7/17/2025 - an inspection of my crawlspace revealed the need for a new vapor barrier and repairing…read moreon insulation chewed up by rodents or otherwise failing. The owner Cassidy assessed the labor and parts needed and bid 20% lower than two other contractors. I retained Valley Insulation to fix the issues, because I sensed honesty and experience from Cassidy. Any time you hire these contractors, you take a risk. Valley's crew spent eight hours repairing my crawlspace. Afterward, and before paying, I had the crawlspace re-inspected. The inspector, Bruce T of Leupitz, known for his thoroughness, was impressed, commenting that all issues had been addressed by Valley's crew: "They did a really good job."
