We have come here every year for Christmas Trees and they are always welcoming and stocked up with very nice trees. Highly recommend.

There was only one style and trees were not very full. They do have very tall trees if you wanted a thin tall tree.

Be Wary of Lowe's Appliance Installation Service This has…read morebeen the most frustrating experience I have ever had with respect to the installation of an appliance. On Sept 3, I purchased a Sharp built-in microwave drawer from Lowe's. I paid an extra $285 for "premium" installation service. The microwave was not installed until today Oct 6th. The intervening weeks included one frustration after another as I tried to get information about the installation. I'll list all the gory details and the timeline below for anyone who is interested. Suffice to say that I will never again purchase an appliance requiring installation from Lowe's. 1. Turns out that at least for products like this microwave Lowe's contracts with an installation company called CRST Home Solutions, "an authorized Lowe's Premium Appliances service provider." It was not until Sept 9, six days after my purchase, that I received a text message from CRST indicating that my appointment was scheduled for Sept 16. The text included a link to reschedule -- a link that did not work. That was the first of my difficulties attempting to interact with CRST. Moreover, the appointment was not for the installation of the new microwave. Instead, it was for someone to perform a "premeasure" of the space. That struck me as completely unnecessary given that I was simply replacing a unit with the exact same model. But, what disturbed me the most was the delay until the 16th. 2. So, on Sept 9, I called the Lowe's sales specialist from whom I purchased the microwave, who had kindly provided his business card. I asked if the installation could be expedited. He said he would talk to his manager and get back to me. Never heard back! He did give me a phone number for CRST, but at that point I was resigned to the premeasure step. The CRST tech did arrive promptly on Sept 16. He took some measurements and a photo. I fully expected the microwave to be installed within the next day or two. So wrong! 3. By Sept 24, I still had no word about the installation. Twice I tried calling CRST at the number the sales representative had given me. Each time I was on hold for 15 minutes before I had to give up to get to a meeting. Later that day, I called Lowe's. My sales representative was not in, but I explained the situation to someone in the appliance department, who then forwarded me to the appliance manager. I explained all the delays and my difficulties in communicating with CRST. He promised me that he would look into the matter and get back to me as soon as possible. Never heard from him! 4. On Sept 28, I again phoned CRST. After being on hold for 25 minutes, someone finally answered, much to my relief. However, she informed me that since this was a "premium" installation service, she could not help me and would have to transfer me to another person. I was on hold for another 20 minutes! This person indicated that the first available appointment was for Oct 6. I reiterated my frustration over the lengthy delay. After all, I purchased the microwave on Sept 3. She said she would talk to the scheduler to see if some earlier date could be worked out. Obviously that did not happen. So, the microwave was finally installed on October 6. (By the way, the installing technician himself was the single positive feature in this endeavor; he adjusted the sensors until microwave drawer closed properly.) 5. Bottom line is that I spent over three hours of my time trying to communicate with Lowe's and with CRST about this matter and had to wait over a month for the installation. I strongly advise everyone to be very wary of Lowe's premium installation service. I certainly will never use them again.
