I have been going to Tulip's for years... two sister run the place both are nice. I can remember back in the day (I sound like my mother ) it was standing room only. I will never defend bad service... I too have had a pedicure gone wrong however as a regular I will and can honestly say Ann is the best. Ann is the only person I let do my eye brows!! Funny, I never read the good review!! See pic on me in Italy (at the Vatican! check out my eye brows).

I went in to get an acrylic refill and was seated immediately. The woman doing my nails was so friendly, but I have to be honest she isn't the best nail tech. She burnt pretty much every finger with the nail drill, literally every single one! Refills are not supposed to hurt! I now have marks/scabs on 3 of my fingers... Not cute. Anyways, I left after the refill thinking everything was cool to realize the gel top coat she used had somehow warped the polish underneath, all of my nails looked horrible - I returned the next day and she fixed them and let them dry longer, still burning me with the drill. I felt bad because she was so kind but she cannot do nails. Sadly I don't think "being kind" is enough to make me return. The 3 stars are because I was seated immediately, the nail tech was kind, and she gave me no issues with having all of my nails fixed.

Tulip nail salon.... Hate to give you a bad rep but, sorry I'm not sorry. Yes, it is new and clean however... The service is lacking... 1. I'm all for a good scrub but... The cut on my ankle is not okay. 2. They guy that was giving me my pedicure stopped mid way and said he was busy... Another attendant ending up having to finish fifteen minutes later. 3. Although I must admit the female worker there was super friendly. But the overall pedicure was not great I can't give it a one because what else should I expect from a rando nail salon in this area. It was 25 dollars for the pedicure which is a great price but ultimately I would rather pay more and have to job done right. I will not be back

This is a day later. Uneven, short, Polish is not lasting.

I've been going to this establishment for over 20+ years. The location was previously known as…read moreLinda's Nails and then it switched to the new owners. Anyways, a week ago, made an appointment for pedicure and manicure gel sets for myself and my two daughters. Arrived five minutes prior to appointment time. All seats were full. We had to wait 30+ minutes until my youngest daughter was taken to get her manicure done first. Then I was seated along with my oldest daughter (separated by 2 seats) to get our pedicures. However, as I was being worked on, my oldest sat there for over 20 minutes if not more for anyone to start on her. Finally, when my youngest was seated, someone started on my oldest. I had asked to have a simple French pedicure with a simple design which I had a pic of my nails from a previous visit. The work was substandard. I asked the line to be thicker like in the pic, he proceeded to redo it and practically covered the top half of my nail with this thick line and to top it off it was on an angle! When I expressed that I was not happy with it, he and the other employees started speaking amongst themselves in a different language, and he just left me without completing and started working on another customer. I had to wait for idk for the manager/ owner there to complete my pedicure. Once he finished my feet, he tells me that he can not do my manicure because he has an appointment waiting. Ultimately after back-and-forth, another technician became available and finished my manicure and my youngest daughter had to wait 40 minutes for myself and my other daughter to get done. Overall, as I stated earlier and for a $275 bill the work was substandard and it took over 2.5+ hours from start to finish. I informed the manager or what ever his title is, that I will be taking my business elsewhere. He didn't even care! No apology for the long wait nothing!! And to top it all off, he was happy to tell me that I wasn't going to be charged for a couple of butterflies that my daughter asked for on her nails. What a joke. This is not how you treat customers that have been coming to your establishment for years. DO BETTER!!!!
