I had crew members throwing up in my yard, swimming in my pool (yes , dirty and sweaty, just got in to cool down from heat exhaustion. Guys that were on the verge of passing out laying face down on the concrete. Boss man showed up multiple times and just shrugged off the condition of his crew. there are low spots, areas with way to much slope, and a drain they put in that looks terrible and the outside cut in it is crooked, by alot. I am now paying the overlay company ( His estimate, might be a smidgen lower depending on material) $3750 just to fix what was poured or cut wrong. When these were brought up, all he would say is... its supposed to be like that and thats not a big deal the overlay guy will fix that. Highly recommend spending your money elsewhere.

I'm grateful for Brad who did the inspection, proposal, pricing, he did an exceptional job following thru and making sure the job is handed over to the next person. Tyler did the before and after measurements, explained to me how it will be done, showed me the installed piers, showed me the cracks that closed, oh yes! The wall cracks and the slab cracks closed. After the job, they left the site as if nothing happened, completely backfilled beautifully. I have the complete documents, reports they handed me before leaving, with lifetime warranty and I feel better now that I did a right decision on giving the job to Alpha Foundation, I couldnt be happier.

In light of this viral pandemic, my husband and I were unable to take our yearly vacation and travel because it is deemed unsafe to travel so we decided to do some home improvements around the house. We've always wanted to hire someone to put some pavers down in our backyard. We were afraid it would be too expensive and take days... but that's not the case. As we were shopping around, a friend informed me of LS Pavers. We had them come to our house and provide us with an estimate, which was very reasonable for labor and supplies. We called around and every other pavement company wanted to charge us substantially more for our backyard. We ended up hiring LS Pavers and the following day they started around 8/9 a.m. There was a total of 3-4 men and the owner of the company Lucienne monitoring the progress. It took them one entire day to complete the job! They did an amazing job! Pictures speak a thousand words so I posted a few pictures of what our backyard patio looks like. I've also included additional and some examples of backyard pavements that they've done recently.

Rubricx was the most expensive bid, but I got the distinct impression that the others would rush the job and were cutting corners, especially with regards to foundation preparation. Last thing I want is to spend money and find myself with problems a few years down the line. Joseph was very responsive and took the time to discuss all my concerns with me. I wasn't disappointed with my decision. The crew was great and did first rate work, responsive to my idea about installing a catch basin to be able to capture debris as part of the drainage system modifications, and generally went above and beyond. The driveway turned out beautifully. As I said, perhaps a bit more expensive, but if you are someone who cares about quality and value for your money, I highly recommend.

Do Not Recommend FC Masonry…read more I hired FC Masonry Fabio Coehle to level pavers and apply polymeric sand. The work was poorly done, and despite two attempts to fix it, the issues were never resolved. After that, Fabio stopped responding and never returned. Very unprofessional and unreliable.
