The owner then came to my home, knocked aggressively, compared draining waste water into my yard to rain, referred to his employees as "kids," and told both me and a neighbor to "get a life." His tone was combative and inappropriate. While I did not hire this company and cannot speak to the quality of their plumbing work, the way this situation was handled was completely unprofessional. I would not recommend Able Plumbing based on this experience.

Ray from Able Plumbing installed a new toilet for us today, which we purchased through them, The price was very competitive with everything we saw online, including buying our own toilet for them to install. Ray, as always, called to let me know when he was on his way, arrived promptly, made sure everything under the toilet was also in good working order between removing the old toilet and installing the new one, cleaned everything up at the end of the job, and reminded us of Able Plumbing's one year warranty. Ray is always cheerful, polite, professional, respectfully explains everything and thoroughly answers all questions. We greatly appreciate the very pleasant and prompt person who answers their phone and does scheduling. Everyone we've interacted with at Able Plumbing has always been considerate, honest, skilled and professional; and it's helpful that they are available 24/7 if necessary. While their offerings are more limited (their bread and butter seems to be local business and sports teams, not the artist) than Fireball Printing, it more than makes up for that in being local and friendly. I only had a small order to print out today- a bunch of one-offs in various formats to check out print quality- but they spent their time, answering what questions I had and even giving me a list of how my prints were stacked so I would know which version of the images they were. While I won't be able to get my post cards with them this time, having already ordered from Fireball before noting the little shop, I will be ordering my banner from them after I've got it properly designed! :D Highly recommend!
