Her vibes were cool until I went back two days later asking her to fix my nails because I honestly wasn't pleased when I left but I was being rushed because Lily (1) had a party to go to at 6pm and the shop closed at 5, so I didn't feel comfortable asking for a fix as they were already rushing. Went to ask for a fix two days later on my next available day off and they started talking in their language very aggressively. Nail techs are professional and extremely talented. The employees actually care about the work they are doing and aren't afraid to go back and file a bit more if they need to, instead of brushing it off as 'good enough'. They were patient with me when I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted and changed my mind on the color. No need to stress about the final result, I can count on them to have my nails perfect every time. doesn't even deserve one star this place is horrible I went to get my nails done and they said I…read morecould come in but didnt take me till 30 mins later then she starts to drill my nails and burns me mutual time to the point were I have to keep pulling always and telling her that burns then she puts my nail tips on doesn't not measure them at all just puts them on and most of them were way to big and I told her that some of the nails were crooked, and most of them were way too big. She proceeds to tell me that she will file them down and make them to my nail shape, but that didn't even count for the cricket one to her. It looked crooked to me, but to her it was straight, but it was crooked both ways then she stops doing my nails and proceeds to get up and do a ladys eyebrows mid nail appointment and I'm sitting there waiting for an additional 10 to 15 mins for her to come back to my nails and help me to pick an acrylic color. I asked her to just help me pick which one is closer to the picture and she says that she not be helping me because that if it doesn't look right that she not be taking the blame I try to pick one as close as possible. I if she was able to show me a bead because the powder and how it too completely different colors. She puts the acrylic on my nail and it's way too dark. I asked her if she could change it to the lighter one that she has and she says that that one is clear when it clearly is pink and refuses to change it she offers me the option of just taking it off and leaving and I agree and I let her take my nails off. I told her I'll be going to a new nail salon after she burned me multiple times she says that I'm more than welcome to leave with the tips that she had already put on and go to a new nail salon and I asked her nicely to please remove them because regardless of no acrylic. The nails were uneven, crooked and way too big. She proceeds to start cutting the nails off and being very rough with my hands. She cuts it very close to my nail bed and starts drilling my nails off again I leave with my nails, being very fragile, still having nail tips and acrylic on my nail and it looking a mess, I asked her if she can take off the nail tips by soaking them because the drilling is burning and is creating my nails to be very thin. She says I can sit somewhere else and have another lady do it for me. An older lady comes over and proceeds to start filing my nails after I asked her if they were able to soak them off and then just rubs them a little bit with acetone and that does completely nothing. I leave the exact same way my nail beds and my nails are extremely thin and they look 10 times worse than when I walked in. I would not recommend this place at all.
