This review pertains to the new location on West Ridge Road. Went for a work lunch for the first time a few days before Christmas. We were seated quickly despite it being busy. Server took our drink order quickly, but it took quiet awhile before she ever came back to take our food order. Food was good. Liked the food enough to go back about a week later with a couple for dinner. The experience not horrible but could have been a lot better: 1. Music way too loud. Was hard to carry on conversation at table. 2. You have two choices of how burgers are cooked: "some pink" and "no pink". I ordered "no pink" and NO onion. The other husband at the table ordered "some pink" for his. Server even confirms everyone's order after taking it. Food comes and my burger HAS onion on it and ends up being definitely pink inside while my friends order is cooked well done. The complete opposite of what each of us ordered. 3. The four of us finished our meals non rushed and not once did our server ever come back to the table to ask how everything was or check if we needed more drinks, which some of us did. Again food was good, But service not up to par. I will probably give it another try but if its anything like the first two visits, I wont be going back. There is plenty of good competition in the area. read more

Service was decent as was the food, nothing great. The real kick in the nuts though was the jukebox. There is an option to play your song next for 8 credits. 8! Knowing we were leaving soon I played a couple of songs that way so we could hear them. Before they came on they were skipped by someone in charge and no refund was offered (the jukebox displayed that they had been played when they were not, meaning they were intentionally skipped). It may seem trivial but getting ripped off is just enough to make me not want to come back again. read more

I went here once upon a time a few years ago but my brother was 6 at the time and the drunk guys at the bar made him scared and cried and my dad got mad at my brother and made us all leave. So thanks Hooligans, I never got my friggin chicken tenders. read more

My girlfriend and I were faithful regulars until today. We waited an hour and a half for our food (good estimate) on a Wednesday afternoon. While we watched our waitress' (Brittany) boyfriend and a few other tables who arrived after us receive food, and cash out before we were even told what what was going on with our order. After an hour and a half we received our food and were never checked on after that and she forgot every side we asked for. Once we got our bill, I was charged for 3 tall beers when the plastic cups are only .5L (16.9oz) . A tall is usually at least 20-24oz. Nothing was comp'd off the original check. I frustrated my concern with waiting an hour and a half for my food and being overcharged for my beers and no one ever came to explain the reasoning. After expressing my concerns to Brittany, one beer was taken off my check and the appetizer. I go to this location every week with my girlfriend and never complained, as I work in the industry and understand all complications that could happen. I will never be back here. read more

If I could give this restaurant less than one star I would. This review is not based on just one visit bought a total of three in the last two months. I figured I would give them one more chance today and I visited him with my family. Extremely light crowd maybe only a dozen or so customers in there for lunch. We sat down and had to wait 15 minutes before a waitress even came over to take our order. The food did come out quick ones we ordered but was horrible our burgers were overcooked and the french fries look like they were a year old. We did not have any silverware and trying to get the waitresses attention was next to impossible and had to grab it ourselves. In the entire time we were there once our food was delivered we never saw the waitress again until the check came we both ran out of drinks and nobody offered refills. Horrible service horrible food and this seems to be a reoccurring event. That will be the last time we visit this establishment be warned read more

Very bad dining experience. First off, we were seated in the middle of a large, loud cheerleading party so we had people yelling over our table all through our meal. Second, our table was one chair short when we we were seated and the hostess didn't bother to get another chair. We had to get one ourselves. Third, we didn't get napkins and silverware until after our food was served and we had to ask fo rit. Forth, two of our orders were wrong and by the time the second order was brought back out, the rest of us were done with our meal. Waitress was very inattentive and the service was awful!!!! I will NEVER eat there again. Be warned. You will not have a good dining experience - go somewhere else! read more

Staff is friendly, prices are fair. Always a nice atmosphere. Additional patio is a great addition!

I walked out very unsatisfied. I did not find a hair in my food but a long blonde hair on my plate after the sever served me and my children our food. I'm guessing it was our long blonde haired server considering all of the servers had their hair down anyway. Slow service and rude on top of it. Won't be coming back. read more

I like to watch NFL on Sundays and everytime I want a drink, bartenders are nowhere to be found. Their always together yaking away at the other end of the bar. Many times they will go in the back room and don't return for 15 to 20 minutes later when it's extremely busy! I told the girl bartender that there should be a bartender assigned to each section of the bar and STAY THERE and make eye contact with the customers. Patrons have to yell to get there attention. When I told her this, she acted like she could care less. They don't deserve any tips. I have never had a problem with the servers but the help behind the bar needs a lot of improvement! read more

If I could give it negative stars I would. My buddy and I went because we qualified for the 96.5 WCMF man cave qualifier. We sat down at an empty table at 6:00. We're having some beers and ordered some food and all of the sudden this lady patron comes by at 7:45 and goes "you need to move this table is reserved". Now mind you there was no reserved sign when we sat down. So this lady was adamant that we move. So I told her go get the manager but I've been here since 6:00 I'm not moving. The "manager"and some bouncer come over and said this table has been reserved since 3:00. I said That's not true because I wouldn't have sat here and there was no sign. The so called manager said you have to move somewhere else even though I had already spent $70 and was willing to spend more. Needless to say I'll never set foot in there again. The managerial staff was incompetent at best at awful at worst. The waitress even tried to explain to the manager that there was no reservation sign and we had been there for quite some time but this quote unquote manger wasn't having it. I'm usually pretty laid back but the fact that I was asked to leave a table I had been sitting at for almost two hours that was NOT reserved is unacceptable. read more

Ate here over the past weekend (not the first time) had the same horrible service as usual, waited too long for my food, everything is overpriced not to mention the hair I found in my food 2 months ago in November because none of the waitresses wear their hair up. Me and my family were in the area and thought to give it another try but I recommend nobody goes here. I'll never come back read more

I definitely really really enjoy coming to places like TC Hooligans in Greece to watch NFL Football and even March Madness basketball quite a bit. I definitely think that a lot of the waitresses are really really good at the place! Especially waitresses like Jarvis and Donielle I think are two of the best in my book to interact with at the place! Jarvis seems really good with almost everything at the place. Donielle seems real sweet, kind, and a good person to briefly chat with in moderation about stuff like whats going on at the place and what goes on at the place at times! People and customers that come to the place quite a bit including me definitely feel really blessed that waitresses like Jarvis and Donielle are currently working at the place because to me, it definitely makes customers including myself look forward to coming back to the place every now and then. Keep up all of the great work everyone! read more

Horrible staff, which is a shame as they're food is ok. Slow service, terrible support for football Sundays, management is a complete joke. Stay away! read more

I have been going to hooligans for years. Food/Service has truly never been outstanding, but there is a sufficient amount of screens to watch football on. There is a mixed bag of wait staff. Unfortunately, most of them have not been friendly or up to par. Two weeks ago we went there around 4pm . The place was not busy at all. We ordered a country sweet pizza. It literally took 1 1/2 hours for our pizza . We are not that type of customer to complain or make a bid deal. Both of us work in customer service and I have worked as a waitress before. We are respectful and over polite. Our waitress avoided us and just frowned at us. She also gave us another pitcher of beer without us asking.... We really had no opportunity to tell her we didn't request this because she kept avoiding us. She didn't apologize or ask us if we were okay. We were very upset, not to mention we were given a pitcher of beer we didn't ask for. We drank it because we were waiting forever for our pizza. She didn't offer us anything to accommodate the fact that our pizza was not put in. People around us were leaving; we got there way before others. This was an awful experience. Last night we went out as we usually do for Monday night football. This was a different waitress, we thought it would be better. She was awful and rude. I understand people have bad days, but you are in the wrong business to be unfriendly. I really did not think we were that bad of a table. We ordered drinks, food, and were there to watch football. She rarely came to the table to check on us. We had to ask her for things over and over again. She didn't ask us how our food was (wings were very dry, I needed more sauce). Our table had well over $100 worth of food/drinks. I always leave a big tip, especially on football game nights because we sit there forever. But this was terrible. I felt bad only leaving 12% but it was better than the $1 my boyfriend wanted to leave. This was so disappointing. For the NFL opener on a Thursday I left a $20 tip on a $40 bill -only waitress so far that was good. I feel bad, but seriously, the service has been complete crap. I hope that Hooligans gets friendlier and more experienced wait staff. Buffalo wild wings is opening soon, after 7 years of going to hooligans, we are going to shop around for a different place to watch NFL. read more

Good food, nice service, lots of tv, nice people. Just really loud not to mention an obnoxious lady screaming out swear words when kids were there. Not pleased with that read more

I've gone to TC Hooligans on several occasions and its a typical sports bar that can be a good time. Also their garbage plate quesadillas are my favorite! However I am writing this review to share my disappointment in the service recently. Our waitress, Katie, approached me immediately when arriving to the table where I met my friends. I told her I would need a minute to glance at the menu - and then did not see her again for 20 minutes. Then we had to get her attention just to get her to come over and take my order - once I ordered my food she walked away quickly before I had a chance to ask for a drink, and she failed to ask anyone at the table if they needed another drink even though there were 5 people and only 3 drinks left on the table. Once she came back to deliver my food she set it down quickly and attempted to swiftly walk away again without asking if we needed anything else - I had to call for her to "wait!" to give her my drink order. Once everyone was done eating and drinking and ready to go she was nowhere to be found, when we would see her she would just keep walking by without checking on us or even looking over to see we were trying to get her attention. Even after finally bringing our check we had to wait once again for her return to take our payment and bring change. If it weren't for the service I would have given more stars, but that was a very frustrating part of our experience. read more

Expensive, which is expected from a bar. But slow, crappy service and it took our group like 10 minutes just to get a round of beers. it was pathetic, I don't know what happened to this place. read more

I went their with a couple of friends Tuesday night and we had HORRIBLE service. We had the same awful service a year or two ago, but Bar Louie had an hour wait so we decided to try TC's again. First, we ordered an appetizer and glasses of water right when we sat down and didn't get them until after our entrees came, and after I had reminded three different servers including what seemed like a manager. After the manager stopped by she finally came back with our appetizer (it had been over an hour). I also got my entree 10 minutes after everyone else did, and I could see it just siting at the bar as I was waiting for it. The server we had seemed nice, but we wouldn't know because we barely saw her and she barely came to our table. I would see her going to other tables attentively. The table next to us came in, sat down, ordered and received their food, paid and left before we even got the water or appetizer. And this same experience with getting the appetizer after our meals came happened the last time we were there, so at least their consistent. I regret not saying anything to the manager because she stopped by to ask is how our food was, but my friends just wanted to eat and leave at this point after being their 2 hours, and only having our food in front of us for the last 20 minutes. I will never go their again, and I advise others to do the same. read more

I decided to go to TC Hooligans Bar & Grill with two friends around 3pm for a few drinks and a meal. I also had a coupon that I was going to use for a complimentary entree (up to 6.95 for lunch) and (up to 10.95 for dinner). I let my waitress know about the coupon and she let me know that it was considered lunch still. We started to look at the menu and realized that all the items were over the 6.95 price so I proceeded to clarify what we would be able to get because it appeared that the menu would only qualify the coupon for the complimentary dinner. I was then told that the menu was the same all day long and that the manager would only take the 6.95 off the meal since it was still considered lunch time, but if we would have come an hour later it would have been considered dinner time and I would have gotten the 10.95 complimentary dinner. I was still trying to understand how that works since there were no hours stating when lunch was and when dinner started as well as not having a separate menu for lunch that had lower prices to allow for the complimentary lunch. I was then told by the manager that the coupons are only to bring customers in and that I was being ridiculous for not being fine with getting the 6.95 off my bill. The situation was handled very unprofessionally by the management staff. This experience has negatively impacted my decision to ever return. read more
