Outstanding Customer Service from Giselle at the Riverview AT&T Store…read more After an extremely frustrating experience at another AT&T location, I was fortunate enough to walk into the Riverview store and meet Giselle. My daughter, who is deaf, had lost her phone while on vacation, and I was trying to help her regain access to her Apple ID. I was already dealing with a stressful situation and honestly didn't know much about eSIMs. I had previously been told that an eSIM could not be installed without a QR code and that there would be a $5 charge. I was then sent to the Riverview location, which was a 30-45 minute drive from where I had been. When I arrived, Giselle listened to what I needed, understood the situation, and took care of the eSIM installation quickly and effortlessly. There was no QR code, no $5 charge, and most importantly, no runaround. She simply helped me. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciated her kindness and professionalism. She could have treated me like just another customer, but instead she took the time to understand what I was dealing with and made a stressful situation much easier. I have been an AT&T customer for more than 20 years, and Giselle reminded me what good customer service is supposed to look like. Giselle, thank you for helping me when I needed it. You were kind, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. AT&T should be proud to have someone like you representing the company. After doing so, I received calls from the personal phone number of the sales representative who originally handled my account. When I returned the call, I was insulted and called a "bitch" before the representative hung up. I called back to make sure I had heard correctly, and the same insult was repeated before another hang up. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism from a business representative. Customers should be able to raise concerns about their service without being contacted and insulted afterward. I hope management reviews this situation seriously and takes appropriate action.

Still had the same damage, only the glass was changed. When the glass was changed it was glued down uneven and eventually cracked the glass again. Maybe because the LCD was uneven it stressed the glass? Also was told to pick it up the following day and they needed to keep it for an extra day couldn't pick up until 5:00 the following day and it's was done as expected. I'm super busy and don't have time to keep going back when it should have been done right the first time.
