They went above and beyond, adding a third coat of paint to certain areas where it was needed, as well as, touching up a small area in the bathroom that wasn't even a part of the job scope. I would 100% use Thomas Painting again and recommend them to anyone looking for a painting refresh!

It's amazing how a fresh paint job can transform a house. I requested several quotes from various…read morecompanies before finally selecting Thomas Painting. Each company rep I met with was very personable, provided very detailed quotes and quite frankly were all priced very similarly. Paint brands were comparable across all quotes too. That said, the combination of numerous positive reviews (most on Google) plus the reasonably priced proposal finally sealed the deal with Thomas Painting. Plus, they had an opening that aligned with the timeframe that I was aiming for. Terrence, Jason and Stephania did a high quality job with our interior painting job. They were extremely polite, professional, prepped everything prior to painting and cleaned up daily. Each person was responsive to all questions, concerns and accommodated additional color selections. Terrence also had additional people on site a few days to ensure the job was completed within the projected timeframe. If you're deciding between painting yourself vs. getting it professionally done, do yourself a favor and just go for it! What Terrence and his team completed within a week would have probably taken us numerous weekends spanning several months (or in our case, postponed indefinitely). Having the house professionally painted was 100% worth the money. Overall, their work exceeded our expectations and I no longer cringe when I look at my baseboards! Every member of my household is beyond pleased with the end result. I will not hesitate to reach out again when we need the exterior painted too.

I've had way too many bad experiences with roofing companies! Fortunately, my nightmares turned…read moreinto a fairy tale with Joe Turner Roofing. They completed my new roof earlier this week. Here's what you need to know: they do what they say they will do, and they do a great job! Mrs. Betty Turner and her daughter were a pleasure to work with. They were on the job the entire time while the guys tore off my old roof and added a new one. My mid century home has a flat roof. If you have one, you know what a pain they can be. Joe Turner Roofing knew exactly what to do-they have over 40 years experience with flat roofs and all kinds of roofs. I was so impressed with the team that installed my new roof! They arrived when they said they would, at 6:30 AM, and finished around 12:30 that afternoon. These guys work so well together and literally did not stop until they were finished. Maria was on the ground helping with anything and everything; and she was busy with the magnet rakes during the entire process. I have yet to find a roofing nail on my yard! This is amazing. With other roofing companies, I found nails for years after the work was done. A dumpster arrived the day before my roof installation and was picked up the day after. And there was ZERO debris left anywhere on my property! Joe Turner Roofing also has an excellent rating with the Better Business Bureau. That is hard to find these days! If and when you need a new roof, give Joe Turner Roofing a call. You won't regret it!

They basically cut a blank check and that was given to AJ Wells. Now, I would say that AJ Wells does a decent job, but I paid the most $$ on my block according to what my other neighbors said they paid, and their roofs look just as good. After the job was completed there were some nails through the ceiling, a little scary but none hit the floor. They fixed that. We also found some random nails for the next few weeks around the perimeter of the house and in the yard. Also, there are a ton of loose nails in the attic. I noticed that when taking out some Christmas decorations. Would I go with AJ Wells again? Maybe, but it would be highly unlikely.
