I called them out about two years ago as I had a clogged drain going into the septic. For some…read morereason, there's a sewer pipe and a separate drain for the sinks. I noticed water bubbling up near the house, dug it out and discovered that had been made as an access point in the cast iron pipe and the previous owner had simply wrapped it in plastic to keep the dirt out. That worked fine until the line clogged and had no where to go but out the plastic covering that hole. Since the property slopes, it had about a 12-foot drop to get a little pressure going. Called them out and they came out that afternoon. They backed their truck up to the side yard and went at it. They snaked it and charged by the rod used. Very reasonable. I was afraid it was going to be an arm and a leg. Nice guy. I told him I put yeast down the toilet and asked his opinion. Yeah, that's a good idea.

We had water leaking through our downstairs ceiling. I called Watson and they came pretty quickly…read more The problem was soon identified as a leak in the dishwasher which they could not fix. Stupid me, I then asked if they could replace the faucet set in my downstairs bathroom. Shouldn't be much of a problem I thought. Five and a half hours later he finally left. Everything went wrong. We were billed for 6.5 hours at 160.00 per hour. I had left after 4 hours and was told that there just need to be one more small thing fixed - which took 2 more hours. What happened: 1. He did not have the proper tool to remove the original faucet so he took between 45 minutes and an hour to do what should have taken about 1 minute. 2. He did not have the proper tool to clamp some part so he called an associate to bring it. How much time - I don't know but probably about an hour. 3. I told my wife to pay when the work was finished. The plumber took about 30 minutes to fill out and invoice and we were charged for that time. 4. I contacted Mr. Watson to find out if he could make an adjustment to the bill. He said he would work something out but never got back with me. Subsequent call never found him in. 5. I went to the business and talked with Mrs. Watson had the paperwork on his desk. I called her again later and got the same story. 6. They have never contacted me about my complaint.
