I believe what was happening with the employee was creating a new account so that they could receive the commission and "sale". I thought it was them, but it turned out to be my router. even though it was only four years old and an expensive one at the time they do go bad. In fact I've been having problems for a while. The speeds were slowed and I kept dropping my signal. in my mind I was blaming RAZOlink when I should've just believed them that it was probably my router.
