Highly recommend not using this company. Their after-sale customer support is basically…read morenonexistent. Jeremy Jenkins could definitely use a class on customer service, as his first response to the customer was, "It's not our fault." He also insinuated that the paver containment wall probably failed because "I did it myself." Apparently, the assumption is that I couldn't afford to hire an actual paver company for a 30' x 40' paver patio with a containment wall. Unfortunately, I also referred Jeremy and his company to a friend for a $15,000+ job, which they completed. I was promised a $100 referral payout and never received that either. At the end of the day, it's pretty clear that customer service is not a priority for this company. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you expect any type of support after the sale.
