My husband and I would like to thank this great company for really going above and beyond in their HARD WORK, DEDICATION TO DETAIL, & REALLY SHOWING PRIDE in their concrete work last week on a very large area of our home exterior. The owner John & each employee really were so precise to detail & this was a very large project that we had called several companies on that wanted much more money for the job. They actually showed up early for the job, took great care of our property and also gave some great suggestions to help my husband in completion of this project. Great people with great work ethics! I live in Nocatee and had some water coming in through the top of a window during Hurricane Ian…read more Due to the nature of the water leak I wasn't certain if the issue was caused by the roof, siding or window so I reached out to Neligan Construction. They came out the same day I reached out, quickly diagnosed the situation and made an immediate repair/touch-up on site. Reliability of this company was the best I had ever experienced, and I can't recommend them strongly enough. I will be reaching back out soon for new gutters. For service, quality and value on repairs or new roofing or gutters, contact Neligan.

I'm surprised by Marcus's review. I went with Poe after talking to several other roofing…read morecontractors. What swayed me in the end was the fact that 4-5 neighbors up the street had all used them and couldn't say enough good things about how happy they were and how well the projects went. It took a little longer than expected to get our roof but it was due to weather delays. Once they got started it took two full days (no working on Sunday). They actually finished as it was starting to rain again. The roof looks great. In fact my immediate neighbor just used them and are just as pleased. In fact they did the roof and painted the house as well.

As far as the roof goes, they did a fine job. However, there was an issue regarding our chimney…read moreand the roof damage in that area, which our insurance co. threatened to cancel our policy over, if it wasn't repaired in a certain amount of time. The rep from Poe that handled our case kept saying that he was trying to get the insurance co. to cover the chimney work also. I told him that, in order to not get our policy cancelled, we were perfectly willing to pay them to just go ahead and fix it. At that same time, I also asked him to give me an estimate for replacing the siding on our house too...so they could have made a LOT more money from us if he had just ACTED on what I was requesting. But he just kept saying the same thing every time I called, and eventually he stopped returning my calls and texts, and I haven't heard from him since. I ended up having to hire another company to take care of the repair, in order to not have our insurance policy cancelled, and they also got the job of replacing the siding, and painting the whole house. And I STILL have not heard a word from Poe, or received the estimate I requested. Bottom line: They can do a good roof job, but once they have their money, they don't have the time of day for you. So if you decide to go with Poe construction, 'Good luck'.

Naturally, when I needed a replacement roof on my home, they were the only company I called. I contacted Karson, who remembered me even though he deals with several customers on a day-to-day basis. He put me in touch with David who met with me to discuss my roof and prepare a quote. David was very personable as he conducted his assessment, providing the information I needed, made some suggestions, and answered my questions. With a contract ready to go and permits obtained, my project manager, Jarrod, was great in keeping me informed with each step in the process. He phoned me to explain an issue that arose and made a recommendation for which I was appreciative. This time, it has destroyed our custom tongue and groove, patio furniture, and more. They came out a few months back and gave numerous excuses as to why it is leaking (including denial), but have done nothing to actually fix the issue. We had GAF out (since Bohemia had us upgrade to the "Golden Pledge Warranty") and they said it is not a shingle issue, but instead, an installation issue. Screenshot attached. We then had other roofing companies come out that have also confirmed this is due to the low-quality sealant that Bohemia roofing used during installation. They said to us, "It is 100% a workmanship issue because there are measures that can be taken to avoid the issue." It's very upsetting that Bohemia Roofing is now refusing to help us get this fixed and it will end up costing us thousands of dollars. We've tried for months now to communicate with them and ask them to help us fix it properly, but they have stopped responding altogether.

A few weeks later the problem wasn't fixed- still leaking. So we called again. They came out and fixed again; (which means replace a few shingles, use some caulk and glue down old shingles they didn't replace. Roof still leaked. We called several times with no response. Hired a new roofer to come out and investigate and what do you know we had a HUGE HOLE in the wood under the shingles in our roof under the old shingles that the didn't investigate or look at. Apparently the area of the leak is quite common with new construction and you would think that a business like All Around Roofing would know this after 30+ years in the business. Nope, they just let the hole remain there for someone else to clean up and do the job. When I called All Around Roofing about a refund I was told: absolutely not. I was told that they don't guarantee their work for this reason and didn't have to refund anything and that they did the best job they could at the time. When I told the owner that I would have been better off going up there myself and putting Elmer's glue on the roof myself he said perhaps I should have, then he hung up on me (so much for professionalism). They replaced shingles that didn't need to be replaced, left the undiscovered hole on my roof to continue to cause damage and called it a day. I basically threw away $500 dollars into the wind. Buyer beware---DIY with a hammer, nails and Elmer's glue is a better option than these guys! Go somewhere else, these guys aren't only unprofessional they also have zero integrity and won't give you a warranty or back up their product or work. There are much better roofers out there!! There is a picture that I added here so you could see for yourself the huge hole that All Around Roofing didn't find the first or second time they came out to fix the leak in our roof.
