I go to get my eye brows done. I asked them for a clean up. Now my eye brows were full very full when I left that place the space between my eyebrows was so far apart I can fit two fingers in between them. And they made them half the width I walked in with when all I asked was for a clean up.when I confronted him about it he started talking in his language to the other workers then proceeded to blame me for his mess up. We will NEVER, EVER go back to this shop again. My daughter just left the shop due to a horrible experience. She went to the shop as a Walk IN and was told that she would be seen very shortly.. at this time there was only 3 people in the shop. Then after waiting for over 45mins- 1 hr, she was told by a RUDE man that her nails were too long and that they would not do DIP nails. He then went on to tell her that because her nails were to long that he would have to charge her $100 and that he would only do acrylic. As she sat there waiting for me to pick her up because this point she was disappointed, the owners of the shop went on to tell her they they could not find time for her. This was the worse experience ever. We should have listened to our friends that told us that this nail shop has the worse service and that they are rude. We will never come back here again and neither should you. read more

Got my nails done there by the lady Twee, she did a lousy job on 4 out of ten nails .The nails are not evenly shaped & they are thick. I will never patronize that salon again nor would I recommend her. read more

I came in this weekend for a gel manicure and pedicure before the holiday weekend. The place was busy but I didn't have too wait too long. Not even three days later, my gel fell off. The manicure was rushed and somehow I lost all of my nails. I didn't even notice they all had lifted and peeled with no issue. Gel always takes so much effort to get off and I lost two nails without realizing and peeled the rest off. I would recommend TLC outside of the busy preholiday weekends. Not during the holiday rush because they are more concerned with turnover. read more

Long over due pedicure!!! I always have been a customer but wanted to ensure anyone that during these times that TLC will make you feel safe by taking all precautions to ensure your health and theirs. They did an amazing job cleaning the facility and installing proper equipment. Was asked to wash my hands as soon as I walked in prior to picking out my polish -which someone was wiping down!! It's the little things we never think of Again have always gotten my nails and pedis there for years and have not one complaint!!!! Especially if you ever saw my feet and nails, I always feel bad for them. I always leave feeling like I have new feet or hands. read more

It was hot as hell and smelled bad! The choice of polish was all mixed in a bucket with gel and polish together. Then left me in a room for my pedicure with cold water for 20min and forgot about me. When i was finally recognized i was told to follow someone for my manicure instead of finishing my pedicure. I was so confused and didn't understand what they were telling me to do. They are a bunch of kids that have no idea how to run a business! Dont waste your time or money!! Ton of other salons down the street from them. read more

Very great service. Every time I enter I am greeted by the owner who is very hospitable!! Ask for Tyler or his wife to get the best nails possible. They do such great designs and are always getting new product to stay up to date with the trends. They can do hard designs and anything you show them. Love this place and I never wait long, even if its busy they sit you right away, wrap your nails and let you pick a color. Highly recommend! read more

I went there this past Saturday and was very disappointed. I've been there many times before and it was great. When I said that I wanted a regular mani/pedi and not gel, the operator seemed miffed. Then while I was getting my pedicure, she kept talking to a coworker and she seemed very mad. I guess she was having a bad day, but the end result was my mani/pedi didn't look so great. Not sure if I should go back again. Like I said, I was always happy with the results before this time. read more
