I always book a massage and Jaceil did a fantastic job, she almost had me trying to come every day! Hot towels on my back, neck, and feet just elevated the experience. They have a restaurant on site that has great food. Best guacamole in town! The outdoor pool is beautiful and perfect for reading on the ledges in the pool. The staff takes care of every little thing from bathrobes to sandals to setting up your chairs, phenomenal service

The Best Massage of My Life…read more From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles that set the tone for what turned out to be the ultimate relaxation experience. First stop: the spa amenities. I was shown to the lockers, pool, sauna, hot tub, and steam room--then handed a plush robe and spa slippers. I settled into a serene waiting room with a waterfall feature that instantly made me feel calm. Now for the massage itself: pure heaven. Gabi applied the perfect amount of pressure, checked in just enough, and even let me drift off into the most blissful little nap. And unlike most places that give you only 45-50 minutes, this was a full hour. Yes--sixty glorious minutes of massage. When it was over, I was given a chilled bottle of water and went on to enjoy the hot tub, sauna, steam room, and even dipped my feet in the pool. They've thought of everything--even a machine to dry your swimsuit so you don't have to tote home a soggy one. Throughout the spa, you'll find flavored water, hot tea, coffee, and bottled water at your fingertips. ‍ Next time, I'll plan to linger longer and enjoy lunch too. Is it more expensive than a basic massage elsewhere? Sure. But nowhere else offers this level of service, care, and indulgent extras. Worth every penny. If you're ready for the ultimate relaxation experience, this is absolutely the place to go

We have been pinch a penny customers for years. Even the previous owners of our home used pinch a…read morepenny - so we continued the pool service. James and another guy used to do our service and they did the best job! Cleaned the filter monthly, brushed and vacuumed every week and kept chem levels perfect. James moved away. We have a new crew now (for the past year). Good at first. Then we started noticing it wasn't being vacuumed. The same crew services our neighbors pool and neighbor sits out there and watches them do his. They always vacuum his. We had to stop them after they finished" ours and ask if they planned to vacuum. They came back over and vacuumed. Last week - Same thing. Came Thursday - and Friday we get in pool and it's dirty - obviously not vacuumed. We called and manager was great. Sent crew right over. One of the guys argued w my husband saying because we don't run pump all day is reason it's dirty. We have security cameras. They didn't vacuum. I'm not sure what other Floridians do - but being a pool owner for 30+ years - I know to run pump and to run it in the eve, night and early morning during summer monthto not circulate the warm water on top that the hot afternoons bring. This keeps the water temp cooler. Yesterday we pulled out filter - it clearly hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. We cleaned it ourselves. I am going to stop by today and talk to manager. I would like to clarify exactly what the service includes. I do know it's not swinging by, dropping in chlorine tablets and checking levels. Stop being lazy! Manager is the only good one! This crew needs to take pride in their jobs! Update: Manager took prompt care of complaint and so far no more issues. Pool is being vacuumed and filter cleaned and pool being brushed for the past few weeks. Thanks.

Field & store staff good but owner lacks honesty and integrity…read more On their advise, we had an auto pool filler added while our home would be vacant. It failed and filled pool continuously for 2 weeks. The city, Port Orange FL, uses smart water meters. I have a printout from the water department showing the water was turned on the same hour they hooked it up and turned off the same hour of their next routine service. The pool overflowed into yard and killed the grass in one corner. It also turned green for obvious reasons. Pinch a penny failure cost us $1300 in water use. It couldn't be more obvious they failed. The kid that cleans the pool aggred. The service tech agreed. The manager agreed. But the owner said he "couldn't be certain". J**k should stand behind his products.
