Just returned from this location and had to change my review. I think this is the first time I've…read moreever had a not so pleasant interaction there.. I quickly stopped by to pickup a reward that Loren told me would be available today. Some older gentleman to my right asked if he could help me as I walked into the store. I told him the reason for my visit he said that that would be available NEXT Tuesday. Would not have been a big deal. Other than the fact that I was just given incorrect information. It was the tone in the attitude of this person and some female, who were sitting in a cluster of Tmobile workers in the back that had nothing to do with our conversation decided to chime in and told me that I "Could check the app". I guess she didn't realize that SHE was getting ready to get checked....therefore I subsequently told her that , "I came in because I was told that it was available today". She had nothing to do with what I was discussing with the other gentleman...but I guess if you don't have anything else to do with your time to sit back in the corner, giggling and BS-ing with your coworkers, you can chime in on conversations that DO NOT involve you! "Wrong person....wrong day! I guess someone needs a lesson minding their own damn business!

I had a very disappointing experience with this Verizon authorized retailer…read more The service that was sold to me was not what I ultimately received, which led me to file a formal complaint. After doing so, I received calls from the personal phone number of the sales representative who originally handled my account. When I returned the call, I was insulted and called a "bitch" before the representative hung up. I called back to make sure I had heard correctly, and the same insult was repeated before another hang up. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism from a business representative. Customers should be able to raise concerns about their service without being contacted and insulted afterward. I hope management reviews this situation seriously and takes appropriate action.

Listen. I don't EVER PUT A BAD REVIEW but I am really good at feeling things and I always get this…read morefeeling that this guy is stealing from us. We have gone and got a protector one week and gone back for the same phone and same guy and he charged us over $30 more for the same exact thing! It says alot about management as well because you can't tell me they don't know about it. And they keep him around because they like that he can swindle people and get away with it. I'll be contacting the B.B.B and my lawyer because we went to but one this week and he charged us $80 so when I got home I looked it up to see what the ideal price was for the privacy protector and it was under $20!!! So do yourself a favor and go somewhere where the prices stay the same. It's not OK and I always make sure to let him know that we are return customers after the fact so he knows that we have paid there before and he just ripped loyal customers off Another thing is... he tried to do my new Razr Flip phone and I said no I'm good. Lucky I did too because when you turn the phone on it says do not put anything like that on your phone or it will void the warranty. He should know this and not offer to do that. I'm sorry but after 8 times of being charged a different price for the same thing. I had to come say something. This is at the Brandon store..I know that a lot of people will over charge if given the chance. I have a tip for all people. When you go shopping. Ask how much things are because if you don't. They will just charge you anything. Trust me! I use to work for a guy that told me to do that. So always ask how much stuff is!!! Trust me!
