I went here twice in a few months. The first pedicure was great. The second one, not so much. She was a sweet lady, but so rough on my toes, they did not feel good after, and one had little blood spot. Then I went for regular polish this time as opposed to gel I did the first time. Well this must of been old polish and used it instead of telling me to pick something else or put remover in it to thin it out. Then I went to pay and after I paid, the girl came up and said I owed $5 more to remove my gel polish. I would not tell them there bc I did not want to embarrassed the lady. I went to get my nails done yesterday; Like any other time i've been going to Expert for years .. However I got a pedicure and full set. The lady who did my pedicure was very sweet and did a amazing job I left a 10 dollars tip. Now that my pedicure was done They sat me to wait for my full set which was okay but time was passing and I waited atleast 30 minutes for a spot to open up to get my nails done. Now I'm in the chair and I was with a lady Tracy , I will say I am a nail biter so my nails are short but she was very rough with me she kept telling me to relax and she would harshly grab my hands/ fingers she told me I was making her lose energy.. But I was being very understanding and try to "relax" for her .I have shakey hands and I understand it makes it a bit harder for her but she was very rude and not understanding when i let her know i am trying my best to keep my hands still. She cut me 2x just so you can get an idea with how rough she was being: Now my nails are finished and im looking at them and mind you they were in rush hour but they should NOT have rushed my nails my nails are crooked and two of my nails look like they are flying off my fingers.. I went back about an hour later to see if they could fix it because i understand that they were busy and they told me they would not remove and fix the nail so i left / About 20 minutes later they called me when i was home saying they would fix my nail?! like i was just there and you said theres no way to fix it .. so confusing and i will NOT be returning they just lost a loyal customer read more

Had a pedicure and the specialist cut so deep on the corner of my big toe, it hurt so bad my other foot came out of the water. The next day it blue up like a balloon and I couldn't even put on a shoe. Hurt so bad. After treating for now 1 month still hurting I now must go to a doctor. Its winter and no shoe besides infection really sucks. NEVER WOULD I GO BACK! read more

I came in for the first time to get my nails done and I will not be returning. I came in with no appointment so I understood it would be bit of a wait. I was greeted by the rudest receptionist I've ever met. As soon as I sat down it was terrible, she took all my length and destroyed my shape, I didn't say anything cause maybe she had a plan for them. Boy was I wrong. After she was finished I didn't really look too hard at them til I got to my car and oh my god they look atrocious. Every nail is a different shape , length, and thickness. Also my nail lady didn't put a top coat on one hand, How does that even happen? I just looked a little closer, and found a piece of dust gelled into my nail. This is bad, considering I left a nice tip. It was unfortunate because I was really hoping to go back, but after this experience I will definitely not be returning! read more

The service here was great. My two friends and I came here to get pedicures at the same time, they sat us down right by each other and didn't split us up like some nail places do. Although I waited 20 minutes passed my appointment time, the ladies were really nice and did a really good job for all three of us. No one got cut by the cuticle cutter like some places also do often. Would definitely go here in the future. read more

I have been to this place multiple times and I've had an issue every. single. time. my nails NEVER come out right but this time I have had it. the manicurist broke my nail trying to pull off my dipped powder manicure, did such a sloppy job on nails, burnt me with the rotary file, and filed my skin raw!! save your money. its such a waste and I wish I had asked for a refund. read more

This has become my go-to local nail salon. Every time I've come, they have done a great job on my nails. I usually get the dip gel, and it stays on for longer than any other gel I've tried. Don't go to this place. They cut my cuticle that it bled there and even days after. They put the wrong powder polish on my 8 yr old (and not the polish she liked which is her favorite color). The guy who did her nails said my daughter changed the color from her favorite color to one that's barely existent. I clarified this with my daughter and she said she didn't change the color, she just sat there and they did her nails. It's her first time doing powder so she won't know any better. Changing her nail polish color without asking her or me is unprofessional, inconsiderate and disrespectful. Implying that my daughter and I (the paying customers) are lying about the powder color we have chosen is just shocking to me - it's ridiculous. read more

I stopped in this morning as a walk in. I came in to get pink in whites. The girl was having difficulty understanding me. She was nice, but cut me like 4 times. I didn't even realize some of the cuts until the alcohol was out on my nails. But the ones I could feel felt like she was ripping my skin off. I tried to be tough but omg. Hours later I am still in pain. Also I don't love how much white I have on my nails. I have short nails yes, but literally half my nails are white. It shouldn't be like that. Also; the cut on my middle finger is so deep. It keeps opening up and catching on things and it so painful. I can't even put a bandaid on it, it's in such a weird spot. I wouldn't come here again. Terrible experience. Went in with a picture asking for ombré French nails on a rounded shape acrylic... turns out there is only one person who works there that knows how to do ombré. He told me that he would not do that shape on me because it was "trashy" and insisted he made my nails square. I asked for them to be short because I am a server and he made my nails WAY too long. On top of that, I was charged $50. I walked out just to go home and cut them myself. Do not go here!!! read more

I gave them a 3 because I asked for gel but I guess they misunderstood and gave me regular polish, I tried to explain but I gave up. No biggie but my polish chipped within two days. So I went back and asked for the gel and got someone who understood better, the gel did last but it started to turn dark after a week. I'm impressed that is lasted but the quality of the polish wasn't as good as before. Not sure if they changed the brands but it got a dirty film on it. They were nice, so no issue there but definitely need to check the brands first. read more

I have gone to my fair share of nail salons but Expert Nails is truly amazing! My acrylic set was done exactly how I wanted (which is rare) and my gel pedicure was so well done and relaxing. They even included hot stones! He took his time working on my feet and perfecting them. There is nothing worse than feeling rushed through your service - but it did not feel this whatsoever here. I highly recommend the gel pedicure! Only $39 and will last weeks! read more
