My eyebrows were done by who I believe was the owner, and she did an awful job. I still have long hairs under my eyebrow, so i know it's not because they were grown out. The one woman in there (older, black hair) was super sweet. I got my nails done by a woman that seemed to not know what she was doing. The woman across from me with the tattoos was super nice and did a great job on the other woman. I went to sit down to get my nails dried and I was there for about 5 minutes, used the bathroom and when i came back she told me I was good to leave. My nails were 100% not dry but she insisted they were. I left because I was uncomfortable, went home and they were completely ruined. $35 for undone eyebrows and nails that looked better before i walked in. i should of told her i needed more time, and that is on me for not speaking up, but who wants to go pay money to have to argue with the salon owner about drying time. mind you, there was no one else in there besides me and another woman. she was not rushing me because it was busy...

The welcome wasn't so great (i think the receptionist was on break) and we started 15 min late but all was well with the shampoo cut and style which is what i came for. I like my hair cut without blunt ends and otherwise am not too picky. Janinne cut it perfectly and was super friendly for a chat. Will be back in a few months!

Went Sunday and met Tina! New tech from Cape May. Her vibes were cool until I went back two days later asking her to fix my nails because I honestly wasn't pleased when I left but I was being rushed because Lily (1) had a party to go to at 6pm and the shop closed at 5, so I didn't feel comfortable asking for a fix as they were already rushing. Went to ask for a fix two days later on my next available day off and they started talking in their language very aggressively. Tina pushed my hand away and told me she couldn't make my nails look natural because I chose to get polish. Lol that's hilarious and upsetting at the same time. $175 down the drain. Im never going back because of Tina! And Lily (1) you definitely could've done better! Tina is so fake after she gets your money. She really doesn't know what shes doing. Ended up going to Gloss bar in EHT and I literally had to get a whole new fill. Tina didn't even do the fill properly! The worst 2.5 hrs spent at Trendy Nails because of Tina!

I was very much looking forward to a relaxing pedi and then a mani. She asked me if I could wait 10 minutes. I said no problem and I was happy that biz was brisk. She then took a customer in the back to get waxed. She came out after 5-10 min. Then she took the repeat customer ahead of me with no appointment I initially thought that one of the other techs would finish up and then come to me. I sat there until 10:30 at which time I said that this is crazy as I had a 10'AM appointment. She then left the repeat customer sitting in her chair and proceeded to do my mani/pedi in 25 minutes and simultaneously. She kept saying that there was an emergency and I told her she should've told me and I could've rescheduled. They did a good job but it was rushed and anything but relaxing. I'm not one to confront but her excuses were lane and I finally just said "if you schedule an appointment, you should not put a walk in ahead of the scheduled appointment. I won't go back.
