They started at 7:30 and were done w/ the tree by 11 and done grinding the stump by around 11:15-11:30. Everyone was incredibly nice and professional. I have 2 more trees that I need cut down and I'm 100% using Arbor for them. They were very fair and very trustworthy. There was a board that broke on my privacy fence...not their fault. The fence is beyond needing repair, but they replaced the board as well. They hauled everything away and even picked up the smaller limbs and twigs. Their delivery costs are very reasonable and it's more convenient then driving back and forth getting 2 yards at a time. Since my boys are still home from college for the holidays this week I purchased 8 cubic yards on Monday to take advantage of the not so free labor. After realizing my yard needed more mulch than I thought I was able to order another delivery for Wednesday morning. Most of the time next day delivery is possible if needed. Everyone that I've worked with at Mulch & More over many years has been extremely nice and helpful. The chips are always great quality and different sizes of pine bark are available. They also carry other trpes of mulch in bulk or in bags. They have never disappointed.
