We are beyond thrilled with Premier Outdoor Inc. Our first impression was so positive and we were…read moreextremely impressed with Kat. She was so patient and very thorough. Extremely helpful with the design and selection(s) too! We couldn't be happier with our new pool! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and impressive. Chip, James and Carson are the dream team. Chip was great at communicating and, keeping us updated on each step. Brandon the owner is very involved and stops by to check the progress Their attention to detail and craftsmanship were evident in every aspect, and they went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we envisioned. The final result is stunning, and we're looking forward to making memories in our beautiful new pool. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking to add a top-quality pool to their home!

I decided to go with Premier Outdoor for two reasons: 1…read more They offered services for pavers and concrete so I was able to knock out two estimates at once. 2. The owner is a firefighter I scheduled for someone to come out to give me an estimate and John, the owner's father came out on the agreed-upon date and time, after that things pretty much went south and I could have bailed out about twice but I decided to go through with the services, unfortunately After waiting a week for an email I contacted Premier and was told that the email address they had was incorrect so they re-sent an estimate but with only pavers, no concrete slab.(1st time I could have bailed). I decided to go with the estimated proposal and scheduled a date and time for John to come out to do the paperwork. He also said when he comes he will bring the paver stone I chose so we can see what it looks like. He arrived unexpectedly and decided to text me saying no one was home, I advise him my wife was home but I'm sure she wasn't excepting anyone. He comes back and sure enough there's the paperwork to be signed but no stone as promised. I get a phone call a few days later saying that the payment did not go through and that they has system issues processing the payment. (2nd time I should have bailed). I said heck with it and gave him my credit card info again so he can run it. Fast forward to a month later. The supplier drops the three pallets of pavers on my driveway on Friday. John said the job should either start on Saturday or Monday. The installers did not come out until Wednesday and the job was finished on Thursday. On Wednesday when John came out there was a huge misunderstanding which took a while to resolve but shouldn't have been an issue in the first place. I could be wrong but from all of the experiences of everyone I know that has had pavers installed usually any leftover pavers are left with the customers. In my case there was almost half a pallet that was taken. I let Brandon the owner and John the owners father know about this. The job was completed on August 9th. I've followed up several times and it doesn't seem like I'll be getting those pavers back anyways. If you are looking for a contractor that keeps their words, good with communication, and has installers that completes a job with no leftover mess. Go elsewhere. I recently had to get the pavers resurfaced with sand(not by Premier) because the pavers are already starting to have weeds grow through.
