David was very personable as he conducted his assessment, providing the information I needed, made some suggestions, and answered my questions. With a contract ready to go and permits obtained, my project manager, Jarrod, was great in keeping me informed with each step in the process. He phoned me to explain an issue that arose and made a recommendation for which I was appreciative. We called for them to come out and investigate a leak in our 7 year old roof. They came out, they…read morefixed (I use this term loosely) and left. A few weeks later the problem wasn't fixed- still leaking. So we called again. They came out and fixed again; (which means replace a few shingles, use some caulk and glue down old shingles they didn't replace. Roof still leaked. We called several times with no response. Hired a new roofer to come out and investigate and what do you know we had a HUGE HOLE in the wood under the shingles in our roof under the old shingles that the didn't investigate or look at. Apparently the area of the leak is quite common with new construction and you would think that a business like All Around Roofing would know this after 30+ years in the business. Nope, they just let the hole remain there for someone else to clean up and do the job. When I called All Around Roofing about a refund I was told: absolutely not. I was told that they don't guarantee their work for this reason and didn't have to refund anything and that they did the best job they could at the time. When I told the owner that I would have been better off going up there myself and putting Elmer's glue on the roof myself he said perhaps I should have, then he hung up on me (so much for professionalism). They replaced shingles that didn't need to be replaced, left the undiscovered hole on my roof to continue to cause damage and called it a day. I basically threw away $500 dollars into the wind. Buyer beware---DIY with a hammer, nails and Elmer's glue is a better option than these guys! Go somewhere else, these guys aren't only unprofessional they also have zero integrity and won't give you a warranty or back up their product or work. There are much better roofers out there!! There is a picture that I added here so you could see for yourself the huge hole that All Around Roofing didn't find the first or second time they came out to fix the leak in our roof.

They came out the same day I reached out, quickly diagnosed the situation and made an immediate repair/touch-up on site. What swayed me in the end was the fact that 4-5 neighbors up the street had all used them and couldn't say enough good things about how happy they were and how well the projects went. It took a little longer than expected to get our roof but it was due to weather delays. Once they got started it took two full days (no working on Sunday). They actually finished as it was starting to rain again. The roof looks great. In fact my immediate neighbor just used them and are just as pleased. In fact they did the roof and painted the house as well.

However, there was an issue regarding our chimney…read moreand the roof damage in that area, which our insurance co. threatened to cancel our policy over, if it wasn't repaired in a certain amount of time. The rep from Poe that handled our case kept saying that he was trying to get the insurance co. to cover the chimney work also. I told him that, in order to not get our policy cancelled, we were perfectly willing to pay them to just go ahead and fix it. At that same time, I also asked him to give me an estimate for replacing the siding on our house too...so they could have made a LOT more money from us if he had just ACTED on what I was requesting. But he just kept saying the same thing every time I called, and eventually he stopped returning my calls and texts, and I haven't heard from him since. I ended up having to hire another company to take care of the repair, in order to not have our insurance policy cancelled, and they also got the job of replacing the siding, and painting the whole house. And I STILL have not heard a word from Poe, or received the estimate I requested. Bottom line: They can do a good roof job, but once they have their money, they don't have the time of day for you. So if you decide to go with Poe construction, 'Good luck'.

Dissatisfied 80 Year Old Veteran The first of three…read morecontracts to fix a roof leak was 2-24-21. I spent $3,588.00 total. The first contract was to install new wood, shingles and reinstall a skylight. That work created an additional leak which was patched but didn't fix the original leak. The second contract was a new spark arrestor which didn't fix the leak. The third contract was chimney stucco repair and paint chimney but that didn't fix the leak. After the chimney repair I was told there was a small hole in the AC duct above where it's leaking. I paid an AC repairman $148.99 to tell me it had nothing to do with the leak. There were numerous return visits for water tests, roofing cement, etc. They were unreliable. There was a least a dozen missed appointments - no show, no text and no phone call. Text messages weren't answered. I was told to call when it was leaking so someone could identify the specific location of the leak but when I received a call back hours later I was told they can't "just" send someone out when I call contradicting what I was told to do. In the last text 11-3-25 I was told I had to replace the reinstalled skylight without another water test. I wasn't told in 2021 the skylight should be replaced when I signed the first contract. Replacing the skylight may be another guess like the chimney work, AC duct and spark arrestor. On 11-3-25 I asked for an estimate for a new skylight and installation then received text "OK" but never received an estimate. As of the date of this posting, 2-2-26, the roof is leaking in the same spot on the ceiling in 2021. I don't recommend Stonebridge for any roofing work, stucco painting or stucco repair. I felt disrespected for five years and don't recommend Stonebridge to senior citizens.

I wish that the situation had been different. In general, there have been numerous issues that are not part of the standard construction process. It is difficult to determine whether the HOA, A&E firm, or Stonebridge are the source of the problem, or if all three are involved. Regrettably, I received five unresponsive emails from StoneBridge, which is why the rating is low. Had I received feedback and the support that was promised, I would have rated it higher, as I am not entirely certain that all of the issues are solely due to Stonebridge.
