that did my nails, she did a great job! read more

Like the salon. They have an automatic check-in machine. Just type in a bit of info and whether you have an appointment. This usually works quite smoothly, except once when it was a holiday, around New Year's Eve, after checking in, front desk informed us that they were unable to offer any services since they were overbooked and short-staffed. Normally, they can squeeze you into a slot. The salon and bathroom looks clean. They offer water as a beverage and snacks in the waiting area, which is nice. The one drawback: I wish they had more space. The mani tables feel scrunched together. There is not much elbow room, nowhere to really place a handbag. So, it is best to just come with minimal items: a phone, payment. Like that there are many options: gel polish, gel overlay; acrylic, IBD hard gel; designs, rhinestones. They can replicate a design or design something new for you. I have never seen a dissatisfied client. The Techs and management seem accommodating. Favorite Awesome Techs are Leah and John. read more

I went in for a pedicure and eyebrows. My pedicure was only 35 mins. The gentleman that did my toes barely spoke to me. All of the steps in a pedicure weren't done. My toe nails weren't evenly painted. Some were filed croaked. My eyebrows weren't clean after being waxed and one eyebrow was shorter then the other. I won't visit this pinky's again! read more

Not all Pinky salons are the same! This one in Galloway is a Wonderful place! It's clean doesn't have a funky smell and their bathroom is always clean! I get a powder dip every 3-4 weeks and like to keep my nails short. I try to get the same nail tech every time I go. I'm very picky about who does my feet and don't want anyone cutting on me, so I do that before going and they only file my nails. read more

The only "technician" who was friendly was Michelle, and the rest of her coworkers seemed to ostracize her. I received a pedicure and a full set of acrylics. It took 3 and a half hours long! I love being pampered, but I don't have time for something that takes almost 2 hours to take 3 and a half. Michelle did my pedicure 2 weeks ago and they still look AMAZING. She's the only reason I'm giving two stars. However, the acrylics I went to get them redone somewhere else 5 days later. Angela did my full set, and I wanted an ombre with a coffin shape. An ombre is supposed to blend gently both in hair and nails, what I got was a huge line of demarcation. My nails were also ridiculously long. She DID ask if the length was ok and I responded, "Cute, but i need them shorter." So i suppose it was a language barrier. I could have worked with the length, but the ombre wasn't an ombre, it was just 2 colors and then all of my tips were slanted and different sizes. If you know what a coffin shape is, you know they shouldn't be slanted. The last thing she didn't was the so called massage. I give myself more of a massage then what she did. She slapped very little lotion and said to pay up front. When I gave her her $15 tip she said have a good day. No thank you. She needs to be taught some manners. Michelle was very grateful for her $15 tip. Last but not least, the pricing. They have the pricing on the board but they give you a different price face to face. Now mind you this is the grand opening, and when the receptionist gave me a different price from the list I asked why and she responded "oh those are the old prices, we have to put up the new list." YOU ARE A NEW BUSINESS, YOU JUST STARTED, HOW IS THAT AND "OLD" PRICE LIST? I feel like they look at you, judge, and give a price. Slap in the face, I work in the industry so I KNOW how to tip. I know how to treat my coworkers (at least in front of clients.) I WON'T go back, I am now going to Romeo at Expert Nails Spa. They don't give me some bs pricing and he made my nails BEAUTIFUL. read more

Kristine was excellent! She was able to take me on short notice and was so sweet and made my nails look great. She trimmed my cuticles without me asking and she made sure I was happy with my nails. I would recommend her to anyone! She did an hombre pink and white and it looked so natural. read more
