Thanks Guys !!! I have been in a number of jams trying to get around town and trying to meet deadlines. These guys are my go to team, they have come through for me several times and gone out of their way to meet some of my odd demands at times. Highly Dependable read more

Don't use them if you need something delivered on time. I used TCB to get a cake for a special event. The guy on the phone knew how to talk as if they were the most reliable people in the world. As the time got closer to the said delivery time, I checked with the baker to see if it got picked up. Nothing. I called TCB and they said someone was on the way. Long story short, they unapologetically stated that they weren't going to make the delivery and that to call someone else. Instead of being transparent they opted to compromise a special event to save their faces. Their tone was very rude and unapologetic as if we owed them something. Two thumbs down. read more

Horrible experience. I called Little Star to ask them to make me a pizza and deliver it to my house. They told me that I need to do it THROUGH TCB Courier. I went to the TCB Courier website (around 7:10 PM), placed my order, waited. Called back around 8:30 to ask for a status. Dude told me that they never saw my order. Weird. Oh well, I guess I'll figure something else out. Then, literally two seconds after I hung up the phone, I get an email from them with my order, saying "Guy never called little star. No Go." So they DID get my order, but they PRETENDED that they DIDN'T!!! I called back many times til they finally answered the phone, and the guy said that he found it after we hung up and that he didn't intend for me to get that email. He found it the second we hung up? Right! Rule # 1 SHOULD be "don't LIE to your customers" - own up to a mistake and sincerely try to make things right! Poor customer service. Boo. One star. read more

SiTUATION: We had a client meeting in SF on Monday morning, it was currently Sunday and we needed to get some big presentation boards sent from an art store to the client in time for a Monday meeting. Being in Los Angeles and it being a Sunday I didn't know where to turn. So of course I logged on to the best website for advice. Yelp! They had a few recommendations that were not open on Sunday. Then light a ray of light came down on me I saw TCB and called them. Spoke to a friendly dude named Steve that took all my information and said they would be at Flax first thing on Monday morning to pick up the boards and deliver them. Monday morning Chas called me to tell me he was on his way about 10 minutes till he got to the store. Very professional and courtesy and calmed my fears about the presentation boards making the meeting. He knew the building and the has delivered many time to my client before. Phewwwwww ... A great experience over the phone dealing with these guys. Will definitely be using them again. Chas & Team ~ You guys ROCK!!! :) read more

Sorry, TCB, but I have to downgrade you. And I waited to write this review until my last order, which was the third in a row where the delivery guy was a COMPLETE DICKFACE. Alright, that was rude. I know. But seriously, what's with the attitude? I'm sorry my bike has gears (can you, like, SMELL that or something?) I'm sorry I don't have knuckle tattoos I'm sorry I don't drink PBR and/or Jameson And most of all, I'm sorry I tried to stay loyal to you, even after you reminded me that my loyalty isn't all that important to you. But guess what, TCB? You've got a lot of competition now. Competition who likes my over-tipping ways, and competition who doesn't give a shit what I look like. And as far as I'm concerned, competition who should have been my go-to courier the first time you acted like I was the equivalent of dog shit stuck on your oh-so-stylie Chuck Taylor. read more

Man, fuck these clowns. As a former bicycle messenger, I was prepared to embrace this fantastic business model with oodles of business at my recording studio. But these slackers would prefer to wash donkey balls than bring me my goddamn burritos. Several times have I placed orders with no results. Calling on the phone is an exercise in frustration. If you miraculously reach a human during the evening rush, be prepared for a bunch of excuses and lies. If I see any of you on 24th street, I'll snatch your fixies and throw them in the bay. TCB is absolutely amazing. Seriously some of the most down to earth and hard working folks in SF. With an email and a single phone call from 3000 miles away on a train in New York, I was able to place an order and have them deliver hot soup and spring rolls for a surprise to a sick gentleman home with the flu. David warned me about the charges but was willing to go from Civic Center to the edge of SF in the boonies of the Parkside with no sigh, no complaints, no hassles or any "this bitch is crazy, it's raining!" attitude. At least to my face. David was willing to go above and beyond, being efficient, fast, and friendly. Despite it being NFC Championship game day, pouring rain outside and incredibly busy - he still delivered. He certainly deserved more than the $10 tip if I wasn't strapped for cash at the moment. Thank you TCB! Having lived in the Mission I used to see the TCB crew rolling down the streets and picture them in slow motion with "Hotel California" playing in the background, hiking up their right pant legs, strapping on some gloves, licking their bike bells as if Jesus in the Big Lebowski was a TCB Courier. They can roll like no other and on the strikes. They are that awesome. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p6z0Zay9itk read more

Dear Chas and TCB Courier, You gentlemen are amazing. $10 for a rush hour delivery from the Mish to the Embarcadero? YES PLEASE. On top of it all, they're super sweet and speedy. I'll definitely be using them for all of our courier services from now on :-) read more

So it was a Wednesday morning and I got caught in one of our bay area monsoons on the way to work. My tiny umbrella was no match for the 30 mph winds and the horizontal rain. My dress jeans were totally soaked and I needed a new pair of pants delivered to my office in the China Basin building ASAP. Now, I know what you're thinking: "Dude totally crapped his pants!". But no, it wasn't like that. I just needed a fresh pair of pantaloons so I wouldn't catch pneumonia whilst sitting at work. An experienced rider from TCB was in my lobby in less than 45 minutes with the trousers I needed in the size I requested. You really saved me, bro! Thx! read more

TCB is the shit. These dudes smash their whips, errrr, bikes for us lazy asses...and for that, they get a gold star from me. Well, four orange ones I guess. Yes, these cats are pretty hip. What's it to you? Remember, these guys are (most likely) helping YOU get out of a jam. Some of the 'hater-esque' one and two star reviews seem way too concerned with that. If someone is willing to deliver tacos from my favorite spot way the fuk out on 24th/Treat to (pretty high up on) Nob Hill, they can wear tight jeans, one size too small ironic T-shirts, sport knuckle tattoos, wear Chuck Taylors, have those stupid one inch discs in their ears or wear whatever else they want. Bike messengers are a unique bunch, if you don't feel comfortable with messengers, you are gonna have a tough time finding a GOOD/ FAST/RELIABLE courier. That all being said, I've ordered food from them a few times. They ALWAYS showed up w/correct orders, exact change and fair delivery fees. I can't remember ever paying more than $6-$8 bucks in delivery fees. I always tip well and usually sneak em a nice sized nugget of Oakland's finest GDP. HAAHAHA! Crap. Half my review disappeared. Here's the first part...gonna look for 2nd half or re-write from memory. read more

um.... yesssssss! Three, still hot, Little Star pizzas delivered in less than 15min from The Mission to Japantown on a bike on a Friday night. And for 6 bucks?! whaaa? (Me thinks TCB and Little Star already have a loving and mutually beneficial relationship). Josh was super nice and accommodating. This is definitely some kind of magic and I'm already thinking about all of the things I'll be ordering in the future..... read more

I would give 10 stars if I could! Here's what this awesome service did for me: I live on the Peninsula, but my son works in San Francisco I was going to be out of town for his birthday, so I ordered a cake in advance and scheduled TCB to deliver it during his lunch hour. First, I want to note that this seemingly simply request: for an out of towner to place an advanced delivery order is not simple at all. Many delivery services (the ones with venture backing) just can't do it. Anyway, on the appointed day, at the appointed time, the TCB Courier showed up at the cake shop looking for the cake - but they had no record of it and had no cakes they could substitute. I was *totally* unavailable but the courier didn't quit. S/he (I don't know who it actually was) kept pestering the cake shop, which had taken my money a week earlier, and they finally found the order, made the cake and then, the amazing courier delivered it, just two hours late! Wow. Amazing service in every possible way. TLDR: You want your stuff to get to where it needs to be no matter what? Get TCB. read more

Today i got an email from urbandaddy.com on this new courier service and it was the best news ever. After a late night of drinking the night before, all I wanted was to stay home and have food brought to me. Waiters on wheel is a rip off & options are limited. TCB Courier is what it's all about. Service was very friendly and quick, the guy who came to my door (I think his name was Josh) w/my Ikes sandwiches as requested & didn't let my annoying barking dog wipe the smile off his face. I will definitely be using their service again. Finally I found a way to get Little Star (or well, anything actually!) delivered to my door anytime. Thanks guys! read more

Great service. Great people. And fast too. You can't beat that! Plus, they will make multiple stops for you. You know: the grocery, the liquor store, radio shack. You name it. And bring it all to you in a matter of minutes. I definitely recommend these guys! 5-stars all-the-way! read more

These guys are super fast and totally affordable. My favorite cheap Thai restaurant (Thailand Restaurant) does not deliver to my home. But TCB does. You see where I'm going with this. Basil tofu and mango sticky rice whenever I want, without leaving my home. I considered dropping one star, cause the last time I called, the woman who answered the phone gave me a hard time about my location being in "Zone 2" (it's not; I checked their website), and hence more expensive. She called her boss to check that I was right (I was), which was fine. But then she reminded me to tip, which I thought was tacky. But really, I can't take away any stars, cause I just love their service so much. I will be calling them to bring me ice cream, movies, Thai food and more, after long days at work when I can't bear the idea of leaving the house (and looking for parking) again. I love the idea of using them to run errands for me (like the woman who had them pick up her dog's medication from the vet) on busy days. TCB--Taking Care of Business! read more

These guys are awesome! They were so accommodating and easy-going-- even though I was out of town, they went out of their way to deliver a giant donut to my friend for his birthday and pick up the cash from another friend downtown. The whole birthday plan was so much easier than expected, and it made the birthday boy so happy!! I'm looking forward to planning another bike courier surprise for someone! [one drawback. my brain always forgets "TCB". what does this stand for?] read more

What an awesome idea!! You guys are faster than a mountain lion on sassy! Thanks for hauling ass to protect my precious sandwich from the nasty rainy weather you put your beautiful bodies through! read more

top notch company. Love their speed, their accuracy and attitude. I have been to their company store front and they are always friendly and approachable. Never gotten any attitude and surprised when people say they have gotten some in the past. Grow some thick skin people, these guys and gals ride all day sun and in the rain and maybe they are just tired...geez. Let me see you ride everywhere in SF then. If I could give TCB 10 stars, I would. They are reliable, friendly, and down-right bad asses. I have been calling them for almost a year, and wouldn't dream of using another courier. read more

The messengers they employ are rude, unsafe and could care less about the elderly and disabled people on the sidewalk. They inhabit the corner of 21st and Valencia st., leave their bikes all over the place and block the sidewalk. They almost ran over my boyfriend when he was recovering from cancer surgery- no apoligy the guy just told me to F off. We got so reprieve when the head guy stepped in- but today same old thing. Bikes flying on to the sdewalk at top speed from 21st an Valencia on to the sidewalk. I almost got hit. I was carrying tons of stuff not a one bothered to move out of the way and when I bumped one I was called a b*^#h. Until they get better employees I cannot recommend this service read more

lol what. TCB AKA Kozmo 2010. these guys are awesome and very friendly.

signed up for yelp just to review these guys! amazing service. I was coming home late from work and stuck in awful rain traffic and worried that I wouldn't get to Pet Food Express before it closed. Fearing that my fat cats may eat me if I didn't get their food, I went to TCB's web site, wrote up my order and the cat food was at my door 5 minutes after I walked in. For $6, I was saved from hiking home in the rain and from my cats starving or choosing to eat me. Seriously the best service ever. Super friendly delivery guy - can't believe this exists! Will definitely be using TCB in the future. read more

Only thing I've ever reviewed on yelp... did it because I was so pleased with their service. Definitely go to these guys when you aren't trying to get off your lazy drunk ass. read more

Damn, they're fast. I just had TCB pick up a prescription for me, and even with the usual Kaiser incompetence (script was supposed to be ready and waiting; wasn't, natch) the cheery courier was at my doorstep in an hour. This for a non-rush delivery. Damn, they're fast. read more

i used TCB a few times in a previous job to pick up and deliver a few things. the online request system is pretty fuggin' easy so hella points on that. the last time i used them there was kind of an issue though it wasn't the couriers fault at all. i had them pick up an envelope at my office that i needed delivered to a hotel for a guest who was arriving into town the following morning super early (the CEO, in fact) and the envelope contained keys to our office because the CEO had "misplaced" his. ahem. when the CEO arrived that morning the envelope was nowhere to be found. after lots, and lots, and lots of phone calls with TCB and the hotel (i'll be honest, i was not the nicest person on the phone, sorry), it was determined that the hotel messed up and misplaced the envelope. BUT... TCB was pretty dang awesome throughout the whole thing. they answered my calls, did a lot of investigative work to try to help me out, and they were apologetic even though it wasn't their fault. read more

TCB courier is my go to for bike messenger companies!! Any time I order food from a place that doesn't deliver I give them a call and 10-30 min later the food is at my door usually only costing me $8-$10 bucks delivery fee!!! These guys are super fast, cheap, and always super personable!! read more

holy crap, TCB Courier is made of awesome: from phone call to "milk to put in my tea" (which i will be drinking all night, as i grade a massive stack of final papers) in a mere 15 minutes! no longer will i curse the demise of kozmo-dot-com when it's late and i'm too busy to go out and get what i want/need/inexplicably crave myself. i'll just call these guys - it's so much more than worth it. also, they're really nice. :) read more

So excited about finding out about these guys! My buddy wanted a new video game and they totally pulled through. In under 30 minutes, not only did they come through, they told us the game was less than we thought it was. They gave us the receipt and were completely up front. Steve was our guy and not only was he straight up, he was nice and funny. I will be using these guys and highly highly suggest them for anything you need to be delivered. read more

TCB is as professional, reliable, and friendly as can be. They arrived on time on a day when it was windy and raining like crazy outside, and they delivered well within their modest window of delivery time. I first chose TCB to ship some documents to a client across town. After a long day of not being able to leave the office for lunch, these guys actually had a service available to pick up my lunch from my favorite spot and bring it to my office when they came to pick up my documents; it cost me a little bit extra, but it really saved my ass that day. I will continue to use TCB for both my professional document courier needs, as well as my miscellaneous other delivery needs Keep up the great work guys...and thanks again! read more

Special shout out to Sam w/TCB who gladly and willingly brought me McDonalds (he had to go to 2 locations because the first was closed!) at midnight on a Saturday night in the pouring rain on his bike without attitude, question or hesitation. These guys risk their lives every day to deliver people food/wine/etc. in San Francisco. Deal with dick heads everyday, City traffic to get the food to their customers on time, and sometimes the order goes in wrong, shit happens. I give these guys Major props. Yeah some might be dicks, but to live & ride in the city just rubs off on them probably, after everything they go through I guess. harden the fuck up, appreciate the fact that they just blast through red lights and climb Hills you would never imagine or want to climb, just to give you your delivery. read more
