We have been thinking about having artificial turf put in our backyard, especially since we tried sod three separate times with no luck. So we finally bit the bullet and went with Southern Turf. We reached out to Noah via text message and he immediately responded and came to the house; he explained everything in great detail and gave us a phenomenal price. We decided on the Charleston and the crew finished up our job in one day. We are very happy and I would highly recommend you contact Noah if you are considering going this route. read more

We are a few days out from our backyard transformation and are so happy. After two puppies joined our household in September 2022, we faced challenges in the backyard with dirt and mud. We tried replacement with a more durable sod, but faced the same problems with torn up grass, dirt, mud and digging. Not wanting to replace year after year, the cost and value of artificial turf made the most sense. After speaking with a few different turf companies, we decided that Southern Turf Co. was exactly what we needed. Matt did a great job with our estimate and quickly responded with any questions via text before our project began. When a sooner start date became available, we were offered the date. Matt was onsite as the project started with his team and returned as the project progressed over the two days. The team worked hard and did a great job with our backyard transformation. Th had some heavy rain storms a few days after installation was complete and the drainage was amazing, exactly as described. Not sure who is happier, us or our pups! read more

Charlene and I did confirm our choice with Southern Turf and are.happy we did. Brandon continued to stay stop all actions during and finishing the desired look. We chose pet friendly turf for one area and coral sand ( for beach like look) for the adjoining area. During course of installation I also met Matt Butler whom was just as personable. We confirmed what was to be done and his suggestions. The crew knew exactly what to do and was efficient in utilizing time snd man power. Over all, we are extremely pleased with the outcome. Thank you Southern Turf for the top notch crew. read more

Had an estimate today from Brandon. He was very friendly and explained the whole process of the prep, install, usage and aftercare. He provided answers to all my questions and left us with samples of 3 different turf that would be suitable with our dogs. Company seems on the up and up. If we decide to go with them will update the review based on the install and provide pics! read more

Don't expect call backs or any type of customer service. An arborist came to my home, quoted a good price and made an appointment for my dead palm to be cut down the following day at 1:30 pm. I waited until 3 pm to contact Joesph who never responded to texts or voice mail. A call to the office resulted in no explanation, or apology. The company doesn't seem to care about their reputation or losing work. So I suggest you not bother contacting this company because it seems they don't need the work. read more
