My buddies and I always choose to go to the Webster TC Hooligans whenever we are looking to watch a football game or get together for drinks. So I was extremely excited when I found out that there was one opening up on the west side of town. And this place surely lights up Greece! Their light display is amazing. Same menu as Webster so no complaints there. Always love the drinks offered as well. It is a larger restaurant so there is always a good seat if you went for a sporting event on TV. I came in on Thursday for the first patio day, and a first visit there. I was greeted and served by Alyssa. Despite it being busy, Alyssa was on top of everything, and never missed a beat! Made sure we had refills on our drinks, made sure our meals were to our liking. She was very friendly, and seemed happy to be there. The food was ok, the beer was good, but the owner was heartless. A man came in with a cute little golden doodle puppy in his arms, and they weren't bothering anyone, but the owner made them leave. The puppy brought smiles to everyone in just a few minutes and now everyone is in a bad mood. It's not even crowded -- why kick them out? Most restaurants here don't mind at all. read more

This place was supposed to be moving 4 months ago. Here we are in the same place. Stopped in for the Syracuse game and it was packed. Service was actually okay for being so busy but I don't know if they are trying to get rid of their inventory or what. I ordered the boneless wing platter. The wings hardly had any sauce on them (white garlic parm) and the Mac salad was soo old and hard. They pulled the old add more sauce to make it new again trick. Well that doesn't work with this kid. I keep asking myself why do we come here every time we go. So over priced and the food isn't really that good. Update!!!!....!! Hooligans has moved to a new location. First impression on walking in was WAY too much going on. A billion TV's, lots of attention-demanding games and betting machines (?), I dunno, but a lot going on. This is not a diss on the place, but the clientele drinking at the bar can best be summed up as rednecky and white trashish, or possibly knuckle-draggers. Those are legit descriptors. Dudes and chics alike yelling out F-bombs and it was only 4pm. I'm not offended personally, as fock is a word I use on the reg, but come on, there's a time and a place. The only dig on the place is they should tell said patrons to knock it off. Service was good. Bartender was attentive enough (obviously I sat at the bar with the knuckle-draggers). She did me a solid by giving me a nice pour on a semi-select whiskey. Could've been charged much more, but gave a decent price. Beer selection seemed pretty good. Had a local coffee stout that was tasty. Food was a definite bright spot. Had the pulled pork sandwich and fries. Both were really good. Nothing more to say. Being from out of town, I read the reviews and chuckled at some. Definitely take them with a grain of something and consider the source. Especially when they spell on a 3rd grade level. We were seated immediately and waited 25 minutes before we got a drink. and the only reason we then got one was because I got up and found the HOSTESS to report nobody had come to get us drinks and we were very thirsty. Actually very impressed by Hooligans. Every since they moved, upgraded their menu and bar selections... I've been obsessed. The Buffalo Mac and cheese is to die for and their pizza is delish. Not so great. The bonless wings are chopped up chicken breast dried out because of the deep fry. Good attempt, bad execution. The burger i got was ok. The bun was was way bigger then the burger. Tried out TC Hooligans for a drink and appetizers with some friends for her birthday. This is a great place for Christmas decorations.. definitely gets you in the holiday spirit. We were able to reserve a table and the waitress was pretty attentive. The first bartender I had was attentive and efficient, about an hour a later another bartender helped me and acted inconvenienced that I was ordering a drink when no when else was waiting for a drink. I very rarely have bad experiences with bartenders, so it irked me, but the other servers I experienced were attentive and respectful so I may be back for some festive drinks and apps. read more

Visited the area for ~ 1week, stopped by here every night. Food is excellent, drinks are cold (and plentiful), but the staff made the experience. Service was quick, accurate, and extraordinarily welcoming. If you have the opportunity to stop in and visit, you will not be disappointed! The service was terrible here. After we were seated we waited 20 minutes to get water and menus. After ordering we waited 40 minutes for our food and they were only moderately busy in the restaurant area. Some guests seated after us received their food sooner. One of the orders was wrong and had to be sent back. Then she waited 30 minutes for her correct meal. When we asked to the manager he was completely rude, not apologetic at all and told us "you aren't the only ones here". Food was ok, might have tasted better if the service was better. read more

Service from the waitress Regan was great. (Not her fault) The food not so much. 45 minutes for the food to arrive. I ordered it rare and it came out well. They took it back and 30 minutes later still no burger. Everyone else had finished eating. I told them to cancel my order. Leaving 1 star is generous. I was there with 3 others and they got their meal soon after. They said mine would be right out. 10 min. later I finally got my French dip sandwich. The meal came on French bread with hardly any meat, so I refused it. Not one time did the manager come out and ask about the situation. I went to TC Hooligans in Greece and was pretty much ignored by the bartender Missy when looking for a menu and another drink while I was still eating. She seemed more interested in talking to her friends or some guy at the other end of the bar. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service to say the least. I should have paid attention to another review that said check your to go order before leaving. Got back to my hotel and an item was missing. Called the restaurant and the hostess said "oh I'll check with the kitchen if it's ready and you can come back and get it" - as if that isn't very inconvenient and annoying. I drove back - asked if that was my item on the table and got a "yup" - no apology, no offer to take anything off the bill for the cold food I was returning to. I'm annoyed that I left a 20% tip for such poor customer service. I get it - it's a busy Friday night but the hostess did not check my order the first time before giving it to me and had zero service e recovery skills. If I could give no stars I would. Slow service, incorrect food, uncaring management... actually management was off chatting with their buddies while the servers and service fell apart. Waited 15 minutes before we where greeted by a server, then we waited another 25 minutes for our food. Then the food was delivered wrong. The remake was again WRONG... no mushrooms, really does mean NO mushrooms. Then another 20 minutes without seeing ANY server... then after asking for our check, our server disappeared. After tracking down a manager (who claimed not to know anything about our issues) our bill was magically comped. Our waitress actually broke down into tears telling us our bill was free. Not sure where to lay the blame, but I gather it is a management issue. The managers seemed very interested to chat with buddies coming into the restaurant, or sit at a table and pound energy drinks. A simple lunch turned into a 1 1/4 hour ordeal. I have eaten and enjoyed the bar at the Webster location, so I'm not sure if this is different ownership, but how can the 2 locations be so different in terms of management and server quality??? read more

Came here for the fight. Gonna keep this one short. It's packed. I'm sure they are breaking a fire code but hey, what do I know? Can't get a drink nor food since it's sooooo packed. They can take my $5 cover and that's it. Seems like they only care about the big groups and not my group of five. Oh well. Won't be coming back for big events anymore but having been here before, it's your typical bar food. Had a buffalo chicken pizza. They do have a brick fire oven but the pizza is paper thin and the top crust will get burnt before the bottom of the pizza gets close to crispy. So it's just a 'meh' reaction from me. Went for brunch and it was just ok. My wife really liked her burger and the large amount of fries but i found my breakfast pizza soggy, like it had too many ingredients on it (6) and wasnt given time to cook thoroughly. Service was adequate but most servers recognize timing, that most people want soup out first, before the meal. That's why it's called an appetizer. I wouldn't come back for brunch but if I was in Greece and needed lunch I'd consider stopping here. It just wouldn't be a point of destination. read more

I have come to this spot multiple times, but this experience was extra special. Our server Analisa was so personable, you could see her smile through her mask. The food came out in a timely fashion, and was perfect, which is rare for a restaurant that is so busy. The bar-back, Nick, was also extremely friendly and helped us as well. The manager came over halfway through our meal, I believe his name was Mike, just to introduce himself and check on our meals. But their patio is awesome, drinks are reasonably priced, crowd is diverse and friendly and the venue as a whole is pretty cool. The eating area was very dirty, with napkins, food items, and etc on the floor. Red flag. The Buffalo wings were very hard, and didn't taste well. The Margherita pizza was burned, too much garlic, and was hard as a cracker. Would not visit again, especially with the waitress consistently twirling her hair through the night. Gross. read more

The first time we visited the food was good, the drinks great (although I ordered just single and was served/charged double) and the atmosphere good. This time around was a lot worse. Got there and had about a 25 minute wait (not bad IMO). We got drinks at the bar and waited, there was room to sit in the bar area but we wanted to actually sit and eat. Pager buzzes and we go to be seated...at the bar - not thrilled but it's whatever. Our server, Nicole, came over and we ordered an app but wanted to look over the food. Appetizer came in about 10 minutes...we never saw Nicole for another 15. Finally we find her and wave her down for our order. Asked for no tomato on my sandwich, got tomato. The person I was with got a burger that was dry and lacked sauce. Our appetizer also had long hairs in it (multiple). She rarely came to check on us and was more interested with the group of guys next to us... Not very happy with TC this time around. My 2 friends and I wanted to get together for lunch and went to TC Hooligans in Greece, NY. It took 15 minutes for someone to come and clear off our table., bring menus and water. No inquiry about something else to drink. We waited about 15 minutes more before a waitress came to take our orders. I had to ask for a different beverage. Someone other than our waitress brought our food and asked if we needed anything. I asked for ranch dressing. It never arrived. Our waitress never came over and asked us how our food was. Two of us ordered the boneless chicken platter. The chicken was overcooked - so hard you couldn't cut it with a knife. You could barely chew it! Still no waitress and no ranch dressing. I went to the Hostess Station and asked an employee there about getting ranch dressing and having our waitress come to our table. She said she would. No one showed up. Finally, my friend asked to speak to the manager. We explained all of this to her and her initial response was to offer me a "shot" and that "one wouldn't hurt"! So many management rules and guidelines here were broken. We were told that they had a lot of diners to see to, too. Needless to say, we will never go back there again! read more

We were seated and waited around 10 minutes outside on the patio with no acknowledgement from any server even with them serving another table directly beside us. We pulled into TC Hooligans from out of town around 10pm Friday night. The place was hoppin. Good atmosphere. We ordered sodas and food all at once as it was late and we still needed to check into our hotel. My daughter and boyfriend ordered a burger and fries and I ordered the honeypie wood fired pizza. The burgers came out in a reasonable amount of time. The waitress came over and told me that the pizza would be just another minute. My boyfriend and daughter finished their entire email and the waitress came back over and profusely apologized. I told her to please just pack the pizza to go as we really needed to get to our hotel and get to sleep for an early soccer game. The manager then came over and explained that they only had one pizza oven and bunch of pizza orders had come in. They can only do one at a time. He apologized for the inconvenience and told me he would pay for my dinner. As far as I am concerned, the fact that they addressed the issue head on and did what they could to remedy is a win for me. Good customer service far outweighs anything else in my book. And all the food was incredibly good. Even the pizza that I ate when we got to our hotel. read more

My mom, sister, and I sat for 20 minutes and got ignored while we watched 5 servers wait on all the other tables, three of which were seated after us.
