Very disappointed to say the least My first time at the salon was a great experience the lady that…read moredid my nails was amazing her application was flawless and i was very happy as a first time customer Unfortunately my second visit wasn't so pleasant After calling for a fill and a pedicure i arrived and the man who did my pedicure was good no complaints to him besides the water being a little too hot but otherwise did a fine job but the lady who ended up doing my nails was somewhat rude and rushed through the fill not replacing a clearly broken nail but just applying product on top but where it all really went downhill was when i asked for French what a mistake on my part! I figured for a pretty basic design that it should be fine but i was very wrong my nails came out super uneven leaving me really unhappy as well as the application on the bow charm (see pictures) one of them is crooked and she dragged excess acrylic off the nail and didn't bother to fix it rather she just put top coat over it ! I didn't have the heart to complain then and there but after calling back maybe 20 minutes later i explained why i was unhappy and asked if another artist could do my nails to where the owner put me on the phone with the artist who messed up my nails so i could tell her why i was unhappy she then when i asked if someone else could do my nails told me "she already took your money so if you want another person to fix them your gonna have to pay more" to which i replied thank you and hung up because what sense does it make to have the same artist who made me unhappy redo the same nails she didn't do well the time ? I wasn't looking for a new set at all i really just wanted to have them repainted but was met with that mess :( safe to say i won't be returning its a shame the owner is so unprofessional

I showed the lady exactly how I wanted my nails done by explaining and also with pictures. She shaped them perfect. I got glitter polish and then she dipped each nail in a jar of loose glitter which enhanced the nails. She then put clear polish on top but because of the loose powder the manager told her she should have put uv gel. The clear polish gave a smokey ice effect which was ugly. She added more clear and then put me back under dryer which had the same effect. She was able to fix it by just adding uv gel but it left a bumby coat that ruined the fresh set. She would have had to drill everything off and start over. Didn't want to wait but will go back in couple days to get it fixed and the manager said no charge. If it hadn't been for clear polish these nails would have been awesome!

She proceeds to tell me that she will file them down and make them to my nail shape, but that didn't even count for the cricket one to her. It looked crooked to me, but to her it was straight, but it was crooked both ways then she stops doing my nails and proceeds to get up and do a ladys eyebrows mid nail appointment and I'm sitting there waiting for an additional 10 to 15 mins for her to come back to my nails and help me to pick an acrylic color. I asked her to just help me pick which one is closer to the picture and she says that she not be helping me because that if it doesn't look right that she not be taking the blame I try to pick one as close as possible. I asked her if she could change it to the lighter one that she has and she says that that one is clear when it clearly is pink and refuses to change it she offers me the option of just taking it off and leaving and I agree and I let her take my nails off. I told her I'll be going to a new nail salon after she burned me multiple times she says that I'm more than welcome to leave with the tips that she had already put on and go to a new nail salon and I asked her nicely to please remove them because regardless of no acrylic. The nails were uneven, crooked and way too big. She proceeds to start cutting the nails off and being very rough with my hands. She cuts it very close to my nail bed and starts drilling my nails off again I leave with my nails, being very fragile, still having nail tips and acrylic on my nail and it looking a mess, I asked her if she can take off the nail tips by soaking them because the drilling is burning and is creating my nails to be very thin. She says I can sit somewhere else and have another lady do it for me. An older lady comes over and proceeds to start filing my nails after I asked her if they were able to soak them off and then just rubs them a little bit with acetone and that does completely nothing. I leave the exact same way my nail beds and my nails are extremely thin and they look 10 times worse than when I walked in. I would not recommend this place at all.
