They are friendly, professional, on time every time, and the quality of work and service is not like any I have experienced. Although I do not work in the industry, I have worked with many contractors on various projects, in the building and remodeling of my own homes and I have to admit I'm not easy to please (may have higher expectations than some) and Gundrum did not disappoint. Pricing is reasonable and fair and any obstacles we came across during the project, Randy was on it with great suggestions and solutions AND he took care of it!! We had such a great experience, and look forward to working with Gundrum again for the next phase in our plan. Thank you!!!

Tyler did the before and after measurements, explained to me how it will be done, showed me the installed piers, showed me the cracks that closed, oh yes! The wall cracks and the slab cracks closed. After the job, they left the site as if nothing happened, completely backfilled beautifully. Rubricx was the most expensive bid, but I got the distinct impression that the others would rush the job and were cutting corners, especially with regards to foundation preparation. Last thing I want is to spend money and find myself with problems a few years down the line. Joseph was very responsive and took the time to discuss all my concerns with me. I wasn't disappointed with my decision. The crew was great and did first rate work, responsive to my idea about installing a catch basin to be able to capture debris as part of the drainage system modifications, and generally went above and beyond. The driveway turned out beautifully. As I said, perhaps a bit more expensive, but if you are someone who cares about quality and value for your money, I highly recommend.

We were so impressed with his commitment and the quality of the work/product that we quickly asked him to add paver pathways, redo a pool to include the courtyard deck and to add a fire pit. Paul and Brian worked endlessly coordinating the pool company and their own team to be sure that the job was flawless and even went above and beyond when they experienced a less than stellar response from the gas company in the installation of the fire pit.
