I have been a client at Nail Studio for 8 years. The place is very clean and staff is friendly. It's a family environment. I feel so comfortable every time I come here. Everyone makes you feel welcome. I have Nail Gel done twice a month and a pedicure every 6 six weeks. I get excellent service and relaxing experience. I've been going to the same manicurist Linda for years, she's absolutely the best. On occasion when I come on her day off, I had other manicurists that are just as good. This was my first time here. I went in on a saturday morning with no appointment. I did have to wait a while because, get this.. they actually took the appointments at their appointed times. Interior was nice and quiet. Much calmer than another place I have been to consistently for over 10 years that I won't name. Helen took care of me. I have been going there for at least 6 years. The best place to get your nails done in south jersey. The place is the cleanest I have ever seen. Everyone is so curtesy and pleasant. They greet you as soon as you walk in. There is nothing they can't do. If there is a new product out and they don't have it, they get it right away. But they are usually ahead of the game. They are always quick, clean and friendly at this salon. I had a terrible experience at this place. I went in for a full set, and not only did my nails come out crooked, but the service was awful. The nail tech seemed rushed and didn't take the time to shape my nails properly. When I pointed out that some of them were uneven, they brushed it off like it was no big deal. The staff was also rude and barely acknowledged me after I paid. Definitely not worth the money--I won't be coming back! read more
