They are the best store that has fitted me for a running shoe and gave very insightful information regarding what shoe would be best for me! It had been years since I visited this location, but I was in need of new running shoes. I went by last Friday afternoon and began looking at the shoes. First of all, nobody approached me to ask if I needed help. I asked one of the people working-- he was a young kid really ( a guy) and I just wanted him to point me in the right direction for more "arch support" tennis shoes. I knew he was helping someone so I was very mindful of that. He did answer my question. I picked out two or three pairs of shoes and he brought me out only one pair to start with. I looked next to me, and the girl (customer) was trying on eight different pairs of shoes all at the same time. When I asked him where the other pairs were, he didn't say anything really. He said "Oh I can bring out the second pair". WHAT!?!?! Why cant I see them all at the same time? Never do I pull the race card, but in this case I think he must have pre-judged me and thought something else which made him bring out one pair of shoes at a time. By the second pair I was so disgusted I literally took the shoes off, I didn't make a scene, I thanked him and left pretty quickly. I was so appalled at the level of service given. I understand his probably a college age kid, but that's never how you treat a customer. I will never be back again, I'll take my need for tennis shoes some place else that gives good customer service. read more

I was recommended this store by my son Cross Country coach and other parents. Everyone was correct when they said that the selection was great....even in smaller men's sizing for my son. However, the sales person was not very knowledgeable and tried to have my son settle on a pair of spikes that didn't fit well because they were such a good deal. He ultimately went with a different pair after I insisted he try others on. After we got home we realized there was a problem with one of the shoes. Several emails of requesting to get the problem resovled and nothing has happened after 3 weeks. So I have to say they lack in the customer service department. I will probably not make a trip back to them in the future. read more

I've been going to Run n' Fun for as long as I can remember. I go there for all things running related - even if it's just to pick up a pair of socks or stock up on GU. I can't imagine shopping anywhere else!
