First I am only reviewing based on the service I received while TRYING to become a member…read more I called numerous times and was sent to voicemail. I was later emailed about the service and it was just so weird because I just wanted fast internet, and I heard they were amazing...at least based on reviews. After two emails I never heard back, they asked where I was from (Salinas), and *poof*, gone. I was super excited about becoming a member since I am a gamer and developer and NEED that extra boost but after this experience I am sticking with the bigger companies. I think they have a lot of potential if they really do offer what they advertise, but if this is how they are running their business, they are probably missing out on a lot of it. Best of luck to them and I hope they figure this communication issue out. UPDATE: They contacted me back a few days later and did everything they could to see if I could use their service, which I couldn't due to my location. Very professional and I am happy they reached out to me. I heard they were the fastest so I am a bit upset I couldn't use them.

That was the soonest out of 5 different installers I talked to. He was very competitively priced for anyone in my area (1 of 2!). I originally had an idea of where I wanted the installation done in my home. Jordan was open to this but recommended using some existing infrastructure on my home and routing it to a different room.
