    Always read the fine print! Got help right away to buy an iPhone and new case. I am uncomfortable giving my social security number to confirm that I have a customer account because I'm used to AT&T which just scans ID. Looked at getting a larger iPad as well at the Samsung watch display. The sales clerk's small talk is about how his father is relocating to Mexico City (apparently one has a better chance of buying a house there before age 30?!), but the service is better than the other mobile provider where they didn't know to activate the phone.

    Went into this store to lower a bill as my contract ran out. I was given a new promotion telling me I could cancel my land line and get a free cell phone that could act as my new "land line" for no additional cost. I fell for it when he said the promotion/contract was good 5 years. No, as it turns out the phone is good only ONE year, he failed to tell me this. After a year I would go back to the rate I was protesting in the first place. The phone never worked right and did not come close to being a "land line", it kept failing the network (see photo) on the day it was finally activated. I felt tricked into getting this phone promotion without it being properly explained (commission for rep???) I know this space is to review this store only and not Comcast, but because of this rep, I will have invested 6 days of waiting to activate, unactivate and reactivate my land line due to his misinformation. Beware, if you have more than one service with Comcast, the promotions may all end at different times, read the fine print when they text you to sign, they do NOT have a printer there so you have to have a good screen to read it!

    They took great care of me. I added an iPad to my account super fast super simple, super easy very knowledgeable staff they were great.

My former website-hosting company had thrown me under the bus, but the guys here at Got Net took the time to decipher and fix issues that were critical to my businesses' customer communications.     On Monday, June 17th went to this Verizon store near Costco in Sand City. The sells rep wrote down…read moreeverything we needed & said to come back the following day to change to a new cellular plan for our 5 phone lines because it was the first day of the new billing cycle. Went back June 18th and Jose told me they could not help me to change to a new service plan at the store and I had to call the 888 number to switch to new unlimited plan. When I decided I would take his picture to let the manager know he refused to assist me, Kamata told me I could not take pictures of them or make a video of their refusal and he called the police to try to remove me from trying to get the store staff's assistance. I had cell service with Verizon for 20 years and this is how this store's staff treats decades old customers. I will never use Verizon again because of this poor customer service. I do not recommend anyone to ever do business at this store. There are plenty of other Verizon stores where you will be treated much better than at this location. Don't support their poor treatment.

Kate was so helpful with my cell phone accessories and found me everything I needed. Overall, I didn't have to wait even a minute to be helped. I was greeted the moment I walked in and was able to get all of my problems solved in less than an hour.     I wanted to run ethernet through a brand new house and needed both an explanation of how to do it…read moreproperly as well as a bid in case it exceeded my skills. CSC was Phenomenal on both fronts. Toby has a wealth of experience, knowledge and patience as he explained how ethernet should be installed in a residence. For a nominal cost he ended up helping us with running the cables while the walls were still open, and we will likely be bringing CSC out to head the cables and set up the final hardware once we've moved in. I really appreciated his willingness to provide a service to the community as no one else returned my calls, and they went above and beyond my expectations. They are a very professional outfit will all the tools, skills and knowledge to take on jobs on any size. Them being a pleasure to work with was just a bonus.
