I wish I had the option do give no stars. They are rude condescending and very unprofessional. They have poor customer service. Three of us just waited 45 minutes to get our nails done we were very patient and when one of us sat in the chair. she said I don't want to do your alls I want to go home we all got up and left. Very disappointed to say the least My first time at the salon was a great experience the lady that did my nails was amazing her application was flawless and i was very happy as a first time customer Unfortunately my second visit wasn't so pleasant After calling for a fill and a pedicure i arrived and the man who did my pedicure was good no complaints to him besides the water being a little too hot but otherwise did a fine job but the lady who ended up doing my nails was somewhat rude and rushed through the fill not replacing a clearly broken nail but just applying product on top but where it all really went downhill was when i asked for French what a mistake on my part! I figured for a pretty basic design that it should be fine but i was very wrong my nails came out super uneven leaving me really unhappy as well as the application on the bow charm (see pictures) one of them is crooked and she dragged excess acrylic off the nail and didn't bother to fix it rather she just put top coat over it ! I didn't have the heart to complain then and there but after calling back maybe 20 minutes later i explained why i was unhappy and asked if another artist could do my nails to where the owner put me on the phone with the artist who messed up my nails so i could tell her why i was unhappy she then when i asked if someone else could do my nails told me "she already took your money so if you want another person to fix them your gonna have to pay more" to which i replied thank you and hung up because what sense does it make to have the same artist who made me unhappy redo the same nails she didn't do well the time ? I wasn't looking for a new set at all i really just wanted to have them repainted but was met with that mess :( safe to say i won't be returning its a shame the owner is so unprofessional read more

Lack of organization and inconsistent quality of staff. On a previous visit one male nail tech actually had a note taped to his work station demanding good tips. Recently got my nails done here a few days ago as a walk-in and was surprised by the results. I usually don't take a chance on new places especially for my acrylics and fill-ins but they came out phenomenal! The fill-in was very quick and done super well, no excessive build up on the nail and almond shape was done very well. I was very happy with the idea of design the nail tech gave and color suggestions. The only reason I'm not giving Lee's a 5/5 is due to the wait time in getting serviced without updates on how long I would be waiting. Overall a good experience and 9/10 recommended to go. read more

They give really good deluxe pedicures, - Gel ones! For a reasonable price the only thing is the nails don't stay on "tips" as long as they should. - a week or so, should last at least 2. However the woman are always very nice and they stay open very late up until 11pm at night if they have customers they stay for them.- that's appreciated. I would give it a try but don't get tips- if it's just for gel manicure and pedicure it's a positive experience read more

My experience here was AMAZING!! I walked into Lee's with no appointment at 7 p.m. and was accommodated!! My nail tech's name was Donna. She is so sweet and her work is impeccable! I told her I wanted something pink and white, nothing too extra but still nice. Well, I LOVE MY NAILS!! I asked for a coffin shape, and she gave me a perfect coffin shape!! I asked for pink and white with a design on 1 finger on each hand; she asked me if I was willing to try ombre pink and white, and I'm so glad that I said yes!! Y'all, the ombre was blended in very precisely and the white acrylic powder is glow in the dark!!! She went above and beyond my expectations with the marble designs on the accent finger. It's absolutely gorgeous!! I also received a pedicure. I got plain white on my toes. And I absolutely loved it!! She gave me a foot massage that had me falling asleep lol My feet were as soft as a baby's bottom!! Long story short, everything was precise and exceeded my expectations! Literally can't believe how bad my manicure was. I went in and told them I just wanted my cuticles pushed back and trimmed; I explained that I shape my nails myself and didn't need any shaping done. The pictures speak for themselves. My cuticles look worse than they did when I went in. Not to mention the place is absolutely filthy. The tech didn't even move the previous client's nail trimmings from the area before I sat down. Used the bathroom there and was so scared to even touch a surface because of how nasty everything was. I really hate giving a bad reviews but I can't even begin to tell you how upset I am about my gel manicure I got done here. I arrived on a Sunday and waited for about 15 mins until I was told to take a seat in one of the pedicure chairs. The selection of nail polish here is very poor in quantity and quality. I finally found one that I kind of liked and sat back down. The pedicure was ok but she spent so much time scrubbing my feet. I am extremely ticklish and that was torture for me. She was very rough when it came time for her to cut my cuticles and didn't even cut down or file my toe nails, just left them as they were. As I sat in the pedicure chair I started to look around and felt really uncomfortable that I was getting my nails done here. The place needed a serious detail top to bottom. After the pedicure I sat down in another chair where I was told to pick out a gel color. They had so many colors I was shocked. The polish they used I have never heard of the name but wasn't of the best quality. I should of left then and there. My nails were painted terribly with top coat on my skin everywhere and as I am writing this 2 days later my nails have been chipping like crazy when they are supposed to last 2 weeks with no chipping. They charged me $45 which I don't even pay that price for gels here at home with an excellent job. I was amazed. I will never come back here and I suggest you do the same unless you are looking for a poor quality job. read more

I called the nail salon before I went to make sure they had availability. In the six minutes it took for me to drive there, suddenly they said they were too busy and looked at me like I was inconveniencing them.They then helped the woman that walked in behind me first. I asked the person that came to help me if I could have a spa pedicure and was told that she was too busy for that because she had a client coming in. Her client comes in five minutes after she starts and sits directly next to us, staring as she rushed through my pedicure. The last straw was when I realized the color she using was not the same color from the sample. I asked her if it was the right color. I held up the sample and it was like eight shades darker. She got sassy with me because I should have guessed have recognize that it was too dark when she showed me the bottle . I left with no polish. I will not be returning. They shouldn't tell people that they have availability if they are too busy and have to give poor service. read more

Came here on 11/20/19 @ 6pm and I was super skeptical because I hate trying new shops. My gel pedicure ($35) it was super rushed I had to tell the lady to fix it because it looked horrible I will not be letting that lady do my toes again (idk her name sorry), even after she tried to fix the pedicure it still looked a mess !!!! My gel polish came right off and some of my toes are not even fully painted. On a positive note I absolutely love my nails by Ms Hannah she did a great job. I got a powder dip for the first time it was a great price and great quality plus Hannah really understood how to accommodate my needs when it came to my nails. I absolutely love her she is the only one I let touch my nails. Dipping powder was $35, my boyfriend got a regular pedicure which was $20. read more

I REALLY hate leaving bad reviews...but im a "review reading" type of girl! Unfortunately I gave this place a shot...twice actually...but I have to leave my truth. I got my nails gel manicured on a Wednesday and by Saturday my thumb nail polish had completely peeled off. Not wanting to cause any trouble or be negative I was going to let it slide, was even going to let slide the few times i was cut during my manicure, but on Monday as I was washing my hair, my hair got caught in most of the polish and the polish was peeled off in the shower. This has NEVER happened to me with gel! So the owner was very understanding and offered for me to come in and get my nails fixed. By this point I had to re-do them all as they were all peeling off and when I picked the most simplest of colors (mauve) the polish came out "wrinkled" after I took my hand out of the UV light. I was going to let the uneven filing of my nails go, but there was NO way I could let the wrinkles in my polish go...she "fixed"'as best as she could but I just wanted to go home and left. Worst manicure I've ever had. Each nail is rough and would catch on a sweater. She cut my thumb nail so crooked and I had to repeatedly have her correct it until it was at least passable. She said "oh you want it straight?".... cut my multiple times when trimming cuticles and broke a nail when using the electric filer to remove previous gel manicure. Also I have air bubbles in each nail. I chose a color from the swatches but it was nowhere near the swatch when tested so I chose a new color... same thing. I finally went with the blandest color so I could just get done and get out. It's a shame because this is so close to my home I would have loved for this to be my spot. Will not return read more

I am disgusted by the astonishingly horrible job the woman did on my finger nails and toes. I got a gel manicure, my eyebrows waxed and a regular pedicure, the overall cost was $42. She filed my finger nails into stubs. Not even 24 hours after the manicure all the gel on both of my thumbs peeled off. She put a design on my ring fingers that is so simple and childish that I could have done it myself when I was 8 years old. She left my feet in the incredibly hot foot bath when I had sunburn on my legs and didn't even ask if the water was the right temperature then proceeded to scrub my feet down to the bone. The only decent part of the whole experience was the eyebrow waxing which wasn't too terrible. I will never go back to this place and will never recommend it to anyone. read more

Don't go here! I used to go to this place for YEARS when they were "Papillion Nails". However, I've had two horrible experiences here which both involved poor service and low quality nails! My nails were so bad the last time that I requested her stop mid session. She then proceeded to have all of the technicians surround me and speak very loudly in their language. I go several times a year and the last few times I always get this girl that comes from the back. Guess the one no one requests but the last few times she hurts my feet. She cuts my skin when trying to give me a pedicure. She did something to my pinkie while there and I was like ouch, that hurt and cut side of toe nails too short. This nail-going experience really disappointed me. We called in beforehand and made an appointment for 4pm. We arrived roughly 10 minutes before our appointment, so we didn't mind waiting. There were couches set up in the corner, so we sat down and waited. The first thing I noticed was that there were flies EVERYWHERE. I never see this in nail salons. We waited for about 20 minutes until someone helped us and we explained to them that we had an appointment, and they apologized and took me first. I wanted acrylics and when the lady asked me how long I wanted them, I told her to make them in between short and medium. She instead cut them extremely short, much shorter than I wanted. They were also too square for my liking, and when I asked her to round them out a bit more, she made them shorter and more square. I'd say the only thing I liked about this nail salon is the large nail polish selection. Besides that, I know I will not be returning here. read more

I had not gone to Lee's nails for a long time. Went back twice, this Summer and had good manicures. Until Saturday. A different person, I'd not had do my nails in a very long time. I asked not to have my nails dremeled. The person insisted. I should have left, but she swore she was just going to rough up the very surface to get the polish off sooner. I said I was not in a hurry. She told me she had appointments and had to do it. Insisted she would not hurt me. I have natural nails. She did hurt, a little. When I told her that she informed me I should suffer for beauty, be a big girl and TAKE PAIN KILLERS BEFORE I COME, NEXT TIME. She then proceeded to use the dremel over and over, including on my natural nails. I asked over and over again that she stop, it seemed too late to leave. Told her she had promised to only use it, a little on the top layer of polish. She flat out lied about that. She told me that was the only way to get them smooth. I know that is a lie. I've had gel polish for years without the dremel to 'smooth the bumps'. It was awful. I thought the miserable experience was over, until I left and felt my nails. My nails are now thinner and more pliable. I left about 4:00 P.M. By 10:00 P.M, three were chipped and one was tearing at the edge. I filed two of them down. The right thumb still has a visible chip. It is going to take months for my nails to recover from this visit to Lee's Nails. My mistake was not leaving when she would not honor my simple request not to have the dremel used. The last two nail technicians had no such objection. I have learned my lesson and will not return, no matter how convenient. This was awful. read more
